Turkey Tom on sliced wheat, Regular size, $9.39 prior to tax
    Vic C.

This Jimmy John's can be found in the same location as Marshalls and Staples. There is parking available right out front. I have been to this location twice now and both times, I have ordered online ahead of time and picked up in store, on the in store pick up shelf. Each time I have gone in, I was always greeted by the same friendly and smiling employee behind the counter. Then I walk over to the pick up shelf and pick up my item (make sure to look for you name so you don't accidently pick up someone else's order). The items that I have had here previously are: Turkey Tom in garlic & herb wrap, Regular Size, $9.39 prior to tax- You can have your sandwich made in a wrap at no additional cost (you can also have it made without any bread or wrap if you prefer to make it as a salad). I didn't really like the garlic and herb wrap because I thought the flavor was a little bland. But did like the turkey, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers in the wrap though. Turkey Tom on sliced wheat, Regular size, $9.39 prior to tax- Because I really do like turkey sandwiches, on a separate visit, I decided to get this on sliced wheat bread. I did like the sandwich better, however, the way it was sliced isn't how I would have had it sliced (I would slice if diagonally or the opposite way that my sandwich was cut. If you see my photo, you may get a better understanding of what I mean). I would prefer to have my sandwich left whole so that I can slice it in half the way I would when I get home. The portion size for this sandwich and the Turkey Tom I had made in a wrap is a good portion for myself. Vito on french roll, Regular size, $9.39 prior to tax- I order this sandwich for my husband and thought it okay. This sandwich comes with salami, capocollo, provolone, onion, lettuce, tomato, oil & vinegar, & oregano-basil. Although my husband does like salami, capocollo and provolone in his sandwich, he felt that a local sandwich place that we like to go do make their sandwiches better. ------------------------------------ By ordering online, I do like that I can add all the extra free toppings to my sandwich, such as cucumber slices, tomato slices, sliced pickles, additional shredded lettuce, etc. I also like how you can choose to add a larger amount of a small amount of those toppings. The same goes for the spread, as I typically like to have a light spread of mayonnaise and/ or mustard on my sandwich instead of a very generous amount (makes for a messy sandwich and also I do not prefer to have the additional calories). You can also omit things from your sandwich as well, as I omitted the oil and vinegar since he did not eat his sandwich the same day that I purchased it (or it would make for a soggy sandwich). I would highly suggest signing up for a free membership so that you can earn points to get free sandwiches or other items, in addition to taking advantage of their promo codes that they will send out periodically. Overall, I will continue to patronize Jimmy John's and most likely this location.

Walked in and was greeted immediately. The gentleman taking my order was very nice. Got my order prepared pretty fast. Love their sandwiches and he didn't forget all my add ons! Definitely would return!

Terrible customer service from the gentleman who was working tonight before closing time. Was not friendly at all, very rude in explaining how things worked to my 66 year old mother who had never been to a Jimmy John's before. I had a gift card that I got from an exclusive event that he would not allow me to use-why? Simply because he could not figure out how to input it into the system. He then told me to use it online, but that if I attempted that, that he would not be able to take one order because he was getting ready to close. I went ahead and paid for the sandwiches, cookies and chips (totaling $72.00) with my debit card. Once that was done, he proceeded to start counting out his drawer, instead of going to make our sandwiches. I honestly could not believe it, and we will never come back to the location-and quite honestly after this experience, will pause before thinking about going to any other location as well.

Beach club is my go to! It has the following : turkey, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, and I pay extra for the bacon...eye roll On downside is, The charge for bacon is at a whopping $2.49 for skinny see through slices of bacon ...come on Jimmy John's, that is like a $1.15 worth of bacon you won't be disappointed with the taste Second time to this location. Feed me good, get a review, feed me bad, I'll never come back..and I'll still review

I hardly come here, because the last time I came here I remember they didn't offer many cheeses. I'm super picky with cheese, because a lot of cheese are too sharp for me. So what I remember was they only offered American cheddar and provolone. Anyhoooo Their advertisement on their summer sandwiches caught my eye. I really did enjoyed it. It was quite delightful. The only reason why I took off a star, was I thought it was kinda salty. I've ordered Cesar everything in my life, but I don't remember it tasting so salty. Minus the salt and you had a great sandwich. Oh and I totally forgot to mention how the staff were really cool! A shout out to the staff in La Verne, CA

