Jimmy John's has consistently great service and food at all of their locations and this establishment is no different. Even though there's a Jimmy John's closer to my house than this one, I prefer this location and have become a regular over the last few years. The employees are cheerful and fun, the interior is always clean and well-kept, and the food is always as advertised. On the rare occasions that my sandwiches have been made incorrectly, I have not only received replacement food but I've also been given coupons to use on future orders. read more

It took 15 mins to make a sandwich when I was the only in the store no other tickets. Everyone stood around just looking on their phones.

Definitely NOT "freaky fast". We waited for over 15 minutes for the simplest sandwich on the menu. They also did not cut my giant in half like I asked. read more

I've been going to this Jimmy John's ever since they opened. Like any fast food place, service will vary since staff turnover can be high. But the last several times I visited, the service was fast and efficient. I always order the same thing (#9, no onions) and food quality has been consistent. I love their salt and vinegar chips. Have not eaten at the store since before the pandemic but they have plenty of seating and play music I can listen to. Bonus points for accepting ApplePay and having a decent app for ordering. read more

Did an online delivery order. Waited 40 minutes before calling and the person who answered the phone seemed to not care or try to redeem themselves at all. I finally got the order over an hour after ordering. It was soggy and warm. I did not order a hot sandwich. Disappointing. read more

Waited for my food for 40 minutes. Called them and they said they are waiting on an Uber eats delivery driver. Got off the phone and one minute later got a notification that they put in the order after I got off the phone with them. Horrible customer service no one get delivery from here read more

Waited over 30 min for a sandwich that had no condiments on it & rotten lettuce. Employees more concerned with drive thru then customers in the establishment. 6 people working but only 2 making sandwiches. I use to like jjs but not anymore. Going to jersey mikes instead. read more

Jimmy John's - Lettuce going bad - Sandwiches Near Me - Bellevue, Nebraska

Main complaint is about trying to utilize a Jimmy Johns gift card over the phone to try and have dinner delivered - it did not work. Thought we could just read the numbers to the order taker, I even called in advance to make sure that I could do this over the phone - but that did not work out so well. So, after several fruitless attempts to make the card work, I was told that I would have to come into the store if I wanted to use the card - kind of defeats the purpose of delivery. Got to the store - ordered the exact same thing and the card was scanned without any problem whatsoever. Very frustrating at the end of the day when all you want to do is stay in the house and relax Still like the sandwiches, just not the inconvenience. read more

Jimmy John's - Main counter - Sandwiches Near Me - Bellevue, Nebraska

Saturday, 17 Feb, dinner rush....completely understaffed and because of this sat in the drive thru (captive as there's no way out once you're in it) for 15 minutes for a sandwich. Shame on you Jimmy John's for allowing this to happen; no doubt the poor kid at the store caught the brunt of everyone's ire... read more

I have been to this location several times and had no issues. But unfortunately today was not the same. I ordered the J.J Gargantuan online through my sister's account. When I got it home I realized one of the sandwiches was on the correct bread and one was on what resembled a coney bun so the bread to meat ratio was completely thrown off. We called the establishment thinking maybe they will attempt to correct the problem, by offering a small discount on a future order or something. Being that the mess up was on them, the correction should not be at my expense. The only thing the manager said was you can bring it back and we can correct it. Then he went on about meat to bread ratio, added toppings, and other reasons why they weren't wrong. I initially thought they had just changed the bread and was going to let it go until I looked at my sister's sandwich and realized that the bread is still the same as before. I wasn't expecting a free sandwich because I did eat the other one. But an apology or a slight discount would have went a long way. read more

