When I asked about the promotion, I was told by the owner that there was no sale. I proceeded to pay full price. After completing the purchase, I asked again what items were on sale and was told that nothing was on sale, aside from a clearance rack. When I specifically asked about the $30 promotion shown on Instagram, I was then told that I needed to sign up for a rewards program and provide personal information (phone number and email) to receive it. None of these requirements were disclosed in the Instagram post. I was also told that customers must mention the promotion or it would not be applied, which again is not stated anywhere in the advertisement. Only after questioning it further and providing my information was the $30 refunded to my card. While the refund was eventually processed, the interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The lack of transparency around the promotion and the way it was communicated left a bad impression, especially given that this information should be clearly and consistently explained upfront. Clear advertising and respectful customer service are important. Unfortunately, this experience fell short.

Next to the door are the futbol jerseys for Canada, Brazil, USA, and France. However, the particular kits I was looking for was nowhere in sight. So, I asked for assistance. But I follow their socials and saw this location was getting a special limited release so I decided to pop in, and luckily they had a few left! It was definitely a score, but I still feel the same about the boutique: it's regular shoes with some t-shirts and whatever.
