Now I love dropping in to reconnect when I'm back in town! They offer personal training and semi-private training/small group sessions, making it a great fit for both beginners starting their fitness journey and experienced athletes looking for accountability and support. The gym is always clean, the members are friendly and serious about their fitness goals, and the staff is consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's such a positive environment to train in.

Today, I feel stronger, healthier, and fitter than ever, and I'm so grateful to have had their support through every stage of life. The owners are truly inspiring. Arlene's energy, dedication, and commitment to fitness motivate me so much. She's someone I genuinely look up to and hope to continue learning from. The class I attend is amazing, and the ladies make it even better. Everyone is so friendly, and we're always laughing together. Over the years, this gym has become so much more than just a place to work out, it feels like family. It's such a welcoming environment where I feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely happy to show up. After a long day, coming here is something I look forward to. I can just focus on myself, get a great workout in, laugh with the ladies, and leave feeling so much better. I'm so thankful to the owners and everyone who makes this gym such a positive, welcoming place. Thank you for helping me build a healthy, strong body and for being such an important part of my life over the past four years. If you're looking for a gym that supports you through every stage of life while making fitness fun, I couldn't recommend this place enough! Also, congrats to Arlene & Mark for opening their 2nd gym

But I don't have all her wonderful equipment at home, so even though I was faithful, it's just not the same. Now her small gym, where there are never more than eight of us, is open again so that we can get the great workouts we're used to. I'm 70+ and by far the oldest person who's a member but I can deadlift more than I weigh. (Uh, at least before the Covid shutdown...) So don't worry - this is NOT the mall walking old folks do. It's as rigorous as anyone can personally tolerate, but a couple of my gym buddies have knee, back or shoulder issues, and Tye formulates her workouts individually, just like a personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost. Tye is absolutely SUPER. I can't recommend this gym, this coach, any more highly.

No one judges you here and everyone wants to see you reach your best potential. As far as trainers go, they have elite professionals working for the company. I would suggest doing your research, knowing your goals and fining a good match. My first trainer is Nick and he is really good at what he does. His workouts are unique, challenging and I very much love the full body circuit trainings he puts me through! He also will help you with your meal plan and supplement recommendations. I have a second trainer because it was important to me to train with a female who knows our physique. Viviana is the "glute queen" and she really has helped me grow my . She is thoughtful, meticulous and encouraging. I love the vibe here!

If as a trainer you commit to a 5am session and I show up and you don't there's a problem. He texted me 20min into the sessions he didn't show up for informing me he wasn't going to come. I asked for a refund and he agreed. It's been 2 months and he has decided to keep my money he did not deserve. The owner has done nothing to help the situation. Contract worker or not he has put a bad stain on your company. If you as an owner allow your employees to treat their clients horribly then you're to blame as well. Erick has kept $1900 of my money refuses to pay me back and decided to ghost me. If anyone needs a trainer and goes to self made DO NOT pick Erick Garcia.

I came here with some friends and was considering getting a day pass, but I was quoted a pretty…read moreridiculous price of around $40 to $50. That's definitely not something I've ever been quoted to pay, especially since I've been to the Fullerton location before and had a different experience. Since I had never used the 7 day guest pass, I asked about it, but they initially told me I couldn't use it and were extremely pushy about getting me to sign up for a membership instead. I kept declining a membership commitment and eventually they told me my 7 day guest pass went through and I was able to use the gym. I'll give 3 stars for the facility, but I'm taking off 2 stars because of the customer service and the way the situation was handled.

Pros and Cons to follow. There are a lot of both, and right now the Cons are coming out on top…read more When I started back in September, I would have given a 4 start rating. This really should be a 1 star, but I want to be fair and see if EOS can remedy the leak issue any time soon. If so, I would bump this to a 3. PROS: (there are more than these, but these are the items that made it worth joining vs. other gyms or just training at home) Cheap -8 squat racks/olympic lifting platforms with plenty of bumper plates -2 Concept 2ski ergs (repaired quickly when broken) -3 Concept 2 rowers (repaired quickly when broken) -3 Assault Air Runners (Many times one of the monitors is down, but not a lot of people use these so there's typically at least one in working order that is available) -1 Assault Bike (been broken for 9 weeks; obviously not repaired quickly when broken) -Tons of dumbbells -Decent assortment of kettlebells -Love the turf training area with plyo boxes and the sled -Sauna and steamroom -Very crowded (no one's fault, and this is also a good thing because people are getting out and training!) CONS: -The Assault Bike has been broken since late April. So actually closer to 11 weeks. At this point, just move it off the floor if it's not going to be fixed. -There are ongoing, unresolved leaks in room with the squat racks/lifting platforms (see photos). I didn't start to really pay attention to this until around March, just because it would be frustrating when people are waiting to use a rack and one or more of them would be closed off with signs and a bucket. But there have been ongoing leaks since FEBRUARY AT LEAST. Then it started to be every single day. At this point we are not even bothering to put the "CAUTION WET FLOOR" away (when a spot isn't actively leaking, the signs are folded up and leaned against the wall). One of the lifting platforms has what looks like wood rot where one of the leaks is. I originally thought it might be condensation, but I realized that this area is directly below the lockerooms, showers, steam room, etc. Steam room was also out of order last I checked. I would not be surprised if there is currently a mold issue, and if there isn't, it's a matter of time. The facility looks beautiful from the outside, and is generally nice on the inside. From walking by, you would never know that one of the rooms has been leaking for months. -Finding matching kettlebells is often like looking for one of a pair of socks. There are only single pairs in many of the weight denominations, and as long as you are willing to hunt upstairs, downstairs, in the squat rack area, and outside in "The Backyard," you can usually find the one you're looking for. Not always, but usually. -Dumbbells and DBalls are scattered everywhere throughout the facility. Other than creating a mess this is not a huge deal because there are SO MANY dumbbells here and I only use the 20lb. Dball. Demonstrates a lack of respect for the facility though. I realize it doesn't take many people to mess this up, but it also doesn't take many people remedy this. I have respectfully reported these issues (with the exception of dumbbells being everywhere) to the front desk on several occasions, and I welcome the opportunity to speak with an operations manager.
