Great quick sandwich place located in canby Oregon. There's plenty of indoor seating with one table outside. The AC was blasting so we sat outside. The service was good. I have the little John which was a good deal at $5.50. I don't have a huge appetite so this was a perfect lunch for me! read more

Just an update. Ordered some sandwiches on the app. Went to pick up at this location. When I went to pay I pulled out a $50 bill. I was told that they don't accept $50 bills. All I had was three 50's in cash. I either could have walked away, but instead I had to use a credit card. Come on...a $50 bill is the new $20 bill these days! No note of this policy on their website/app. Didn't see any signs posted either. read more

Worst customer service, consistently forget items in the order, delivery times are long on days the decide to use Uber eats instead of their delivery driver with customer being unaware (our card tips go to the workers and not the Uber driver). The manager is the worst I've ever seen and he shouldn't be working with the public. They hang up on you when you call about missing items. It's terrible. I've always had a wonderful experience at this location for quality and service, Unfortunately today while in a hurry I thought it would be a great option for lunch. I was given a completely different sandwich compared to what I ordered. Being late for work already I couldn't turn around and also had to toss the sandwich due to allergy issues. I ordered an online sandwich order at 6:40 pm on a Friday. I was contacted after 7:00 pm saying they ran out of bread and could not fill my 1 sandwich order. They said my funds would be refunded on 3-5 business days. This is the 3rd time my order has either not been filled or last time it took 90 minutes to get my freaky fast delivery for the wrong sandwich. They hire a bunch of children and they have zero management responsibility for a franchise business. I believe the owners either don't care or don't know this is their reputation. I never leave reviews but this experience has sent me over the top. I stoped in and ordered 2 sandwiches. One the Beach club and one Gargantuan with no tomatoes. I paid with a card and did not leave a tip. I know I should but accidentally hit the red button not thinking about it and did not want to go back. The employee that took my order and made my sandwiches was Ryder. I got my order and headed back to work. I gave one sandwich to my wife and started to eat mine, the one I ordered with no tomato. The first bite I take has tomatoes, I didn't think anything about it maybe it was an error on his part. A couple of bits later I bite into a red hot pepper buried in the middle of the my sandwich. Just before that bite I had tore a small piece off and given it to my dog. She spit it out and keep licking her lips. That is when I found the pepper. So I call my wife and ask how her sandwich was. Her sandwich had one piece of meat a piece of cheese, Italian dressing and onions, that was it. Nowhere close to the Beach Club advertised on the board! So now I know Ryder was mad that I did not tip and messed with my sandwiches. So I drive back down to the store and walk in. Ryder looks at me and turns around after he helped a customer at the counter. Completely avoiding me. I ask another employee to speak with the manager. I tell him what had happened and Ryder starts in with comments like: Why did I feed my dog a piece of the sandwich?and said that I was lying about it and asked where the sandwiches were. I said that I ate mine and was not going to worry about it but when the other sandwich was messed with also , it sent me over the top. This kid knew what he did and got caught. The manager offered me new sandwiches which I said 'no thank you' and he refunded my money. I think more should be done with Ryder because, in my opinion, I am sure this was not the first time he has done this. Might be the first time he has been caught. So I went in and I ordered some food and it took a little while which I understand it was lunchtime and they are next to the high school I'm not mad about that. What I am mad about is I was there for about 25 minutes and all these employees are running around, you know working. But there's this one guy just on his phone standing behind the other employees the entire time I was there didn't look up didn't do anything was just on his phone while everyone else was scrambling to get everything ready. The only time he looked up from his phone was when someone said hey man, there's a delivery and then he grabbed the delivery and left. So I went up to one of the employees and asked what the heck is that guy's deal? Why was he just standing on his phone not helping or working at all? They said oh that's the store manager's fiancé all he ever does is sit on his phone, but we can't say anything. Are you kidding me that is not ok and IS LITERALLY ILLEGAL. It's wrong that he's allowed to do that because of who he's dating. And the fact that he just slacks off all day and gets paid while everyone else is working and if they say anything they get in trouble it is inexcusable read more

