Pulled in, waited behind a few cars, no problem. Guy came out to check I was in the right line, no problem. !0 minutes later comes back out to ask what service I wanted, no problem. He asked for my phone number, I said "no thanks". He said I couldn't get an oil change without a phone number. I said "okay" and left. Called next day to clear up policy issue and was blown off. Don't businesses want to make money and have a good reputation ? Went down the street for same service and was greeted like family. Jiffy Lube Whitby is a no go for me or my family and friends now. Brought my truck in for oil change. After getting done went home. And later in the day came out and had oil spot on the ground. I understand new oil change you might have some oil spots on the ground from when they take the old stuff. But it was bigger than a few spots and trail down street to driveway. Went under truck and found oil filter not fully tightened and barely holding on lost all oil on way home when I checked dip stick. AVOID THIS PLACE. read more

been going here for oil changes since they opened. last time I went I walk out to my truck in the morning and see all the oil leaked out onto my driveway. truck has to be towed to Toyota where they tell me the oil filter was never screwed on. like how does that even happen? how do you not check that? Unfortunately, you have to choose a one but the service should be a zero. Complete chaos!! They don't know how to arrange for services and the team is not equipped to support busier seasons such as December. Staff require more training and better tools to provide customer service. Absence of leaders or management was very apparent. You need to address the gaps in your staff or you will continue to lose customers. read more

NEVER I REPEAT NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION Went to this jiffy lube a few months ago. I was in the waiting room when one of the employees explained that my oil plug was broken, and that I wouldn't be able to leave until they put a temporary plug in. After a while they said I could leave and to take it to a mechanic, everyone was acting weird and they didn't even charge me for the service. After taking it to my mechanic, who actually knows thing about cars unlike the fake mechanics at jiffy lube who are clueless, I was informed that it was highly likely that someone at jiffy lube and screwed up my oil plug beyond any permanent repair and it is going to cost me $2000 to get a new one... TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS BECAUSE OF THIS CRAPHOLE I'm warning you to never go to quick lubes and this jiffy lube in particular. They don't care about your car, they care about getting to the next customer as quick as possible. They don't care if they over torque. Learn how to do oil changes yourself or take them to a local place, these places are a huge scam and new employees don't even need any experience with cars to get a job there. read more

Ive used jiffy lube on Brock for several years and have always had excellent service. Price wise its a bit more expensive as you are paying for convenience, but its not like they hide what they are charging. read more

I've been a loyal customer of this individual Jiffy Lube location for at least 15 years. Familiar faces include Tiffany, Ryan and Naomi. I have also recommend them to numerous friends and relatives. All of which have experienced nothing but the best professional service. Today when I brought in one of my vehicles for an oil lube and filter, I was informed by Ryan of a rear main seal issue that requires a mechanics immediate attention. Tiffany and Naomi topped up my oil at no charge and sent me on my way. Thank you team, it's certainly comforting to be treated with honesty and as a valued client. My loyalty and recommendations have been well earned over the years! I continue to recommend this Jiffy Lube location. read more

They simply could not have been better. When I arrived and was waiting in line a lady came out and asked me what she could help me with, then brought me a news paper and a bottle of cold water for my wait. Shortly after my car was having the oil changed, and I waited in a clean waiting room with a Keurig machine for customers. About 10 minutes later the lady came back to give me an update and let me know other services they offered, but was not at all pushy about it. A couple minutes after that I paid and was out! Super quick, amazingly kind and helpful staff, and just a great experience overall. Thank you! read more

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for about 8 years and they have always been courteous, friendly, efficient and fast. They always recalled what oil I use and offered coffee or tea or sometimes even a newspaper. I have therefore referred several people to this location. But today was a shocking experience. It seems the staff has changed and so has some of the customer services. I was waiting to have my tires changed. A nice young man had come out and told me that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I had a friend take time off work to bring my tires so after checking with him I agreed to wait. Just before it was my turn, a young lady came out and told me I would have to move to let the car beside me go in first. Her line was moving slower than mine so she had been waiting longer. After some discussion during which she was rude and abrupt, I explained that I would have to leave after waiting almost an hour because my friend couldn't stay that much longer. She rudely replied, "Oh well. Just leave then." Eventually, the woman beside me agreed to let me take my turn. She was actually understanding and polite. I thanked her profusely. The service today was curt, rude and well below the standard I am used to. A change in staff has really had an impact on customer service. Often, you pick the wrong line to wait in at the grocery store, the jiffy lube, the bank or even on the highway. It often seems the other line often moves faster. But to have the establishment come out and say your line is moving faster so you have to let people in the other line go ahead of you is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this Jiffy Lube. It is apparent that they are certainly not concerned at all. I'm sure if this happens to other customers, they will eventually become concerned. read more

Don't go there! I had an oil change a few days ago. They were not busy at the time. When the oil change guy showed me the dipstick after the oil change I noticed it was still close to the low mark. So I took a closer look and told him it was low. He said as long as the oil was somwhere between the marks that was normal but they could top it up. I have always had the oil changes from any location fill to the full level never at the low level. He came back and showed me the stick with the top up. I checked my dipstick the next day after and after sitting all night the dipstick showed just above low level. They also checked my in cabin air filter and tore it up taking it out. Of course it could not be reinstalled. This meant a new air filter was needed at $39.00. You can figure out if it was on purpose or not. read more

I Send my daughter in for oil change, while she was there recommended a engine flush, my daughter called me on her cell and asked if she should have this service performed, I told her no not necessary at all. When communicated the tech told her to late already started. They have lost my business for all 3 cars. We were regulars before. When confronted they obviously did not care. Where to begin. First visit is great quick and easy happy to have you as a customer. Second time around, place is busy 20 minute wait. Once inside they try to guilt you into not doing your oil changes as per THEIR "sticker". Then the up selling starts why, don't you try synthetic, hey time to change your manual transmission fluid (no mention of it whatsoever in the owners manual), how about the coolant? So you get home thinking ya dodged that bullet and will never go back :). But wait few days later the driveway is covered in oil stains. A quick check reveals the oil pan bolt not tightened enough or at all. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO THERE. Old oil is better than no oil at all. read more
