Although I really appreciate Alan for taking ownership of the situation for my online pick up order…read moretaking longer than 2 hrs, as a customer I'm extremely upset with Footlocker. From being promised my online order would be ready in 2 hrs, if I didn't call the store my online order would have never been fulfilled to being antagonized by an employee when walking in to pick up my order. When I called i asked for an update on my order, provided all my information then without notice London picks up the phone, another person in the store who I then had to repeat the same information. London tells me to call customer service tell them to fulfill the order & tell customer service to call the store. Without telling me, London handled the phone over to someone else as I was in the middle of asking the store to call customer service to get an update on my order. ALAN then called customer service, saved the day & advised my order was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up my order, I asked if the person helping me was Alan, he said yes. I then asked who was London (just to note for reference) Alan gestured the woman behind him & stated her, London then became aggressive asking me why multiple times as I ignored her & continued to speak with Alan & advised I didn't have any malicious intentions I just wanted to put a face to the name. I finally acknowledged & advised I just wanted to know due to our previous interaction on how she passed the phone in the middle of me talking then in a condescending way she said "well you got your shoes babes....". After her being aggressive with me in person & making me uncomfortable to shop in that store I decided this is incident should be shared.

I was determined to get some Birkenstocks before my vacation, so I headed to South Premium Outlets…read more After checking 3-4 stores with no luck finding wide sizes, I decided to try Desert Birkenstock and I'm so glad I did! The service at Desert Birkenstock was exceptional. I wanted to try on several different styles in a range of sizes, and they provided everything I needed. I found my perfect fit! While Birks are a bit of an investment, they're well worth it. My first pair went strong for over 10 years and might have gone even longer if I hadn't gotten them wet. On top of the great service, they also offer a Yelp check-in discount and have a rewards program, which added value. If you're looking for the best in comfortable shoes, I highly recommend Desert Birkenstock!

Never did I ever think I would become a fan of Birkenstock sandals…read more Fast forward several years later and I am now a huge fan. I currently own six pairs of these wonderful sandals. I have purchased two of the six sandals right here. I wear these sandals all year long and one pair has sheepskin so I use them as slippers. They are the most comfortable and supportive sandal I have found. I know they don't always look super fashionable, but who cares when your feet are happy. They are a little spendy but you can often find great deals here and remember these sandals can last you a lifetime so in my opinion well worth the investment. There used to be two locations, but now only this one exists. It is not too far from where I live and I come here at least two to three times a year shopping for yet another pair. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Every season I receive a mini catalog with a postcard enclosed for a deal they will be hosting. I love taking advantage of their spring cleaning special. This includes you bringing in your Birkenstocks and dropping them off. They will treat them with cork sealer, clean the leather and give your sandals a thorough review for any issues that may need to be addressed. Price varies from year to year but I like to have one of my pairs worked on every year. They can also repair your Birkenstocks. In addition to Birkenstock sandals, they carry other brands of sandals and shoes like Vionic, Taos, Olukai (another great sandal), Keen, Dansko, and Alegria. For people that need arch support and insoles, pick up what you need here. This store is really a one stop/do it all shop and that will make me return over and over again.

I have been coming here for 4 years with pleasant experiences, but this experience was so bad it…read moredef made it my last time. Im happy to take my business elsewhere. I'm so upset I'm in the parking lot outside typing this. I have no idea why the older baldish man is so rude. My first and last experience with him. I understand there is a language barrier. What I don't understand is why he gets so irritated by anyone asking for help. I asked for help once, and he seemed annoyed as soon as I began approaching him. Why would you ever make someone feel bad for shopping? I requested a certain outfit. The one I was holding was covered in sparkles and pink but see through. I asked him if he had the exact same outfit style and color but not see through. Unfortunately he brought back a different styled plain outfit with no sparkles anymore either. The only shared feature left was that it was still pink. No problem, I politely declined, and said it's not what I wanted but it's ok, never mind. He gets absolutely irate that I wouldn't take it, and even tried to tell me this is what I asked for. I didn't, but I still said sorry, i don't want that outfit. I also don't want to go back and forth in a store. I say thank you, I'll keep looking on my own. He then very rudely tells he closes in 5 mins and to hurry up "if I'm even getting anything." That was the last straw. I had 5 outfits in my hand minimum 400$ worth of merchandise. The outfits start at 80$ but I prefer the more exotic 100$ ones with 3 pieces. I directly told him I'm leaving and not buying anything bc he said that. And that he has been rude to me my whole experience. 2 other girls were being spoken to the exact same way as me, while shopping. Overall terrible hateful negative energy. It genuinely feels like he hates dancers, or women in General. He spoke to everybody like he was absolutely disgusted with them. Im sorry if he was having a bad day. But I think he's just like that everyday honestly. It seemed very natural. By the way, our first interaction when I just started shopping he came over and snapped on me for making a mess in the aisle (it was a different girl that had just left) I wasn't even touching anything. Didn't even ask if it was me just assumed. I tried to explain that it wasn't me and he didn't listen to a word I said and continued to berate me and tell me to not touch any of the outfits anymore while I was peacefully browsing. I had my back turned to him while looking at outfits and literally jumped with how startled he made me. I was anxious the rest of the time trying to shop. It's also hard to shop not being allowed to touch anything, but I still tried to make it work. I hadn't knocked anything off the shelves in the previous 10 mins I was there. So yeah very sad I won't be back I love the outfits and get gifts for my friends here they all loved them as well. But absolutely not worth the service and treatment. I also didn't even have a purse on me, just phone and car keys and he kept looking at me and every other girl we were going to steal at any moment. I have no idea what gave that impression. Maybe bc I wasn't dressed up as i usually am? I had my glasses and joggers on with a sports bra. Nowhere to shove an outfit in. Maybe this store got robbed recently that's the only thing I can think of. Bc he was very hostile, to everyone. And unwarranted at least from the poor 3 ladies in the store with me. Worst shopping experience. Negative stars if I could

I figured the outlet would offer good pricing. I came in and was early greeted by Michael. He complimented the current On shoes I had on and then asked me what I came in for. He also listened and was sympathetic when he heard my story about my shoes not being under warranty since I bought it through a third-party on Amazon. He asked me what my preference for styles. After that he brought one out that he thought I would like. I was super interested in the style, but unfortunately I wasn't a fan on the color and unfortunately they were out of my size in the color I liked. He also tried to look in the back for another show I was interested in, but unfortunately they were out of my size. He also helped to explain the different styles of soles and shoes and what each shoe is best for. He was super knowledgeable and was soooo helpful! I honestly feel bad that I didn't buy a shoe because he was so helpful and catered so much to me. But he totally understood and didn't pressure me to buy a pair of shoes, which made me want to buy a pair even more. He also let me know to come during the week and often because their stock is constantly changing. I will definitely be back to see Michael! I'm so glad I met him as I learned so much more about the On brand. The shoes here were definitely cheaper than retail price. I would have definitely bought a pair of two if they had my size in the style I wanted. Definitely a great store with great employees!

They also have selections of apparel and accessories. Shoutouts to the staff that really took time to show me a few pairs as I never tried any before.
