The sauces deserve their own shout-out! We loved the burger sauce, fry sauce, jalapeño jelly, and ranch. I've ordered large custards here and gotten 2 little condiment containers of fudge multiple times! How is one tablespoon of fudge enough for a large custard?! The side of fudge wasn't even filled up all the way. I was completely appalled by her behavior. The custard I received was completely melted, runny, and not filled up to the top of the plastic cup! It was so runny, it was like a milkshake! I had to throw it into the freezer for over 2 hours and it was still a runny mess! Not to mention this was over $10 for 1 custard. At this price, I'd rather go to Andy's and get something way better and not be scolded by a GenZ as if I'm a bad little kid with their hand caught in the cookie jar! Unbelievable!

I used to really enjoy eating here until I found out what one of my friends said about this place. He was a former employee of this Jimmy Johns on Power Road and told me about all of the comments that are made behind the counter. Who would've known such a fine establishment could be filled with so much cynicism and racism towards employees. Basically authority will take the nicest employees and then find reasons to take them down verbally with repeated vile comments day in and day out. Nothing like sandwiches made by discriminatory top-level management what taste better than a prejudice filled sandwich I thought sandwiches were made with passion at this place. read more

Ok, I seriously thought it was a joke on how fast Jimmy John's claim they are on delivering, but really the joke was on me. Within 15 minutes I had my food. OK, so if it's that quick it can't be good, right? WRONG! The bread was soft, the toppings were fresh, and the meat and veggies were delicious! We ordered 4 subs, 4 drinks, 4 pickles and 2 bags of chips. The subs were the Gargantuan, vegetarian, pepe, and smkd ham club. Everyone was raving on how good it was but we couldn't stop talking about the combination of quality and speed. I am so very pleased with my order. Good job! This is an anonymous ex-employee from Jimmy John's. I know for a FACT that this store and other's in its franchise have used expired product to make your food. They skip cleaning things on a daily basis. Not to mention they fire or force an employee to quit (so they don't get hit with unemployment), if they are not one of the favorites. The favorites can receive multiple complaints a day and still not even talked to. Don't support a company that does everything it can to take from both costumer and employee. read more

I don't get why so many of these are opening. The sandwich is just ok. Not better or worse that the other big sub chains. I tried several times but same old boring sandwich, the only one that kinda makes it decent is the garganutan just cuz it has more meat on it but its barely more than your trad sub spot.
