She wouldn't let them work on one of her paws. She's never let them work on one of her paws. She shows teeth but they've never reported anything more. It's unfortunate and a little disappointing. They do an alright job. It's super convenient but Moon our german shepherd is always really damp when I pick her up and it's a hit or miss with the proper grooming especially around the potty area where if not done properly can create a mess and the hair matted since our last grooming. Perhaps I shouldn't have asked them to please pay more attention to that area when I dropped them off. It's a bit of a mad house but I appreciated them working with us with Maggy's sensitivity to her paw being worked on.

Charges were refunded and she told us never to come back. She could not justify her charges to what was advertised on her website. Also, entering in the front door it had a very strong urine smell.