Service was ok. Had to hunt for napkins, store was reasonably clean. The food is mediocre at best but with a laid back atmosphere most people consider it great. I had the JJ Gargantuan, basically a lettuce sandwich with a couple slices of meat and cheese. They are proud of their bread though with proclamations of its freshness. Note to JJ; fresh does not equal good! It is rather tough and chewy kind of like a wheat based taffy. Side note; like all of the mid west, this place too is obsessed with the beach. Can anybody please explain to me what the 'beach club' has to do with the beach? And like the mid west this place too is underwhelming. Giving it a 2 1/2 because on its best day it could only be average. By the way jimmy john, no my mother wouldn't want me to eat here, her standards are higher than that. Obviously higher than your mothers if she calls that stuff gourmet or tasty! read more

Jimmy John's - Beach club? - Sandwiches Near Me - Bellevue, Nebraska

Great fast food sandwich place! They offer both sandwiches on a baguette or on a softer whole grain bread. Personally I always get the #9 (Italian Night Club) on a baguette. Plenty of food if you're hungry or just want a small bite and can take some home for later. JJ's markets themselves on being quick to make your order and at all the locations I've been to they definitely deliver on this promise. Usually doesn't take any longer than 2-3 minutes to get your sandwich out to you. Enjoy guys! read more

Alright, Jimmy Johns always hits the spot ! (Best pickles too.) was going through the drive through and staff was polite. (Like usual !) noticed my order was messed up when I got home. We called and they offered to deliver and refund the order to make it right. They even delivered outside their delivery zone. Thank you Jimmy Johns ! We will see you again !! read more

The worst Jimmy Johns around! 20 mins to get a sandwich and then the individuals at the window took his time talking to another person while a take out order was coming before mine! read more

Just as good as any. Franchise... they all taste the same. Had one JJ... you tried them all. But a good place to stop and get a quick meal read more

First, it took us 10 minutes to get to order in the drive thru. Second, it to 20 mins to get to the window. Third, the dude running the window was sitting looking at Facebook. I can say, it was not freaky fresh. And also, my grandmother's dying wish was to get jimmy johns on her death bed. That's all she wanted. And she couldn't even get that. Very poor servies. read more

When it comes to ordering for delivery, this place is a mess. After placing an order and waiting for almost an hour, the driver finally showed up and said he got lost (never called to let us know). He also informed us that their delivery zone stops about 2 blocks to the west of our place but said if he was working he would make the exception. Fast forward to 2 months later, my fiancé placed an order online and according to the website, we are in the delivery zone. Once again the driver (different that previous one) arrives and says we are outside the delivery area. If we are outside of their zone, they need to have their website updated. I also find it frustrating that I've seen JJ's being delivered on multiple occasions to houses further East than we are. I've also been charged for cheese and didn't receive it multiple times. read more

Quite literally might be the slowest Jimmy John's I have ever been too. I don't know what happened to freaky fast but it's not a thing at this location. read more

Super service. Quality food. Freaky fast drive-through. Accurate orders. Consistency across stores. Almost $20 for 2 large sandwiches with chips & drink. Gotta pay for quality. read more

I live just 2 miles from this store- literally have to go over east to the next major st (36th) go 3 lights south (just south of Capehart) and there I am! And they won't deliver to me! Wanted to something besides Pizza since I was on my own and it was cold out! Guess I'll be calling Papa Johns next door to them!!! read more

I was visiting a patient at the Bellevue Medical Center and decided to order from Jimmy Johns. The food was great, the employee that took my phone call lacked in listening skills. Getting interrupted while ordering my food making me repeat my order twice is not a pleasant experience. Delivery took awhile, understandable because of the weather, food was good as always. Last time ordering from this location read more

Extremely convenient. I have never sat and ate at this location but I've used the drive thru and delivery. The food is fresh and priced well. I have never gotten less than friendly and extremely fasy service. When delivery is ordered i dont have to wait more than 15 mins for it to b at my door. Always a plus! read more

Where to start always a warm greeting to the customer on the Jimmy John's chains, I always find there lobby tables for dinning in clean never a mess to wait for cleaning. I love the fresh cut meats, plus the combo meals are great. The menu also provides amusing teed bits about there sandwiches. I would recommend Jimmy Johns over other sandwich shops around the metro area of Omaha if looking for low cost meal plus they deliver sandwiches right to your door. read more

