Short Review: I do not really shop here too often, but I used to pop in frequently and check to see the deals for kids sneakers. Back in the day, they would have Air Maxes or Prestos on sale frequently, which I would buy. The sales aren't in abundance anymore, however, you can catch something if you pop in enough. The staff is always friendly here and will always greet you when you walk in or ask if you need assistance when you're looking at sneakers on the wall. read more

The Manager is one of the most off putting people ive ever met. I once asked if they were hiring and she was incredible rude and wouldnt even speak to me directly. Any time I have been in since she has stared me down to the point that I was uncomfortable and eventually left without buying anything. She needs a serious attitude check being the manager or a customer is gonna clapback at her one day and shes gonna lose that job. read more

This place is incredibly unorganized and the employees unprofessional and misinformed. It took them 35 minutes to tell me the sneaker I wanted, which was clearly on sale as stated on the shoe itself, was not available in my size. She was holding the sneaker in my size.... The manager and 3 other staff were overwhelmed with the 4 customers in the store. The customers were all complaining and seemingly confused. The Manager and staff cursing at each other, placing blame on one another making me, the customer, feel uncomfortable. I walked out and did not purchase anything. I've been a long time customer but will not be returning here... read more

This store is horrible...customer service the worst, prices are so so and the Indian guy swears he is Spanish. Smh.

I would give them 0 stars if I was able. My friend who happens to be pregnant works at the store in the Gadsden mall. She has helped them sell LOTS of dollars worth of products. Today, she was singled out for being pregnant. She was caught up on all of the chores and there were no customers in the store. She sat down for a minute after standing the entire time she had been there today. One of the store managers told her this is why he doesn't hire pregnant women. The other workers can sit whenever they want, play on their cellphones while customers are in the store, etc. So apparently this particular store manager has a problem w pregnant women. I am not happy w this, so I will never give them my money. This is absolutely ridiculous. read more

I just walked out the store, I'm standing there and the girl's act like they don't see me, I say excuse to ask about a section, I get a one second and they go back to inventory. ..so no one is helping customers. She comes over gives a brief answer and leaves. I find things I like on the table but can't bend because I just had a back procedure...I nicely say excuse me can someone come and help me find some sizes. ..again one second abs they go back to the computer I've been there over 15 minutes at this point, I just tell them I don't have time for this and leave. read more

Called to see if they had a pair of women's sneakers in stock and the girl on the phone told me they didn't sell women's sneakers in the store. Fast forward a few weeks, I happen to pop in with my husband because he was looking for sneakers and what do I see, a whole section of women's shoes. I would assume based on her attitude the women I spoke to just didn't want to be bothered checking the stock for me so it was easier to just tell me they didn't sell women's. read more

I placed an order with this company on March 23rd. The website says that it takes 1-3 business days to process the order, yet when I contacted them 5 days later (via LiveChat) I got the run around on when this would be shipped and had to rephrase my question at least 4 times before I got an answer from the representative. She said that it would be shipped by 8am the following morning. I was a little irritated that it was taking so long just to leave their warehouse but decided to let it slide. 2 days later I received an email saying that one of the items that I had ordered was unavailable and that I would be receiving a credit for this item (which I still have not received) about 10 minutes later I finally received my tracking number which gave me the impression that since they weren't able to supply all the items that I had ordered they shipped it then as quickly as possible to prevent me being able to cancel the order. I FINALLY receive my order on April 8th and the jacket that I had ordered was damaged. GREAT! I contacted them again via LiveChat and was told that they could give me 10% off or I could return the item and hope that they had another one available. I told her that I would keep the item if I could receive more of a credit than that, but that 10% was not enough for me to keep a white sleeved jacket that had spots up and down both arms. She said that if I sent pictures then I would receive 10% plus a refund on my shipping amount. I decided to settle for that rather than deal with returning the item. I emailed pictures of the marks on the jacket and was told that someone would contact me about this within 20 minutes of receiving the pictures. (Shocker... no one called) I called today April 9th and was told that the last person that I had spoken with was not in today (which seems to be a common answer with them judging by reviews) and was told that I could only receive 10% and $5 off my shipping since not everything in the package was damaged. I tried to be patient with the customer service rep, I have worked for an online company before so didn't want to be rude, but after she raised her voice at me on the phone I told her to go ahead and send me the shipping label since I would most definitely be returning the item... and I think it goes without saying that I WILL NOT EVER order from this company again. read more
