Ordered an 8" Chicken Bacon Ranch combo totaling $13.00. Half of the bun didn't even have any chicken on it. Brought it back up to the counter to show the lady (manager) and she proceeded to show me the minuscule amount they weigh for the sandwich. Had to remove 3/4 of the onions and lettuce they put on it and put way too much ranch dressing to a point it was just running out of the bun. Thought I would go grab a sandwich before work and was very disappointed by what I walked into. I walked in and one of the workers was sitting at the first booth with her nose in her phone, she was so consumed by her phone that she didn't even look up or acknowledge me at all. The other worker greeted me right away and said she would be right with me. She finished making the order she was doing and then took my order all while this other worker just sat there and never once got up to even offer to help. As I was placing my order 3 other people walked in and AGAIN no greeting from the worker sitting down AND not once did she get up to help take or make anyone's order. Braxton was the ONLY one working all while her coworker just sat there and did absolutely nothing. Finally a gentleman worker came in and started to help. This is why the younger generation has no work ethic they are paid to just SIT while watching others work. I normally don't ask for employees names but I wanted to make sure Braxton was acknowledged for her hard work. I truly hope this is seen and something is done with the employee that was getting paid to sit while Braxton was all by herself. Jimmy John's is very good, this location is very bad. Went in at 7:00 on Thursday to order an unwich lettuce wrap for my wife who can not eat gluten. They were out of lettuce wraps. I have owned restaurants and banquet centers, it is unforgivable for a restaurant. I will not go to this location again. Really frustrating experience. Submitted an online order to be ready at 5:15. Arrived at 5:16, order not ready. Waited for it to be made, which took 15 mins to make three sandwiches. There was an employee, a young woman, yelling f you's at the manager, and she was fired, all while we were waiting for our order. Once we got home, two of the three sandwiches were wrong, one was the wrong base sandwich, no onions were added, no avocado, no cheese. Tomatoes shouldn't have been on the sandwich and were. The other wrong sandwich had too much Mayo, no cucumber, too much lettuce. We didn't get what we paid for and the employee that was fired provided a frustrating and rude experience. read more

Stopped in to grab lunch, waited for over 10mins, music was so loud couldn't even hear myself think. I was greeted and the lady tried taking my order as she is making others orders. Food was extremely tasty. Everything seemed fresh and the prices were ok. I had the veggie sub and I loved the avocado! Made fast. I only have 1 complaint. They won't deliver to my house and I only live 1.5 miles away... seems strange to have such a tiny delivery area. Also you can't pick cash as a option for online ordering. read more

This location will do fine I think, because the company has so many fans, but I wasn't impressed. After hearing the funny commercials and people saying how great they are, I had to try the one that just opened recently near me. If you're a sub fan, and want a quick and easy sub and there's nothing in your frig, go to a Jimmy Johns. If you want more than once choice of bland, stiff, chilled bread, and want some flavor that makes you say mmmmmmm, you might want to skip this chain. You can make a more interesting cold sandwich with whatever you have on hand at home. read more

Went in ordered was never asked what condiments vegetables type of bread nothing! Just a plain sandwich was made. When I said I guess I don't get any thing on it he didn't offer to add anything just said "they are good that way anyway". My advice... go to Subway!!! read more

I rarely write reviews and never do for "fast food" restaurants. But this place is the worst and we live Jimmy John subs! In the area around 4:20pm and decide to grab subs to take home for dinner later. One lady is at the pickup counter, otherwise empty. Order an Italian Night Club....oh sorry we don't have any Italian meat. WTF! Ok so instead I'll have a #11 club. He asked "what else". A #4 Toms Turkey, please no tomato but ass cucumber and sprouts. And last order was a turkey slim for our daughter. As we are waiting at the pickup counter a lady walks in very angry about her recent order. So they redo her entire order while we wait. No worries. They start working our order and the female employee asks "do you really want cucumber, cause that will be a wait". Again WTF. Yes I would like them. Several minutes later we get the subs and head home. About an hour later we sit down to eat and my husbands club had no tomato but a crap load of cucumbers and sprouts on it! My sub had no sprouts or cucumber, just lettuce and turkey. Being a half hour away at this point it's just super annoying. Overall...not crazy fast, incredibly slow! And how do you screw up 3 subs when we were the only customer besides the other order that was messed up. read more
