I don't know what happened to this branch of Jimmy John's but it is the #1 worst ever! I live 3-4 minutes away from the place and it took 1 hour to receive a sandwich delivery. To add insult to injury the sandwich was the most disgusting rubbish I ever tasted. The turkey was not edible. The bacon was super-salty and because the sandwich sat so long in the car it all became a soggy mess. I waited for a message to leave feedback and never received one. Ordered one day in advance, two days consecutively for my son between baseball games. Both at 10:15 AM, so you wouldn't expect much store traffic to be their excuse. On the first day they were late, the driver and store employee apologized. They didn't offer to eat the charges, but OK, they were sorry and anyone can have a bad day. On the second day they were so late that my son didn't get to eat. The second game had started. Unacceptable. You apologize because you made a mistake and you endeavor to fix it. Two days of being late makes the apology seem insincere at best. Beware if you are ordering from this store between games to feed your son. This location sucks. We ordered online and showed up at the store about 20 minutes after ordering. My wife went in and stood there and waited for over 20 minutes. They never said hello or addressed her but she found out our order was just sitting on the counter. It was "waiting to be quality checked," whatever that means. Although I know if doesn't mean "putting napkins in the bags." At least 10-12 people walked into the store AND out before I saw my wife come out. Wow. This used to be my go to. Like other reviewers mentioned, the freaky fast we know and love has left this location. It takes an average of 75 minutes for delivery, any time of day. Also, as other yelpers said, the sandwiches are often made wrong or have nothing on them. It is disappointing because this was a fast, delicious, customer focused sandwich shop for years. I read the previous reviews and have to say my experience with this Jimmy John's was the complete opposite of the negative ones. It makes me wonder if there is some sort of local vendetta against this restaurant. It was well-staffed, and I received fast and courteous service. Everyone there was working hard with all the pick-up orders that were coming in. Meanwhile, my food was prepared quickly. I got a veggie little john, which was good. I will not be returning to this location however due to a lack of mask wearing/improper mask wearing. The managers don't seem to care to enforce this as there are 5 employees disregarding this and no enforcement is happening. There were three main issues with my most recent experience here. 1) Speed-I have never had an order that took so long for Jimmy Johns to complete. 4 sandwiches took almost 10 minute. And the cashier added, and charged an extra sandwich to the order. So we ended up with 5 total sandwiches. 2) Sanitation-With growing number COVID-19 infections nationwide, masks are all or nothing right now. Most employees had masks but only one had it on her face correctly. Others wore them on their chins or under their nose. With a handful not even bothering with wearing a mask while handling food. One of the staff members with her mask on her chin seemed to have a cough. It was overall disgusting. 3) Staff interactions-There were staff on break were sitting up front by the counter, each sitting across the area yelling a conversation across the front of the store. They could have eaten their lunch at one table or in the area of the store that was roped off from the public. Jimmy Johns has never had the best sandwiches but they are quick. Compared to the Jimmy John's I've ordered from in any other city, especially Milwaukee, the Kenosha location has consistently been the worst. Sure, the food is the same but the service is terrible. When they first opened, I called the location after nearly 45 minutes after my order to make sure it was on its way (since I've always been used to the "Subs So Fast You'll Freak" motto they advertise). The girl assured me that my order was en route, so I thanked her and said okay. Not even 5 minutes after hanging up with her, the manager called me back with an attitude to let me know that it was NOT closer to the 45 minutes I mentioned, rather only about 35 minutes since I ordered. Really?? I didn't order from this location again for about a year, hoping that by then turnover may have filtered her out. Although I never dealt with her again, each time I call I experience problems with my order. Whether its having to repeat EACH piece of information asked of me more than twice (not exaggerating here), or my order being wrong, or the employee firmly insisting they don't carry a particular kind of soda that I've ordered from them EVERY single time... it's just ridiculous. I understand it can't always go perfectly all of the time. But it can't go wrong all of the time either, and in my case it has! I would use the online ordering system more, but I'm on the go most of the time and would like to think it's easier just to call it in. read more

I ordered a sandwich from there on my lunch break. I took a bite and discovered the bread was moldy. I went back later that day with my receipt and the moldy sandwich to ask for a refund. They tried fighting with me saying the green blue on the bread was a "burn mark". They then took my card number(I paid with my card) and took my receipt and said they'd give it to their manager who wasn't in and they'd reimburse me my money. That the money should be in my account in 4 days. They never reimbursed me and now I don't have a receipt to go in there and get my refund. I would never ever go back to this establishment.
