And he said "oh wow, yeah, wow that's spot on". So here's my thing: be cautious. For something to taste that spot on means it's either being processed near someone smoking cigarettes or they're purposely putting something in them. This is deeply concerning and I hope people stop spending their money here until they hire new staff.

Person in charge said they cannot refund my tip from the store but it must be corporate. Wrote a little note on my receipt, put it in the drawer and said they will submit a request. I left feeling completely ripped off and unvalued as a customer. The impression I got was that because this location is in Bridgeport and likely has plenty of business, losing a customer simply didn't matter. Mistakes happen, especially during busy periods.
