I bought a pair of wide leg, cream linen pants that she hemmed, to an even more current cut of, above my ankle. I also bought a white jumpsuit that was flowing and chill enough to wear around brooklyn parks but also looked stellar at my interview. Lastly I bought a marbled pink and green T-shirt that she had hand dyed - it was one of many original hand dyed pieces that she carries and chooses specifically for each client. This lady really knows her sh*#t but she keeps it breezy, down to earth, creative and fun. Her pieces are throwbacks to New England 70's style blended with modern features, original cuts, hand dying, and luxe fabrics from around the world. I am very busy with my work and I made a special effort to squeeze this into my schedule! The fashion advisor was snobbish and inappropriate. It also felt like she had an agenda of trying to sell whatever was available. Which meant larger sizes in my case and styles I was not interested in. Horrible! I was there willing to spend close to 10k and instead walked out astounded by the attempts at manipulation and the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior of the sales advisor. I know fashion and I have money to spend. Chanel is not only a disappointment but a scam. so so so disappointing.

I explained the item did not fit, it was the largest size in store and asked if she could use the credit towards another purchase but the manager refused because the receipt was passed the return date by 7 days. I explained my mother is a senior citizen,does not drive, and relies on a ride to shop, yet the manager still refused. To be honest Vinnie's didn't disappoint in style, but when I arrived with an online order that was totally incorrect I was concerned about the quality of customer service I would receive. I was WRONG. I explained that I did not receive what I ordered and showed them the merchandise, the salesman apologize and when I asked for an exchange they found exactly what I was looking for, have you ever arrived at a location ready to fight and it wasn't necessary? That's how I felt. This young man was courteous and professional and check this while I was awaiting an exchange my son was shopping with another professional young man who helped him find a very stylish denim jacket and when my son arrived to the counter with the jacket in hand to check out the young man at the counter said, "you know I got the jeans to match that".... I was done...an up sell... my son looked like he hit the lotto...my money was spent nothing else I could say...GREAT customer service. I got nothing but AWESOME service that day as we exited they ALL said "good bye" and wished my son a good upcoming freshmen year in college. I'm not even gonna tell you how much I spent that day. It was worth every red cent. I will be back again!