I would leave zero stars if I could. After thinking about it for 24 hours, I have decided to write the first bad restaurant review I have written in my life. I pre-ordered 12 custom sandwiches online from the Canby location the night before I planned to pick them up. They were packed and ready to go when I arrived. Employees were very friendly. Everything seemed business as usual. I drove the sandwiches 30 minutes to a HS golf tournament and handed out the sandwiches to the coaches and the team (Jimmy John's puts their names on them). I order the same exact sandwich for each of them every week and have never had a problem, but yesterday everyone had the wrong sandwich. Of course by the time they figured it out they were all on the course on different holes with no way to resolve it. On my way home I called the Canby location to let them know what had happened. After speaking with two employees, I was handed off to the manager. After a minute of conversation he told me that there was no way that the sandwiches were wrong because he had made them himself and was certain they were perfect. He let me know that he wouldn't argue with me over the phone because what I was suggesting was impossible. I was actually pretty nice when I pointed out that it was possible...because it had happened. He then let me know in no uncertain terms that all twelve of the people who claimed they had the wrong sandwich were wrong, and further, he wasn't willing to do anything about it. Then he hung up on me. I have literally entered the same repeat order at various Jimmy John's locations around Portland for the past five weeks. How is it possible that everyone said they had the wrong sandwich on the same exact day? It's not. read more

Always fast, accurate, reasonably priced with friendly workers even when it's busy. Highly recommend!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Don't even bother you will save time driving to the nearest Jimmy John's in Wilsonville or OREGON City before you get your order from the store. Called and asked when we should receive the order, they told me 10 minutes. 30 minutes later it was still not here and I had to call and cancel completely because we had to leave. I normally wouldn't do this but. When you order food and have it delivered. Times there's mistakes we understand that. We got most of the order but the sides and one sandwich for my granddaughter. Called tell them about the mixup asked just for what was missing. Not wanting free food. The order shows up with extra we didn't order we start eating the pickles one bite taste like Chemical cleaners. Not pickles so the people who work there obviously got pissed off because they messed up and then try to take it out on us. Not cool you want to get paid more then $15 but then you don't deserve it when this happens. We were nice about the mixup and actually tipped more because of the weather. So you gave us pickles that obviously was put in chemical cleaners and given to my daughter and my granddaughter your dang lucky I don't go there to the store right now this is coming from a grandma and a mom. So jimmy.John's get it together. And FYI My friend that's a Police officer told me to report to non emergency. So that's what we will do. I have worked food Service and I know what happens when someone says something. so if you as a parent has a child working there I hope you explain what could happen pulling this type of BS and maybe it happens to them karma. read more

3 Time I've ordered a sandwich here to include Cheese which is an extra, with an extra charge. Drive away only to arrive home with no cheese?? Not the end of the world. However this time I wanted to bring it to the attention of the manager. The manager Amy took the phone call and asked me if I paid for the cheese? After stating yes, she said maybe the drive though attendant did not here me? No impressed at all. Instead of worrying about being "Freaky Fast" they should worry about being freaky accurate. I ordered mine with light mayo and when I opened my sandwich it was dripping in mayo. They weren't even fast, might I add. Their bacon is literally the worst thing I've EVER tried. It doesn't taste like bacon and it's like stale or something. Something is definitely wrong with it!! Oh and their sweet tea.... god AWFUL! It literally actually tasted like I'm drinking pure sugar with a tea bad dipped in it once. I will not be returning ever. read more

Not sure how this location's reviews disappeared, last time I looked they were 2.5-3 stars with quite a few reviews, now none? Strange, anyway I'm pretty close to done with this Jimmy Johns and all the others. They remind me of Quiznos; when Quiznos first opened they were so good then over time, quality went down and the amount of meat per sandwich went to laughable. Same with JJ, used to pile on the meat and ingredients now it's all bread. Lame, no good sandwich shops in Canby either. read more
