Ruth Rios was the most welcoming, professional, pleasant, patient and helpful salesperson! We enjoyed how she paired shoes with matching bags and was very creative. In the end, when my friend was done shopping, we noticed the beautiful lipsticks that look more like a piece of art. We proceeded to try different colors and there was one which I loved so much, that I had to get. Unfortunately, they didn't have Tender Pink in stock. Ruth informed me that it would be shipped to me for no extra cost. Two days later I received a text from Ruth with tracking information and few hours later my lipstick arrived. Everyone we interacted with in this location was very friendly, helpful and professional. Ruth was exceptional! Although this brand doesn't make shoes I can wear, I will be back for accessories and shop with Ruth Rios again. If you're going to be shopping here, do yourself a favor and look for Ruth. He also listened and was sympathetic when he heard my story about my shoes not being under warranty since I bought it through a third-party on Amazon. He asked me what my preference for styles. After that he brought one out that he thought I would like. I was super interested in the style, but unfortunately I wasn't a fan on the color and unfortunately they were out of my size in the color I liked. He also tried to look in the back for another show I was interested in, but unfortunately they were out of my size. He also helped to explain the different styles of soles and shoes and what each shoe is best for. He was super knowledgeable and was soooo helpful! I honestly feel bad that I didn't buy a shoe because he was so helpful and catered so much to me. But he totally understood and didn't pressure me to buy a pair of shoes, which made me want to buy a pair even more. He also let me know to come during the week and often because their stock is constantly changing. I will definitely be back to see Michael! The selection was pretty massive. I did not know they had many different style and pairs. The pairs are all marked down about $30-$60 from the retail prices for the shoes. They also have selections of apparel and accessories. Shoutouts to the staff that really took time to show me a few pairs as I never tried any before. She recommend 4 different pairs as I mentioned to her I'm a healthcare worker and always look for comfortable pairs of shoes for work. The staff is very knowledgeable on the products and the recommendations were great. I ended up leaving with a pair of Cloudsurfer 2 as they fit my style and comfort! Efficient and friendly service, nothing less than I'd expect from a Ferragamo store, outlet or not. This one, like Burberry, Prada, St. John and Gucci, are all much smaller than the ones at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets near Palm Springs CA, but all provide the same friendly and efficient service you'd expect from such stores. They just have a different Standard of customer service than Americans in Las Vegas do. They are not unfriendly people, half of them just simply don't speak English very well. But ultimately, they have a pretty great selection, considering the square footage, and the owner, Ardi, it's almost always there and he has an exceptional eye for what will look good on a person. And he does not hesitate to suggest the sale items, which is rare. I recommend this shop, and encourage everybody to consider the situation before making a bad review because you didn't get the service that you might expect at Saks, when they are breathing down your neck every two seconds. I like that they give me a few minutes to look around and make my own decisions before they start making their own suggestions.

From being promised my online order would be ready in 2 hrs, if I didn't call the store my online order would have never been fulfilled to being antagonized by an employee when walking in to pick up my order. When I called i asked for an update on my order, provided all my information then without notice London picks up the phone, another person in the store who I then had to repeat the same information. London tells me to call customer service tell them to fulfill the order & tell customer service to call the store. Without telling me, London handled the phone over to someone else as I was in the middle of asking the store to call customer service to get an update on my order. ALAN then called customer service, saved the day & advised my order was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up my order, I asked if the person helping me was Alan, he said yes. I then asked who was London (just to note for reference) Alan gestured the woman behind him & stated her, London then became aggressive asking me why multiple times as I ignored her & continued to speak with Alan & advised I didn't have any malicious intentions I just wanted to put a face to the name. I finally acknowledged & advised I just wanted to know due to our previous interaction on how she passed the phone in the middle of me talking then in a condescending way she said "well you got your shoes babes....".
