Do not go here. The crew is not trained. They overfilled my Toyota Tacoma when I came in for an oil change and blew my rear main seal. They claimed it was not them. I escalated the issue with the store manager and they said the district manager was involved. I never received a call or email from the district manager so I will be taking them to small claims court. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. There is a Valvoline instant oil change a 1/2 mile down the road. read more

My husband has always taken care of our car maintenance, but he recently had heart surgery, so I needed to take care of this and I was a little nervous. it turned out to be a great experience! I was welcomed by Alex immediately when I arrived. Service was efficient and I was treated with kindness and respect. I found a coupon online while I waited and Alex was quick to apply that. I took my car in for an oil change, and after the service my vehicle nearly broke down because no new oil had been added. When I brought this up, the manager and employees insisted that my car had oil. However, when I checked for myself, the oil level was completely empty. They later claimed it was due to a bad filter fabrication, but this was very concerning and could have caused serious damage to my car. read more

When I go to a car shop, I'd prefer for the mechanics not to call me stupid for not knowing every single minute detail about my car. I wasn't even out of my car on Monday and the mechanic were talking about me as I walked into the lobby. Maybe they should implement a code instead of saying "Bay 1 thinks synthetic will work but doesn't know the fucking difference, fkn idiot." And my car is in Bay 1. Say Apples, volcano, freaking Mike, or maybe DONT TALK ABOUT THE CLIENTS WHILE THEYRE FIVE FEET FROM YOU. I tried to come here 4 times to get my oil changed, they said they ordered the filter for my car, went to the location and their computers were down, called a couple days later and they said the part hadn't arrived yet and to call back in a couple of days, called a few days later and the part was delayed. Attention to detail-and common sense goes a long way. This was not the case here. I pulled in for service and they talked me out if it after pulling into the bay. I am glad that they did- because immediately after pulling out of the bay I got out of my car and popped the hood. When I went to the passenger side if the vehicle I found large grease spots where they had previously laid a fender cover on that side. I have used Jiffy Lubes in several states with several cars and NEVER had this experience. Why my corvette? Why not the jetta, toureg, cadillac, etc? That corvette is my pride and joy and these gomers treat it like that? Really? Clowns belong in a circus, not at Jiffy Lube. If I treated my customers like that I would be broke and hungry. The team that works at the 1213 E Vista Way location are top notch. I am grateful for all of the work they did on my pick up truck. Not only did they do an oil and filter change, they changed the spark plugs which was not an easy feat as the spark plugs had not been changed since the late model truck was purchased used from the dealership. And for those of you that own a Chevy truck you're aware that those spark plugs located in the back are not the easiest to replace. The young man assigned the task of changing out the spark plugs did a great job. Through his patience and perseverance he got the job done. Thanks to the team the truck runs great. Due to the rainstorms on Monday my car had some damage occur to the underside of it where it was dragging the cover. The guys understood quickly brought me in and took the dragging part off showed it to me before disposing of it. If that got lost in space this is my updated version. Michael (who is retired now) would always take great care that things were properly and ethically done. That was the main reason I kept coming back to this location. My last visit here was in January 2021 and Jose, Vanessa, and Adrian were the team of the day on that visit. When I left I noticed on my receipt that they marked the miles 100 k higher than the actual odometer reading. I correctly hand wrote down the actual miles on my receipt and then added @4 k miles more so I could make sure to do my top up prior to my check light prompted me for an oil change. I get full synthetic so I know I have more miles to go than the 3k mark. The miles is what I specifically wanted them to fix in my account as it kept being inputed wrongly and then to see they added 100k...I just shook my head like should I give up asking them to put it in correctly!?! Finally the time came and my check light came on @10-15% left before it was factory recommended for a change. I took it to a different location simply because I was nearby. But the service there was quick and poor (I'll leave a review there) although they did input the correct odometer reading. Before returning to this location I spoke with Eric and told him some of my concerns. He kindly asked if I could come by for a courtesy check and so that's exactly what I did. Adrian was quick to help me out and checked everything all over again for me. I appreciate him personally going over his assessments with me once he was done (as the other place did none of that) He recommended a few things and I was on my way. I had all the following done: 1) value synthetic oil change 2) air filter change 3) auto transmission fluid exchange conversion 4) radiator coolant/antifreeze fluid exchange 5) fuel filter replacement 6) 2 part fuel system cleaning. I went to this Jiffy Lube yesterday afternoon and drove right in, no wait. I was greeted right away by friendly people who inquired what I was there for. Oil change for my Mini Cooper. They inspected my lights and wipers and asked if I wanted to wait in my car for 15 minutes or the lounge. I opted for the lounge. After the allotted time I was told my mini was ready. I asked if the wipers were done too. They had not done them so I waited again while they searched for the correct wipers and alas did not have a fit so I left without wiper change. All in all the staff was super nice and I was very pleased with the service. I would go back. read more
