Quick service! Good food! While it wasn't the best a year or so ago, this place has turned it around. It went from the worst Jimmy Johns in Oxford to the best Jimmy Johns in Oxford. read more

Food is fine but the service and management is terrible. I waited over two hours for a delivery and the manager was extremely unprofessional. This happened on two occasions so I will no longer order from there ever again. read more

Fantastic service and subs! Will come again, staff was amazing! Bright spot in my trip to Oxford!

Sandwhich was good but delivery guy drank my coke. No ice no straw no fizz. Hope you enjoyed it man because I didn't read more

Jimmy John's - a person holding a cup of coffee - Delis Near Me - Oxford, Ohio

Brilliant business model- sandwich shop on the busiest street in Oxford at noon with the door locked paying a guy to open it to turn away customers to tell them maybe they could get a sandwich in an hour after they're done with their catering order instead of making them a sandwich. I did without today and I will from now on. I bet Jimmy John would fire them all. read more

Such a great environment and yummy food!.. we love coming here It was quick and the bread is so fresh

"What the damn hell Earl?" First order they dropped the food outside the fence by the gate. "Delivery" means delivering. The food was, to be generous, mediocre at best. Sandwich light on meat and vegetables. So, today, placed another order. Order accepted but upon arriving at store, closed and doors locked. Out of vegetables. This is a great way to run a business...into bankruptcy. Use subway or go to the grocery and buy the stuff. You'll get better sandwiches for less money read more

Every time I try to go here they're closed, like midday. It's happened probably 4 times now, it's 1pm and their door is locked.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. The delivery speed is nothing short of abysmal, expect 1 hour + I don't know how they haven't closed this store. I love JJ but this particular branch needs a major change. read more

I ordered a #2 and a #6 at 1:45. It's currently 4:26 and still no food. Def not the workers fault but if you want food just walk there and order it. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I recently was a part of a group order, which took over an hour to come. NOT freaky fast in my opinion! Upon the order arriving we noticed most of our items missing, including the chips and ranch. After waiting an hour and paying the expensive cost of $27 for two sandwiches and a side, we still were not anywhere close to being satisfied. We immediately called to see if we could have them delivered, they told us it could be even longer than the hour we just waited or we could have a $5 credit. This is absolutely absurd and when I asked for my tip to be taken off the transaction, that was also refused. The manager I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and insisted that he was too busy and this was the only option. The last time I was a part of an order there were also missing items and it took over an hour and a half for the remainder to be delivered. I told the manager this as well - he didn't seem to care. Worst service EVER for a brand that prides itself on so-called delivery efficiency. My ass. read more

For a college town restaurant it was surprisingly clean in restroom, as was the over all appearance inside. The staff at counter were happy and helpful. The food was a cold lunch meat sandwich on a bun.....tasted fine....but still just a lunch meat sandwich. read more

I don't know how a place that's built off fast delivery could be so slow it's actually an embarrassment.

They are amazing!! Best service ever and the food is flawless! I will be back here 100% if you don't like Jimmy Johns get out of here

First of all, my order took over an hour to arrive. This is now a common occurrence for me. Next, I ordered and paid for kickin' ranch, and it was not in my bag. Also, I specifically asked twice while ordering over the phone for some packets of mayo and mustard. They weren't in my bag either. What I really want to know now is, who is running this franchise? The consistent poor service is appalling. read more

They were closed at 3 pm on a Saturday. Disgraceful. "Free smells" my bum. I was really hungry.

We have ordered the 30 piece sub party pack several times for tailgates at Miami University. The bread is so fresh and the sandwiches are delicious. They have a packaged 30 piece you can order or alternatively you can specify the variety of subs you want. Be sure they give you a package of individual mayonnaise and mustards packs too. At the time of this review they requested you order 24 hours in advance. Highly recommend for parties. read more

This place is terrible. I keep going back thinking it will be different...the definition of insanity. Went in today and they were again out of lettuce for unwhiches (same thing happened 2 mos ago)...can nobody run to Kroger and solve the problem? They were also out of fountain Diet Coke, but they don't mention that when you buy a drink (and there are no other diet options). The lady behind me asked if they had any bottles or cans of Diet Coke or other diet anything and when they said no she asked for a refund, which I should have done but I didnt want to inconvenience them. The biggest problem I had was the music they played for the store. The F-word was used at least 5 times in less than 3 minutes. I did get up and asked them to change the music...so they shut it off, which was fine but odd to me, like they have no clean music they can play. I did write a review to Corporate Jimmy John's, which asks for your phone & email, and I am sure gets turned over to the local store manager to handle the complaint, instead of doing some "Undercover Boss" check by a regional manager or something. Well the strangest thing happened to me today... Today I got a call with No Caller ID, (which I tend to answer only if my kids are not at home in case it's an emergency), and the person on the other line said, in an attempted disguised voice, "Fuck You, Bitch". So, I immediately called the store and it is a definite possibility that the call came from that worker from his blocked cell phone. I love JJ but this store needs a serious management/training change. I get that good employees may be in short supply these days, but this place is consistently ridiculous! PS-When we were there 2 mos ago and they were out of lettuce leaves, they were also out of bread! But the store was still open. ???? Seems to me the employees like to get paid for not working. read more

Walked in on a Thursday afternoon and they told me they wouldn't make me a sandwich because they were too busy. I asked them how long would it be and they wouldn't even tell me. Didn't apologize once and was hostile throughout the entire encounter. Will never go back. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. They'll take hours to deliver your food. The manager has absolutely no common sense. This place is terrible.

