I order from here way too often lmfao... and that speaks for itself. It's good food, especially if you're lazy but want kiNd Of healthy??? food? There's a couple people that work there that go above and beyond with the customer service, others that are eh. Order if you want fast, fresh, above average delivery food. My only complaint is that they typically don't cut it in half when I choose cut in half on the app. read more

I wish I had a pic to post. I ordered my food online to be delivered. After waiting 2 hrs and having to leave work, I got nothing. This location obviously has an issue with getting delivery drivers to handle the workload, so maybe not have that as an option? This was the 3rd time I've ordered delivery and 2nd time it was delivered more than 2 hrs after the expected delivery time. The other time it was delivered on time. Maybe it was because it was Friday?‍ read more

I ordered from here for lunch for the first time this past Monday. I ordered the lil John BLT and the pesto pasta salad. I thought the food tasted good. I would order from here again. I ordered my food for pick up but I did not pick up the order myself. So I can't comment on parking or interactions with staff. read more

I'm not sure what is going on with this store but two weeks ago I stopped by to get a totally tuna and they were out of tuna. So strange considering they make it there (at least they used to). Tonight (11/16) I went to the store around 9:30 or so and the door was locked. All the lights were on but there was no one in sight and door was locked. I called just in case someone was in back but no answer. What the heck is going on? read more

Just wanted to update: never received any follow up to multiple emails! Never received a refund. Separately, the space remains filthy inside (as visible from the street!). So it's clear that management didn't take any steps to ensure future customer health. Finally, if you're a woman alone, be aware that there are vocal homeless folks who spend time in front of and beside the restaurant. (This problem is visible from the street, but knowing in advance allows you to bring a companion.) read more

Delivery guys don't deliver. Manager doesn't manage. Waited 4 hours for food once, not goin back. read more

Place is quite honestly the worst Jimmy John's in the world. The manager and workers there take great pride in making the most pathetic sandwiches the world has ever seen. If you enjoy dawdling service and crappy food, please jump in your car and visit that place. read more

Used to be so good but lately not so much. Skimpy on the meat, no seriously really skimpy, asked for no lettuce, tomato, mayo on one sandwich, but got none on all, and delivery is iffy, sometimes fast sometimes really really slow. Wish there were more options in H-Town I'm so disappointed. add sad face here read more

Placed large catering order two days ahead. Food never came when promised. Called store only to be told they were on the way (4 minute drive) An hour later tried to call back only to be hung up on multiple times. they show up an hour and half later. Dept luncheon was already dispersed and people had to be back on the job without receiving lunch. Would not recommend and will never order from there again. Poor, unprofessional service. Go somewhere for subs is my recommendation. read more

Freaky Fast does not exist. After two hours of no-show, I had to cancel delivery because it had not arrived. This has been the second time.

The food is OK, but no bargain at the price. However, the service absolutely sucks. This is supposed to be fast food; it is food, but there is nothing fast about it. Every once in a while I break down and give them another chance, as I did this morning. I know they are slow, so I placed an online order 2 hours and 20 minutes in advance. It is now 15 minutes past the time the food was supposed to be delivered, and it has just changed to "out for delivery". These clowns seem to think the time I specify is not when I should get the food, but when they should start making the sandwich ... maybe, if they get around to it. Don't make my mistake. Don't give them a chance to ruin your day. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff is rude, waited over 2 hours for delivery, called to inquire about status and was placed on eternal hold for almost 10 minutes. Hung up, called back, advised that they only had 1 driver available, when I suggested they should hire more drivers I was hung up on again. When I called back to cancel my order they again hung up on me. My previous experiences with JJ locations have been positive but this one has been anything but positive. Avoid at all costs, JJ franchisee needs remediation course in customer service, or the employees at a minimum. read more

Delivery to my hotel room was fast and sandwich as ordered. Delivery guy was very nice. Exactly what I expect from Jimmy John's!

Being downtown there's not many places to order from so we always order Jimmy Johns. I always get a slim #5 add extra cheese. The past 7 times... yes 7, they've not put on the extra cheese but have charged me the extra $1 for it. That's $7 of forgotten cheese on my sandwiches. Look, I get the first time. I was even nice on the 3rd time but 7 is ridiculous. They've brought me new sandwiches but by that point my lunch is already over with and I don't have time to deal with another sandwich. This time the cheese they did put on it was almost see through and pieces together. I'm done eating Jimmy Johns and I'm glad we have grub hub now. read more

Jimmy John's - the receipt for the restaurant - Delis Near Me - Huntington, West Virginia

Smoking fast, ordered three subs all custom and they got it 100% right. Sandwiches were delicious.

