Not just this location, but Jimmy John's in general is the best spot to get food. The speed of their service is immaculate, and the workers are almost always kind. I go at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. If you are looking for a great sandwich shop, or any food really, Jimmy John's is the way to go. Go somewhere else. This establishment doesn't care about their customers and they do not stay true to their promises. I placed a pick up order through the app. I paid for two sandwiches, got a call from an employee that the bread I wanted on one sandwich wasn't available for the rest of the night. I told the young lady that I only ordered the sandwich because of the bread. I was told by this young lady that I'd be refunded for the sandwich/extra meat, in 7-10 days or however long my bank may take. The sandwich and extra meat were crossed out in red. I even thought to myself, maybe I should keep the receipt just in case. Of course I didn't! Waited the 7-10 days, business days even, never received the refund. Looked everywhere for a customer service email (I work odd hours and am not awake/available to go in during... well, all the time) and sent it only to receive a reply saying "sorry all our menu items weren't available" so I went through my emails for the confirmation email from the night I placed the order, May 26th, and filled out the questionnaire/survey of the order I placed. I received an email back from another representative saying they were truly sorry for the experience I had, and instead of refunding the sandwich/extra meat, they were going to refund my entire order amount of $34.54 for the trouble. Then like magic, never heard back from that man and also never received the newly promised refund. I can see why this location has such a low rating now. Every time I've been there, they've been out of 3 or more ingredients. Our two sandwiches were good but this was the oddest experience I have had in a fast food restaurant. First, their front door is locked so we walk around back. You may get more customers if they could enter your store. Second, they were out of the pickles they have been advertising for weeks. Third, the guy taking our order says he has to get permission to add cheese to one of our sandwiches. Fourth, we had a BOGO for Little John sandwiches, but they did not tell us one of the sandwiches we ordered could not be made in the Little John size. I expected a hard time because I couldn't find the receipt - not sure we got one- and she made the effort to locate our order, which we had charged. Jimmy John's has a good formula for sandwiches that I appreciate. Some good solid sandwich choices served up quickly with fresh ingredients. Nothing spectacular or terribly imaginative you can count on the consistency of quality. You know what you are going to get when you go to one of these restaurants. Although this was my first visit to this location, I have been eating at JJ's for several years. This appears to be a new building. It's clean and well organized. Staff were healthful and pleasant. Frankly I don't normally use any restaurant's drive thru service, but if you want it, this place has one. Overall, good experience. This location is always very clean. Very friendly staff. I am always greeted upon walking in and when I'm leaving. I keep forgetting this location has a drive-thru, because the other Jimmy Johns I've gone to do not have a drive-thru. I always get the beach club with added bacon. They definitely do not skimp on the bacon. One thing I would criticize is the last time I went in, the cucumbers could have been fresher as the seeds were already hardening. read more

Hey all you low carb fanatics, your prayers have finally been answered. Jimmy Johns now carries the Unwich!!!! So today I decide to go through the drive thru and try a tuna wrap at Jimmy Johns. Had I known that their tuna was so good I would have been coming here more often! The thing that I like about their wraps is that they don't fall apart because of the way they wrap the lettuce and the cheese around the rest of the fillings. I had the albacore tuna with provolone, cucumber, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, onion, & a little bit of yellow mustard. It was one of the best lettuce wraps that I have ever had. For only $5.99 I would say it was a deal. I hate eating sandwiches where I feel like I'm eating a half a loaf of bread with it, this is a good alternative. read more

They've changed the names of the sandwiches on the menu since the last time I've been and I couldn't find the one I used to order, so I asked the employee for help. Management at this location is terrible. the assistant manager's attitude towards her staff as well as customers is absolutely atrocious. I witnessed her being dismissive and disrespectful. I tried to ask for the manager's phone number and she refused to give it to me. I told her I didn't want a personal number but rather a corporate or work phone number. She still refused. As a Freaky Fast Reward member I was told I earned a free pickle or bag of chips. I asked how much for my sandwich and Daniel told me $5.55. I said I would take the free chips reward. I look at my receipt when I get home and I was charged 1.25 for chips with a promo credit of 68 cents. My meal should have been $5.55 instead of $6.12. Other locations charge the correct pricing. This location doesn't. Furthermore, Daniel bad mouthed their own organizations reward program saying it sends out wrong information. I originally went for a $3.99 special sandwich which Daniel told me he flat out would not honor even though I showed him Jimmy Johns email on my phone. We live just over a mile away from this Jimmy John's, but they don't deliver this far. Their delivery ends across the street from us - literally! And they refused to deliver even if one of us walked across the street to meet them. Casano's gets our sandwich deliveries when we want, and Jersey Mike's gets our walk up. The Jimmy John's back home frequently dissapoints my staff and myself. We collectively have stopped ordering from them. I thought I would give them another try far away from the area I'm from. I ordered an unwich with no tomato and with hot peppers through the drive thru. I got back to work and it had tomatos and no hot peppers. I ordered again two days later thinking it was just a fluke and my sandwich had tomatos and no bacon ($1.75 extra, mind you). Jimmy John's corporate saw my social media post and reached out to me. My experience with their customer service department was very positive, but I can't seem to find a store with competant employees who know how to read a receipt to make my food correctly. The drive thru is a nice addition to the store but it's pointless if they get the orders wrong. read more

I have ordered from this location a couple of times in the past with no problem, however, today I went to their drive thru and ordered a Turkey Tom, because turkey is the only meat I can eat. I drove to my work on the same street JJ is! when I opened the bag, they had the correct order printed on receipt but a pastrami sandwich or similar inside. I called the store and asked them to deliver the correct order as I am no longer able to leave work. The guy goes sorry that's outside our delivery address we can't deliver!! I said u guys are not willing to correct a mistake your staff made, he said can't do!!!! He offered to put a $5 credit to my phone number!!! which is less than by the way than what I was charged $6.55!! Absolutely horrific experience, unprofessional and totally lacking empathy. On Monday 3/7/17. The delivery driver for Jimmy Johns Subs was driving through tour neighborhood and we saw her completely run a stop sign.. My wife has seen this happen before in our neighborhood so we decided so we decided that we should call the manager of the store. We called and asked for him and told my wife rudely that he would take care of the problem and hung up on her. We thought this was very rude so she called back and spoke with a girl and she heard the Manger say in the background " what the fuck does she want". My wife was in all when she heard this. He gets on the phone and talks to her rudely again and told her that he was really busy and didn't have time to hear her bitching. This was the last straw, so we went over to the store and I went in to speak with the Manager only to hear him on the phone lying to his boss what my wife said to him on the phone. So I waited a few minutes and then told him he was lying to his boss and he decided that he wanted to yell at me for a bit. I briefly told him all of this could have been avoided if his temper didn't get the best of him. We will never go to Jimmy Johns on Far Hils again. This was just a parent worried about children in the neighborhood getting hit by a car. Jimmy Jihns you need a new Manager. read more