Get sandwiches from here all the time. They really do deliver freaky fast. Not even sure how they do it. Delivery within 15 minutes of ordering. I can't even make the sandwich and put all the ingredients back into the fridge that fast. Good sandwiches and okay prices. Wish they had some hot ones. read more

Will never order Jimmy Johns again. They refuse to deliver to my home yet their own website will allow me to order for delivery and has been that way for the 2 years since I have lived here. I see Jimmy Johns delivery drivers in my complex on a daily basis yet they refuse to do so today. They stated they can't go past Capehart yet I see them ALL THE TIME. Very disappointing as I was a fan of their food. read more

I love this place! I'm obsessed with their bread here. The only thing I don't like is when I ask for extra lettuce and onions it's a hit or miss with whose making the sand which sometimes I end up with extra sometimes I don't and I also do all my orders online, read more

I love their sandwiches, however bc they do not have sweetners that are diabetic friendly they are getting a low rating.

JJ's has an excellent selection of sandwiches and options for even the pickiest of sandwich connoisseurs. Their establishments are always clean and provide an "upbeat" atmosphere which makes you want to dine-in vice take-out. Plus, when you dine-in, you get unlimited access to the coke machine. Bonus! read more

Great sandwiches! I love the #4 Turkey Tom. This location is always very friendly at the drive-thru and they live up to their Freaky Fast reputation!!! Great place for a quick bite that won't leave you feeling sluggish like typical fast food. read more

The Gargantuan is tops and a personal favorite of mine, over and above any other deli or restaurant. Their prices are great for the budget as well. Keep it going Jimmy love it. read more

LOVE Jimmy Johns food. However, if you happen to live south of Capehart Road, starting today, you can not order delivery any longer. This cuts off a good chunk of base housing, Leawood, Falcon Forest and other communities south of Capehart. And there isn't another JJ that covers that area. Sad day JJ. read more

This store has some problems. The last 3 times (at least, that I can remember) the bread on my sandwich has been overcooked, hard, and dry. These orders were weeks apart, so it's not like it only happened during a short period. Also my last order took 45 minutes to arrive, and I received no explanation or apology. I contacted them via the website but never received a reply. read more

Went to this location for lunch and we wanted to eat there. After ordering our sandwiches, the service was far from freaky fast. There were at least a half dozen people furiously working on sandwiches - but there were likely for either delivery or drive-thru as we waited over 10 minutes for ours. I guess ordering food to eat there takes last priority. We went to sit down at a table but they were all dirty - crumbs and food on the tables and seats. When we asked for a napkin to wipe them off, we were told that we would get napkins with our meal. Well, we did get napkins - all 2 of them! We ended up sitting outside at the metal picnic tables. I don't understand why an establishment that has tables for eating doesn't have someone going around to wipe them down - especially during this Covid Pandemic. I've been at many other eateries that do a much better job at keeping tables clean. Guess we will just have take our business elsewhere. It's not like there aren't other sandwich places nearby...... read more

On a Thursday, I decided to try the online ordering feature I had been hearing so much about. I ordered a meal via my iPhone. ( with delivery charge, the total was just over 16$) The delivery address was approximately 5-6 minutes away from JJ. I received a series of phone calls from the delivery driver, asking for directions. During the final phone call, the delivery driver told me that my address didn't exist. (WTF Really?) so at this point I cancelled my order and asked if my debit card would be refunded and I was told yes. Update: it has been two full weeks and I have not been refunded. The store assistant manager I spoke with twice now changes their story. Good thing we (collectively) voted to raise their minimum wage huh? read more

I really like their food. It's fresh, healthier choice for fast food, taste great, and fast. Only down side is its a little pricey for just a sandwich. read more
