Not a good Customer experience and as others have mentioned, unless you are constantly adding money to the account or have 7 figures invested with them, they are silent and distant. I assumed that they all work similarly in just flooding the bureaus with lots of disputes. But Eddie and CSG do not do that. I met with Eddie very last minute and he reviewed by credit details with me and is able to go through the details and know what line items matter and which ones don't.