Within the last few months this store appears to have developed some hardships. Delivery to me and my co workers (at home or at work) is inconsistent and can take up to 10 hours. Yes you read that correctly. My last order was delivered two hours later. Several of my colleagues report 4-10 hour window on deliveries. It is almost comical to think a restaurant would attempt to deliver in that time frame. My colleagues report getting multiple phone calls to Jimmy Johns and being told 'it is out for delivery',,,,,then getting woke up at home or called hours later and informed their sandwich has been delivered. I am not sure who in this restaurant believes an order placed many hours ago is 'ok' for delivery. This is not isolated occurrences but has occurred numerous times within the last month, the entire workforce (of hundreds) has quit ordering from here because of inability to obtain orders. read more

Super fast, fresh, and delicious. Love their food! Much better and faster than other sub places around like subway. Very fresh food. I recommend anyone to try it. read more

Mediocre sandwiches with too loud of music. Really unpleasant place to sit down to eat with friends when they're blaring music like it's a night club. Asked them if they would turn it down & was told rudely we could leave if we didn't like it. read more

Hours to get order and never got the correct food manager is rude hanging up on customer's. I don't understand i work many fast food places and its not rocket science. If there is a issue correct it instead of customer waiting 4 hours and still didn't get all the food. 4 phone calls and 2 delivers and still do not have the correct food. Who ever the manager is working the night of 9/4/21 at eh location on 4th ave in Huntington WV needs to learn how to speak with customers. There's no complaints on my end who says that to a customer and then hangs up. call back is this your policy to hang up on someone. quote " I thought you was done" in mid sentence done.... WHAT. Ridiculous. Worked at cookout running 1000 dollar hours and still made service running a 8 man kitchen with 4 of use one on each station. Arby's and McDonalds is on my list all together 14 years. Its not difficult to make a sandwich that needs no cooking everything is there grab and go. Apparently they need new managers that knows what there doing. When i was a manger i looked for the issue and corrected it even if i was doing 2,3,4 or 5 different jobs. But people these days they just was to have there thumb up there butts and and point finger and not get there hands dirty. read more

Had a sub made tonight at this location. Specifically asked for no tomato twice with our orders.. the worker which I will not name at this point was very rude.. when we seen he put tomato on the sub he very rudely yelled.. are you allergic to tomato?! We said no and he just took it off and gave it to us. We will never be back. EVER read more

Jimmy johns has always been one of my favorite places to eat around Marshall. It just screams college town! Open til morning and great for any time of day (esp 3 am). The bread is great and I honestly haven't had a bad sandwich from them. I love the unwich variation for sandwiches, especially the beach club. Also, they don't judge you if you ask for extra lettuce on a lettuce wrap (that's not weird, right?). Sandwich, chips, and a drink for a price that won't break your wallet. The only thing I would change is the space, I wish it could be double the size! read more

fantastic place & great food!!! freaky fast!!! anytime i've ordered from here they have been amazing!!! read more

My favorite sub shop in Huntington! Good portions and great bread. A subtle touch I like is the vegetable ingredients are crispy and cold which adds a nice pop to the sub. read more

Excellent food (better than other Jimmy John's I've had in other cities), and their delivery is super fast. I loved ordering here when I was at work. When you go inside, the service is pretty great, too! read more

Apparently 1.5 miles, probably less, is out of their range. Their location makes it difficult to have anything delivered outside of the Marshall campus. Kind of glad I wasn't able to order though, honestly, as the girl on the phone was coughing uncontrollably and sounded sick. read more

Really disappointed by their lack of service and laziness tonight at Jimmy John's. Our group ordered a few sandwiches 1 mile away (Edwards street) and they told us that was right outside the delivery area. We had ordered from the address before. I will certainly not waste my time with the Huntington Jimmy John's nor any other locations in the future. read more

So I had just turkey, cheese, lettuce, mayo, and hot peppers! I had one last night and tonight! It was very good. You would think the hot peppers would be really hot, but they aren't. Very good! I just wanted something plain the bigger sandwiches have way too much meat! read more

I love Jimmy Johns. It's a great place to grab a quick lunch downtown. My only grievance is that they don't deliver very far at this location. read more

Must've caught them on a really bad day. Sunny Saturday about noon. Ordered two tuna unwiches with chips. First one came in thirty minutes. Second one arrived forty-seven minutes later. Everyone apologized. The threw in coupons for two more subs. I don't have the life that lets me wait 75 minutes to have a pair of raw sandwiches again. Paid for them & gave them to the deliver boy. read more

I know that Jimmy John's is a chain, but this is the only location I have visited and I am a fan. This is one of my favorite eateries in Huntington. I love their bread, especially the whole wheat. The sandwiches are huge and filling. Good barrel pickles too. The staff are super nice and the service is fast. read more

Good sandwich but this location is way over priced. I always get the Italian nightclub and a side of hot peppers.

I love Jimmy John's! The subs are great, fresh, and made quickly. However, I'm not a huge fan of the staff. More often than none, whether I order at the restaurant or from my dorm, the staff tends to be slightly sarcastic, condescending, unfriendly, and, on some occasions, rude. read more

Best cold cut sammwiches i have ever eaten, the pickles are an amazing addition. The music can be a little loud, but the food is worth it, they truely do super fast service! read more
