Upon arriving, I was greeting by a older Spanish man who is bald headed. He asked me who was I here to get fitted for and gave him the names. He immediately stated "Oh you need an appointment. You can't just walk in here". He then proceeded to take me to the fitting area and handed me a shirt and told me to put it on. I was instructed to go into the fitting room and he came back and gave me pants to try on. I did not even get to reach for the pants as he literally shoved them at me, and they fell on the floor. He didn't offer to pick them up or even apologize for dropping them. After I got dressed, he directed me to the mirror to get my measurements. As soon as I got there, another Spanish man walked in, and he left me standing there for about 25-30 mins waiting on him deal with customers that came after me. Once he was done with the other spanish guy, he catered to another person that walked in and still I was standing there waiting. He finally came over and directed me to stand in front of the mirror. Now he began to look for the clipboard that had my information on it and was unable to find it. He search for about 15 mins and could not find it due to him being all over the place. Evenutally, he got a new sheet and took my measurements. When I got dressed in my regular clothes, he directed me to come to the checkout desk. I asked him the amount and he told and made it loud and clear that he is not accepting anything but a physical bank or credit card even before I told him how I was going to pay which was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this particular store to anyone. I've been in multiple weddings (about 11 weddings) and never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from an employee. I contacted the bride to be and she stated that it is a lie and you do not need an appointment as she went with her father and he brother the day before at another location and had no issues with walking in to have them fitted for the tuxedo's I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY BRIDAL PARTIES OR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A SUIT OR TUXEDO TO GO TO THIS LOCATION...EVER.

I noted that while I was looking, two different customers came in who appeared to be regulars. He said he's been in this location for 27 years! I can see why. I was pleased to see that he doesn't charge the 1-3% surcharge that most businesses here charge for using debit or credit cards.
