I've not remotely experienced anything like some reviewers wrote. I usually get Botox, but have also had a couple laser skin resurfacing treatments and hair removal . I work with the public, so am very tuned in how doctors connect with me. I have found Dr. G to be smiling, friendly, yet very professional. I resectfully disagree with some of these reviews... He has certainly always looked me in the eyes! Always answers my questions and explains what he's going to do. I've never found the office anything but super clean and the staff friendly. Over the years he's consistently adding the latest new equipment and is always learning new techniques. Another point someone brought up was silly, I love watching the before and after videos in the waiting room ( instead of reading magazines - there *are* magazines ) but if I didnt- guess what- I wouldn't watch them. We all have smart phones to amuse us these days. If I've ever had a question or concern abut a procedure, he has me right back in the office, and makes sure I leave satisfied. Dr. Goodnight's a positive, upbeat guy who seems to love his profession. I've recommended him to my own valued clients and happily recommend him to the Yelp community.
