For example, I started an auto loan two days ago and finally got it completed this morning. I was told it womule take about 15 minutes for the check to be printed at my local branch. Well, 2 and a half hours later I'm sitting in an office in the branch waiting for someone to join a video conference to find out why the check isn't ready. so frustrating. The last car I sold to a guy and recommended RBFCU to him since it would simplify the transaction as my loan was with RBFCU. That trip took over fours and he had already been approved for the loan before going.

Multiple calls required, each time having to sit on hold For an hour when the recording says up to 5 minutes. Finally got it done after 45 days (which shouldn't have taken longer than a couple weeks) and I cannot get my original bank paid. 3 weeks later and check still not received by Chase. Sitting on hold, AGAIN, for an hour to likely get no resolve. I suppose I will add to this shortly when my problem isn't solved and I'm told to call back and sit on hold again for an hour in another few days. This is ridiculous

No other business or lender has ever charged a late fee or considered a payment late when an automatic payments which is set up on their end falls on a holiday and is withdrawn the next business day!! I have never ever encountered such a policy which makes no sense. That is the whole point of setting up an automatic payment- for peace of mind that all payments will be on time and my credit score will be protected. They were not reasonable nor helpful.
