These guys are the unsung heroes of my life. Every time I go in, they're smiling, helpful, and fast. They have turned around some of my worst days with their speed and enthusiasm. I have eaten countless #12s and my friends owe me quite a lot of money for the tuna clubs and Italian nightclubs (with peppers!) I have bought for them. Sure, it's not fine dining, but I have enjoyed every sandwich I have bought. I have converted to being a JJ's devotee after many years of Subway as my fallback lunch option. Thanks, Jimmy; you keep me going. Update: I just went by at 10:30 to buy some day-old bread. They gave us some of today's bread for free. And they were so friendly and happy. Ugh, too good a place. read more

If I could give this Jimmy John's a 2.5, I would... but I guess I'll round up out of generosity. I like the Jimmy John's chain, generally. Furthermore, when I was working in Downtown Ithaca, this was a 'go to' for my colleagues and I. We were frequently dealing with minimal time for lunch, so ordering JJ's and having them deliver to the office building was the standby. While generally speedy, it was always a hit or miss regarding whether or not your order would be as expected. I stopped back recently for the first time in quite a while. Opting to pick up my order while running home after errands, I customized my order from the app, submitted it, and had it confirmed for a 3pm pick-up. Upon arriving a couple minutes after 3pm though? My order wasn't ready. One of the guys had to rush to put everything together... ... and by the time I got home, unwrapped my sandwich, and took a bite? I realized the guy who prepped my sandwich had missed adding the Italian vinaigrette. Such a DRY sandwich without the Italian vinaigrette! *sigh* This is what happens when they have to do everything in a rush because they didn't pay attention to the order pick-up time. For a generally mediocre sub? I've always thought their prices were a little high too. Even worse when they don't make your sub correctly. TL;DR Hit or miss. You just never know if they'll get your order right. Speed of delivery (if you're really close) works to their advantage, but going back to this location today reminded me why this location is just NOT somewhere I really bother with anymore. read more

It's been -years- since I'd last been to Jimmy John's. Having gone to undergrad in Evanston, I remember all-too-frequently late-night meals here while working on one team project or another at ITEC (nee BIRL). It's only appropriate that my most recent Jimmy John's visit was similarly with age-old college buddies, also engineering majors, and for a quick grub-and-go bite en route from one adventure to the next. Admittedly, I don't typically get stoked about going to a chain sandwicherie (unless it's Potbelly), but I'd forgotten just how much I liked Jimmy John's subs. I mean... for the price, it's a pretty good deal. If you're a meatophile like I am, you're likely to also love the #9 - it's chock full of salami, capicola, and ham. And take their suggestion of adding hot peppers. With plain oil and vinegar, it's adds a nice little kick to the sandwich. Bright, clean, and airy... they either don't intend to do high traffic here, or people just grab-and-go, because seating's pretty limited. Definitely smaller than the Evanston shop I'm used to. Still, the decor's just as smart-ass and saucy as I remember; it's just my style! read more

For a $10 wrap, what I received looked and tasted absolutely disgusting. My caprese salami wrap was DRENCHED in oil, I almost vomited trying to choke it down. The size of this was certainly not worth the money either. I had also requested napkins which would have really come in handy with this mess, but I did not receive those. I have ordered from this location 3 or 4 times now and this was my 2nd bad experience with the food. The service is just so careless, or maybe it's just my luck. I guess it is safe to say I am done here. read more

It was a Friday night. My friend and I were starving and we just wanted a sandwich. Sounds pretty easy, right? I ordered for delivery online and waited for over 30 minutes. Not bad, but once I started, I took a bite and felt something. Pulled the food out, and there it was. A HAIR. I will never order from here. In fact, I will never order from any Jimmy John's ever again. read more

I've dismissed this place as just another chain Subways or Quiznos for the longest time until I was told I was making a terrible assumption, it's actually really great for grabbing a quick, cheap and tasty sub sandwich. The 8'' sandwiches are a bit on the small side if your getting a normal sized one but its certainly delicious, who would of thought something as simple as a ham and cheese sandwich could be so good on a simple french bread. Start simple with the Pepe and work your way up. Best thing about this place is they deliver late too but running in and grabbing a sandwich takes less than 3 minutes. Win. read more

In-store service is very good, never long wait for the sandwich, it is often done by the time you have paid and walked to the pick-up window. Deliver service is very unreliably and often awful. Their "freaky fast" service must only apply to the sandwich-making process because delivery often takes over 40 minutes to arrive. read more

