Terrible experience. Placed a delivery order and never received it. Got a notification 15 minutes after order thst it was "out for delivery" and then at 30 minutes I called and was told that the order was still on its way despite me living 3 minutes from location. At 50 minutes I called back and they discovered the driver left the food at wrong location despite my address being correct. The worst part is they offered to either rerun the food or just void my order...no "we're sorry" or " this is unacceptable" or any offer to give me the order for discount or no charge. Terrible, terrible customer service and they've lost a longtime customer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

This location used to be pretty good and the service was GREAT! Today we got the wrong sandwiches, when we called we got SUPPOSEDLY a Mgr who sounded like she could care less. I'm leaning towards three stars but pff. I gave them four instead. I like Jimmy John's because they are simple. They never change their menu. They have the same menu throughout the States and I don't have to be asked 'what toppings do you want?' as your mouth stares at the topping station already either 1) drooling 2) thinking nothing looks good. Nope. At Jimmy John's do you do a wide range of toppings and thats why I like it. My boyfriend and I got take out yesterday afternoon for lunch. Walked in and got greeted but when it came to taking our order everyone was too busy chatting and when we said we were ready the lady closest to the register just stared at us so we repeated ourselves and she said 'you by the phone get these people' She couldn't have been any more rude. Our food came out perfect but they skim out on the mayo so next time i'll just order extra. Eh, whatever. As I've eaten Jimmy John's over the past year or so I've really discovered that Jimmy John's only cares about being fast. Six dollars gives you basically a loaf of bread and a bag of chips. The meat is sliced as thin as possible, and only a little bit is put on the sandwich. It's really sad when the tomato to meat ratio is 2:1 on what is supposedly a meaty sandwich. I thought Subway skimped with their subs, but Jimmy John's may be worse, and maybe a poorer value as well. Thankfully, Jimmy John's will put hot peppers on whatever sandwich you want for free, which is nice -- I could eat a jar of them. Jimmy John's gets you a sandwich in just about sixty seconds, but it's because it doesn't take long to put single slices of paper thin meat and cheese on a piece of bread. Once again a screwed up order through the Drive Thru.. I counted 6 employees in the building, and I was the only customer (didn't see any at the counter and I was the only car in the drive thru...and I only ordered one sub...and it was still screwed up....The first time I ate there was right after they opened, and my order got mixed up,and I can totally understand that happening (it was their 4th day open) but if they don't have their ducks in a row by now, they never will. Wow what is the hype about Jimmy John's? It is the biggest Freaky Fast rip off. When I got my sandwiches home I was surprised at the empty bun (well almost empty). I was treating my painter to lunch, the amount of turkey on that sandwich was ridiculous. I thought I got my beach club unwich without guacamole. I called to complain and I was assured everything was weighed out and the portion of guacamole is between the cheese. When I looked hard, I did find the green coloring. I work at a doctors office right down the street from here and we order from here all the time because it's so convenient and fast! I had a very bad experience yesterday due to the very rude manager so I had to write this! I called and placed my Oder with a very nice kid and he repeated it back to me and all was good until the food arrived and the 3 tuna unwiches were not unwiches and some of us are doing the Keto diet and if any of you know this diet...:NO BREAD....No big deal mistakes happen so when I called I spoke to the girl that stated she was the manager and I explained and she was very nice and apologetic and said we will send the right sandwiches right over! We are very busy and before I knew it an hour had passed and I went to our front desk to see if they had come and they hadn't. I called and the same nice boy that took my order answered the phone and I knew immediately that his tone had changed! I told him who I was and I wondered the status of our delivery and he very rudely said "hold on the manager needs to speak to you". The same manager got on the phone and it was down hill from there! She stated that if we wanted new sandwiches we would have to pay for them because the receipt did not say they were unwiches! She was not the same nice manager from before! She was down right rude and very disrespectful to me! I asked to speak to her manager and she stated there was no one above her that she was the only one! I knew this was not true so after almost begging her and trying to plead with her that she was making a mistake by making this decision she stated that there was another manager named Chris but that he just left for the day. I asked for Chris's phone number and she refused and said policy would not allow her to give this to me! She then said to me I am very busy have a nice day then hung the phone up on me! I wanted to drive right over but knew that was not the right decision to make I was shooken!!!! The fact that I don't care what her receipt said the order was wrong and the fact that we got no phone call to tell us this! She treated us like we did not matter nor our business we give them everyday did not matter! I'm going to be stopping in soon as I'm able and I will speak to Chris about this! The only reason that I picked 1 star is because "0" was not an option. I parked in parking lot because we were taking the kids to ortho next door then coming back to eat. the manager (owner) comes out yelling at me in front of my kids (there was literally not 1 other car in their parking lot). My kids got regular sandwiches while I got a "slim". It tasted terrible like 2 day old bread, and was incredibly hard to chew. I figured that adding vinegar/oil would make it at least edible. I asked for a side and when they did not have any, the young employee volunteered to put it right on the sandwich. The kid took my sandwich, but then the owner told him "we don't put vinegar and oil on slims". I asked to speak to the "manager" and he came out from his hiding place in the back. He treated me like complete garbage, was condescending and just RUDE. The sandwich was inedible, so I just threw it away rather than argue. He thought this was very funny. Jimmy John's in New Baltimore, MI is the biggest RIP OFF with the WORST customer service. When I got my #16 LULU sandwich home, I was surprised with all the mayo on it. I ordered without mayo , also indicated on the receipt. They were closed when I went to eat and discovered all the mayo. I drove 20 minutes back to the store the next day after they just opened up and told the manager of my order being wrong. He blew me off and said he was not going to replace or remake my sandwich the correct way as indicated on my receipt, stating no mayo. Manager was extremely RUDE and disrespectful. Jimmy John's is the biggest rip off, I'm not sure how they stay in business. The manager needs to learn Basic customer service skills. I will never be back and have told everyone I work with and know about my horrible experience. So I basically lost $8 on a useless sub and a lot of travel time and gas on the original purchase and the return trip the next day. Also, I am not supposed to eat mayo for medical reasons, besides the fact I don't Like it either. Ordered a delivery from the New Baltimore location one night and it took over an hour for the sandwich to get to my house. The store manager said there was only one driver and they would try to get to as soon as he can.... Once my sandwich arrived over an hour later more than half the items on the sandwich were missing. It was a Veggie sandwich so not much comes on it to begin with. When I called the Store the manager, she said I can wait for another sandwich to be delivered or accept a store credit for the same sandwich. I was not waiting anther hour for a sandwich so I accepted the credit. I called today (12/30/2016) to order the same sandwich and the 2 managers is spoke with claimed nothing was written on a "sheet of paper" and so there is no proof of my store credit... One manager said they only keep the store credit (sheet of paper) for 3 days the other manager said they keep it for a week...doesn't seem like they know what they are saying and making things up as they go along. Asked for the owners name and she provided the names of Jared and Chris. She told me I would have better luck talking to Chris since I won't get anywhere with Jared..... WOW they must think really highly of their store owners. I am soo beyond disgusted that someone thinks its okay to speak to people in the manner those 2 managers spoke to me in. They must of forgot they are in customer service, or might just hate their jobs and don't care to provide any sort of decent service. I did not yell nor did I get cruse...they hung up in my face twice and told me to call on Monday and speak to Chris about my "store credit" I was a bother to them and all I was trying to do is get a sandwich they promised.
