If I could give them a negative review I would. I have been here MANY times within the last year and this place has really gone down hill. From the customer service, or lack there of, to the simple directions customers put in their order and it never gets done! I've asked for my sandwich to be cut in half MANY times but never is, I've asked for extra lettuce, and get maybe 10 stands on a regular sub! I've even tried loggin in on the app to order, it shows they aren't "open" or I can't order online even though they are open, I go into the store and SHOW them what I'm talking about on the app, and the workers are arguing with me! I had ordered TWO of the J.J.B.L.T, asking them to cut the sandwiches in half and wrapping them up separately. (BTW, I was the only one in the restaurant) Obviously this didn't happen. While I waited, NONE of the staff and there was 9 in this location, as they were all busy doing other stuff, not making sandwiches. We ordered here for delivery. Ordered online at 4:45 PM on a Friday night. It currently is 7:03 Pm that same night and we have no food. We have tried to call the store for answers but the phone just rings and rings, no voice mail. We have had a few prior poor service instances in the recent past. Working hard and on a tight schedule today. Ordered lunch from JJ's at 12:04, it was out for delivery at 12:32, at 1:05 it had still not arrived. When it did arrive (while I was on the phone with the shop) the driver left it outside my office door without knocking. Another employee noticed on his way back to his office at 1:06 (it wasn't there when he walked by before). Then I was disappointed because my beverage was not there. Again, I called, and was told they don't have tea. They should have said something (like make a call) or not charged me. There attitude when I asked for a replacement was more or less, "maybe you'll get it at some point today, we're busy." I have cancelled my payment, I didn't get my merchandise, and they don't deserve a tip. This is the type of service we should refuse to accept or pay for. Placed an order ahead of time (more than an hour) for pick up at a certain time. Fiancee went to pick it all up...it was all waiting in a box when he got there so he didn't see it made & came home. We live far away & 2 out of our 4 sandwiches were missing ingredients so we called because we were not in the position to drive back. They did not care & they offered nothing. The person on the phone even said that the manager him/herself said that they will make sure food is correct next time & that is all. Ordered delivery to a business. Was 30 minutes late although I got an email 35 minutes before sandwiches arrived that driver was on his way. Called twice and got no help. Asked manager to call me back later in the day, which he did, and told me to next time order sooner (I ordered over an hour ahead of when I needed the sandwiches) and gave excuses that they didn't have enough drivers and were too busy. Ordered 20+ minutes prior to picking up. Got there and sandwiches were not done. As we were standing there waiting, someone walked in, ordered, and received their sandwiches. Currently have been waiting for our subs to be delivered for 1 hour, 10 minutes. We have been checking the delivery tracker every ten minutes or so, with no updates to our order. We just called the restaurant about 20 minutes ago and were told it would be another 45 minutes. Pretty disappointing for a company whose main draw is the speed at which they claim they get their food out. If you're that busy, at least have the forethought to let your customers know when an order has been placed online. read more

Fast. Fresh. Delicious. Our office is about half a mile from the losey boulevard location. Someone from our office orders from them at least once a week. In December we ordered one of their catering platters on short notice and they were wonderful. We never have a problem with this location. We never have a problem with orders. An UPDATE - Having contacted the manager of the La Crosse Jimmy Johns locations, he clarified that it was company policy that customers must use JJ's cups at the beverage stations. HOWEVER, after hearing our concerns, the manager has changed company policy to allow for the sustainable approach of bringing your own reusable cup to JJ's. We applaud his consideration of our concerns and subsequent change to policy. You're back to 5 stars!! Thank you and we WILL be back!! Posted Previously: Have always enjoyed stopping at this location, but was a bit disappointed yesterday. We came in an ordered our usual sandwiches and drinks. But when we said we didn't need a cup as we had brought our own reusable mugs, we were told we could not do that as it is against health code. Having checked with the local health inspection authorities (La Crosse County), we discovered that there is no such code restricting the use of personal cups at self-serve beverage stations. Perhaps this is Jimmy Johns policy that the employee (and manager , as well) erroneously confuse with health code. Either way, Jimmy Johns appears to not be supportive of sustainability practices by its customers, thus presumably by its staff. C'mon JJ's, get with the program! Whether or not you believe in climate change, filling our landfills with unnecessary paper and plastic is still NOT OK. When you're looking for a quick sub sandwich it doesn't get much faster than Jimmy John's. I've eaten at this location several times and found the service to be fast and subs to be good. The real charm of this location is the view of the bluffs that you have when sitting down to eat. You can see Grandad Bluff and the surrounding bluffs clearly right from your table. read more

I'm a local business owner and order from Jimmy Johns 3 times a week, at least, the downtown location is closed for renovations, I am less then 2 miles from this location, when I tried to order my lunch, I was told they don't deliver downtown, I told them the downtown location was closed, they said basically, "tough luck", I guess they don't need my business, so for the next year they won't be getting it, the Midwest knows nothing about customer service, you would think that they would expand their delivery area until the downtown location reopens.