I ordered a sandwich, a drink, and chips and waited over 20 minutes for delivery. I get a call saying that Cornell university was too far out of their delivery range, so they can't deliver my sandwich. Wouldn't have been a problem if I was told this on the phone, but I didn't appreciate how long it took them to realize that a 10 minute drive was too far. Anyone at Cornell, don't order delivery! read more

Sandwiches are super FAST most of the time. If you are in a hurry and lazy, these are the way to go. In fact you probably already ordered and have your sandwich before you even read this review. Lot of bread and lettuce, not a lot of meat, which is paper thin. Sandwiches usually made the same, but sometimes vary on level of condiments - sometimes they forget the mayo (or maybe they put way too much on sometimes and very little other times). With all that lettuce and little meat, sometimes I feel like I am eating Still I eat there once a week! read more

I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS!!!! Everytime I'm in town, this is where I come first. Here and Wegmans.. but Wegmans is a whole other story/category. I really wish there were Jimmy Johns further west than Colorado... I need a Jimmy Johns in LA post haste!!! read more

Jimmy John's is a pretty good chain in general, but it's the people at this specific branch that make it awesome. Tai made some great subs and was very friendly! read more

Well-known chain so if you are generally a fan of it, quality and taste are no different here. One other upside is that their delivery is ridiculously fast - very convenient option! read more

As usual when an establishment changes owners, the diminishing of selection, lowering of quality, and raising of prices begins. Hoping that past popularity will carry through profits whilst altering the reasons for that popularity is something many of us have seen all too often. Jimmy John's seems to have joined this league. The menu is reduced, the prices are up, and they have discontinued sandwich toppings (e.g. sprouts) that made Jimmy John's unique - that put me in the mood for a Jimmy John's sub, not just a sub. Now that they're tuning into "just a sub", there's no reason to pay the extra cost. read more

It's shocking when the sub shows up from across town five minutes after you get off the phone with them. Their delivery is fast. The subs themselves kind of suck but it's hard to complain when they only costs $5 and the phone people and delivery people are great. read more

Not my favorite sub and for the price not the biggest nor does it have the most ingredients. But for $5.75 delivered to my work in usually under 25 minutes this cannot be beat. I love the flavor of the sub don't get me wrong but if I had time to run to Wegmans let me tell you I would. This place is great when you've got 30 mins for lunch and no time to pick anything up. They are FAST and the subs are good but like I said a little pricey. It works out in my mind though because they don't charge for delivery. So if the $5.75 sub was only worth $4.50 in my opinion I am paying $1.25 to have it delivered which justifies the purchase every time. I've ordered countless times from then for lunch at work and continue to do so and will continue to do so as they are the best for a quick lunch at work! read more

Awesome little sandwich shop! Fresh bread, delicious fresh ingredients, and cheap too! Very courteous staff. Also very cool that they deliver. Even one sandwitch! read more

It's been over 20. minutes and so I called to find out where my order was. The woman who answered said it still in the store. Hmmm, that's not very freaky fast now is it? She said they are short staffed today. Oh, so you knew it was going to a long time but you didn't reach out to tell me and didn't offer to make it right when I called out that the store isn't living up to their motto today. Thats not very good service Jimmy John's! Just sayin! read more

I came here about 4-5 years ago and I remember it being really good. Its deffinitly better then subway. Next time I'm in Ithaca I'm going to stop here again and I will update my review. I live on Long Island and there are none down here :'/ read more

I love jimmy johns, it's way better than subway and they even deliver. I also love their jimmy John bbq chips!

JJ's is a pretty standard sub shop ... that I happen to enjoy very much. The subs are always good, consistant, and I always get exactly what I ask for. Whilst a little pricey, they are worth every dime. I have never had an issue with them making exactly what I ask for. The #6 Veggie sub is my go to, always consistantly made, never over or under stuffed. Just good, consistant, not exactly cheap food. read more

The delivery was fast, I'll give them that, but everything else was terrible. I ordered a #4 that arrived quickly, but when I opened it up, it was just bread, a small bit of avocado and a couple pieces of turkey, no vegetables at all. I called and spoke to a manager who agreed to replace the sandwich, but then it never came. Or at least it's been two hours and I haven't seen it. Will not be ordering from here again. read more

banging! quickest subs ever made and simply delicious and low price. sub way has nothing!

Mediocre food you can find anywhere but it isn't bad service was decent but nothing special

Considering I can get a delicious sub and chips for $7.00 within 60 seconds of walking in the door is amazing.