Most of the time, everything is great, but lately, I've noticed it can be a bit of a hit or miss--I either have a wonderful experience or a really tough one. Why I keep coming back: Their food is genuinely delicious. They have really good sandwiches and so many great options if you're hungry. Also, a little insider tip: if you're feeling under the weather and want something better than a Starbucks Medicine Ball, order the Remedy Tea. It is so soothing and I highly recommend it! My recent experience: On my last visit, things felt a bit off. The staff seemed really rushed--they actually started making our drinks while we were still in the middle of ordering. Because of the rush, they missed my milk modification and the drink ended up being way too sweet, to the point where I couldn't really drink it. What saddened me most was that the cashier was pretty rude and dismissive toward us. We actually felt so uncomfortable that we didn't even want to ask for a remake, so we just headed out. I truly love the menu here and the vibe when it's "on," but I really hope the service gets back to that friendly, welcoming energy I fell in love with.

The coffee tastes like a clean, bitter, cold brew with a foamy top. (Important: Bring Cash. There's a 4% Cash Discount.) I arrived at Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) on Thursday (around 12:13PM). Parking is simple but busy. There's a side lot for customers; sign says, "2 Hour Parking." Staff is courteous, no-nonsense, and diligent. Staff worked hard. Staff quickly answered all my questions. My coffee took about three minutes. Good time. As mentioned, I ordered the Nitro Cold Brew ($9 - Large - 24oz). The coffee is very standard. It tastes exactly like any imagined cold brew coffee. Personally, the roast tasted a little burnt, but it's a common, familiar coffee flavor. The strength was weak for a nitro, but the HUGE SIZE and affordability balances it all out. This is a functional, budget drink. On ambiance, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) is a HUGE success. There's a lot of utility. The location has a self-serve water station, public internet with no password, stacked high chairs for children, two game corners (ex: Chess, Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, Uno Cards, Etc), and about one available electrical outlet. I also appreciated the retro, upbeat music and 1930s movie decor. In addition, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) has plenty of seating. There's about four interior tables, but there's also 16 outside patio tables. The location is clean, well-maintained, and well ventilated. Overall, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) is a good, local neighborhood spot. It offers affordable choice that are prepared "good enough." I wouldn't drive a long distance for this spot, but it's a decent option if you're already nearby. 4.5 out of 5

Safe to say, this placed earned a spot on my favorites list…read more Went here after a coworker recommended it. I'm pretty selective when it comes to cheesesteaks, but he assured me this was THE spot. I ordered a large West Coast Cheesesteak with provolone and their cheddar cheese sauce. First impressions were positive. The sandwich was filled with an ample amount of fillings. This place definitely does not skimp on the meat. I was informed by the worker that their "The Big One" has even more meat. I'll have to order that next time. After the first bite, I was pleased by the thin yet crispy, juicy, well-seasoned beef. The bread was the perfect complement, soft and soaking up the beef juices for a perfect bite. Despite soaking up the juices, the bread held its form well while also being chewy and airy. The provolone cheese was spread evenly throughout the sandwich, with the fresh mushrooms and jalapeños enhancing the flavors. The biggest surprise of my meal was the cheese sauce. I'm a big texture guy, so I was hesitant at first. A bad cheese sauce makes a sandwich soggy while overpowering the flavor of the meat. This was the opposite. The sauce was velvety smooth, and spread well after each pour. It was thick enough that it held its form and didn't saturate the bread. Very rich, creamy, and flavorful. Talked to the employee and he said they make their cheese sauce in-house. Very cool! This spot lived up to my coworker's hype, and he's easily earned my trust when it comes to food recs. I've had authentic cheesesteaks in Philadelphia, and this place is darn close to the stuff they have out there. I live far away, but I'm willing to drive up to this place next time I crave a cheesesteak roll.

Their tater tots alone are practically a meal. They're crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and well-seasoned without being overly salty. They're great with ketchup, but I like mixing half of them with my homemade lemon pepper seasoning, which takes them to another level. The cheesesteaks are generously portioned and packed with tender, buttery beef smothered in plenty of melted cheese. Every bite is rich, savory, and satisfying, making this the perfect spot whenever you're craving a hearty, cheesy sandwich.