Customer service was terrible. Manager very rude. Waited an hour for my order to be delivered to still be wrong and forgot ingredients including cheese that I paid for. Was very belligerent when talking to me about order because I asked for store number and they proceeded to be rude and hang up on me because they said I wanted the number to complain. And was but was not rude to them just politely asked. They kept trying to avoid giving me store number to avoid me contacting corporate. Also was told my complaint would not be valid because online it says an hour and a half delivery time which was false but I also ordered over the phone not online. Would not recommend and sandwich was bland and disgusting. Won't be eating jimmy johns for a while. Thanks a lot Oxford store ! read more

For a graduation party we ordered a sandwich platter. Ordered well in advance of the day. The sandwiches were so disappointing. There was so little meat in them they should've been embarrassed to have sent them out the door. They are in the sandwich business not the bread business! Very disappointing! read more

If only it were possible to give zero stars.... Rarely is my order right! How hard is it to leave the bread in and put extra lettuce on the damn sandwich? Several times now I've had incomplete orders (a missing drink or forgotten bag of chips) with the apologies of the delivery guy claiming that I would be reimbursed for the missing items...but the management refuses to honor it. The advertisements claiming "freaky fast" delivery seem to have been lost on this location. It's common for orders to take an hour or more! Jimmy John's has lost my business. read more

Had the #12 today which was turkey, provolone cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, mayo and avocado spread. Service was a little better than my last visit. If you need a sub quick this is the place to go. read more

Jimmy John's - #12 Beach Club - Delis Near Me - Oxford, Ohio

absolutely awful on doordash. have had multiple experiences where i've never even got my food or refunded

I told the manager I wouldn't leave a bad review, but after that experience I feel absolutely obligated to. Not only was I treated with the lowest level of respect by the employees, but after voicing my concern to the manger, I overheard the employees making comments about me in a very disrespectful manner. Poor customer service. As somebody who loves jimmy johns' products, this is an extremely disappointing experience. I won't be back. read more

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Absolutely terrible service and a disgusting dine-in location, always smells like something is rotten. The worst part, however, is the delivery. Not once, but TWICE now I have had a delivery driver who I am confident was driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, took 40 minutes to deliver, and when my food arrived, it was oddly moist and reeked of cigarettes. I cannot stress how much you should not give this store your business. STAY AWAY! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Came into this Jimmy John's on Mom's Weekend with about 5 moms and 5 daughters. We were standing as a group, talking at a normal sound level. They had maybe one or two other customers in the store. Our friends (one mother and one daughter) walked into the store and said "hey!" The Jimmy John's manager YELLED at all of the girls to stop screaming (his scream at our DAUGHTERS was louder than we ever were in the store all talking at the same time). Then, the manager told us all that we had to leave or they were going to call 911. It's not like the store had any customers coming in that they couldn't serve. The manager completely took advantage of the kids. Most of us were eating something that we had bought from them, and we all had to leave. EXTREMELY rude and disappointing. My daughter said that the workers at this location are always mean and they also close the bathrooms even if you make a purchase. read more

Absolutely love the food but hate the service. I have waited over two hours, three separate times for delivery. This wouldn't be an issue if I was called about it, but they don't even notify me that it will take long. Don't order delivery in Oxford from these guys, they suck. With that being said, go order take out. They're fast when you are in the restaurant and like I said, the food is awesome. read more

I would give zero stars if i could. This jimmy johns takes about 2 hrs to delivery a sandwich And the delivery person is always so rude. They also do not allow you to use their bathroom after 12am because they consider it "Hazardes waste" but it is open until 3am. Makes a lot of sense. The drivers that I have had are on so many drugs its hilarious. read more

The food was good. However, never get it delivered. I had them deliver two times, each took over an hour. A normal restaurant would give you a heads up that delivery would take long because they are busy. They only told me they were busy after I called 55min after placing my order, and told me I could come pick it up. read more

This Jimmy Johns does AWESOME especially for being in a college town. They always follow online directions and my sandwich is ALWAYS right.

The go to place for subs in Oxford. Always fast and comparatively cheap. The subs are not the absolute best you can get, but they are tasty and satisfy. Sometimes the place is incredibly busy and gets backed up a bit, but other than that the service is great. read more

Ate here at 1am on a Saturday night. Super clean which was a nice surprise. My sandwich wasn't made correctly but I give them 4 stars for cleanliness read more

Slowest delivery ever. 30+ minutes every time. Chicago's delivery is faster, and they have more customers to please.

This was the worst sandwich restaurant I have ever been to. It was so bad that I decided to sign up for Yelp to leave a review and warn others. Not just slow. Staff couldn't figure out how to enter order and then inaccurate order despite the effort, drink machine broken and spraying all over clothes, disgusting restrooms, out of supplies and food, and non-friendly service. read more

This was hands down the worst service I have ever had.. I ordered 2 subs to Armstrong and it took them over an hour and a half to deliver them. I strongly do not recommend this place at all. Freaky fast my ass. 1 Star read more

Disrespectful management, inconsistent food and a call to the corporate office was met with complete disregard to concerns that were meant to be constructive. After two awful experiences, I will not endorse their products. I would like to add that the manager Storm was rude and obnoxious. Stay away! read more

Went here over the summer and basically received a bread sandwich. As in, hardly any meat or cheese. I value my money so I don't usually give places like this a second chance. Staff needs to be retrained on how to properly place lunch meat and cheese slices onto bread... :/ read more

Worst delivery service I've ever had. I would rate it higher for the food if I actually got too eat it. It took over an hour for them to deliver my sandwiches (I'm half a mile from the store btw) and I was missing half my order.
