However, this store is by far my least favorite. The selections aren't that great, especially for girls that aren't toddlers. The employees on the ground level are welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, it seems the second level has their lower tier of employees. For one, it's difficult to even find an employee if you need assistance, but then, in my case, you see an employee, but they are rude. I was looking last week to get my daughter some t-shirts for camp that was to begin and as we are browsing an employee says "you can't touch those shirts, if you want to get one, you have to get an employee". I wasn't even touching the merchandise in any way-- we merely just glanced at it for about 5 seconds before her unnecessary comment. I was going to continue to look around elsewhere, but I was so out off by her remark, I opted to just leave instead. Safe to say I'll stick with the other two Factory stores in Brooklyn, for my future purchases. Gap, get a better selection at this store. I noted that while I was looking, two different customers came in who appeared to be regulars. They were asking about specific merch and one was telling him how many compliments he got on a recent outfit he bought there. If we lived in New York I would definitely buy clothes for my husband here. He has everything from suits to casual wear, shoes and accessories, at great prices. He said he's been in this location for 27 years! I can see why. I was pleased to see that he doesn't charge the 1-3% surcharge that most businesses here charge for using debit or credit cards. When I got back to our Air BnB around the corner, I realized that two of the shirts I bought were not in the bag. I called and Eli was very apologetic. He neglected to put them in the bag. I went back and got them and he apologized again. We took the picture I posted and I told him if I'm in New York again and my husband wants to shop, I will bring him.
