Great service, Damian came thru and explained everything well. Will be returning more because it was so easy and located next to a great spot to grab lunch while the service is done. read more

I've come to this location multiple times and service has never improved. I arrived with one car ahead of me and was greeted kindly and handed the QR code to scan and start. I clearly marked that I wanted to speak with a representative before anything was done to my vehicle to confirm I was getting the correct oil. No one came to speak with me until an hour later. The associate could not give an answer when I asked why no one came to confirm oil type when I specifically requested it. She then stated they were out of the oil that was previously in my car, and that they had just made a decision on which oil to put in to my vehicle without consulting me. It is ridiculous to not consult a customer before completing work, and it is even more ridiculous that I was treated like a nuisance for asking questions about the work done to my car. I will not be returning to this location in the future. read more

it has always been a smooth process bringing my car here for service. the staff is friendly and helpful. I always need to get it done quickly since I wait until the last minute to get things done and don't book it in advance. I appreciate that they take me right away and the wait is short. thanks Jiffy Lube! read more

I've came to this location 2 times to get a oil change on my diesel and I gotta say they are quick with the job but this is the second time I've ran into the same issue of them not putting on my oil drain plug tight enough and has caused my oil to leak out. Luckily I went to the jiffy lube in Oxnard and they were able to top me off and do the job right. I'll definitely be going to the Oxnard location at the esplanade from now on they know how to do the job right. read more

I pulled up and was greeted very friendly. Was handed a card with a QR code to scan and start what I was there for, I got out of the car and was in the waiting room... oil change was already started. $200 for drive up oil change is fucking insane. $50 EXTRA for having a "European car" (VW) on top of the $150 EUROPEAN oil service, what's the added $50 for? Oh and the first 5 quarts are "included" in the service so I get to pay an extra $9 for 1.5 more? That math isn't mathing. Will never return. read more

Came in for a uber inspection and I have always paid with tap or card. Today they told me they only accept cash. I went to another location and they accepted tap and said they haven't heard of only cash being accepted. read more

Came early to have an oil change--there is only one car here. Said the wait to even *start* on my car will be "over an hour" because the other car is having brakes done. Unacceptable. All my car needs is a quick oil change. Won't be going back. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Jiffy Lube - Auto Repair Near Me - Ventura, California

Solid. Fast. Use your phone to look up coupons for this location and save yourself $$. I did only the oil change service, as I was a traveler on a cross country trip. They made correct choices for my car, and the place was clean. read more

Great service. Honest. Kind. Easy on and off 101. I highly recommend this location. Fair priced.

They left my oil cap off that caused a major oil leak alllll over a major driveway. I went back and they said they would refund me. 3 months later never did - I've been to the office now 3 times and they keep telling me I have to talk to the manager but he's always either OOO or conveniently on lunch. I've left notes with the team with urgent messages with no response. They also put the refill sticker to come back at 216927 miles when I only have 120000. I just went back AGIAN today for them to tell me the manager is once again unavailable. I'm demanding a refund, corrected oil change and proper sticker or I will be taking legal action as I also had to pay for the oil stain removal. Someone from corporate please contact me asap. Thank you. read more

Awesome experience. Thanks to Isay and Brad! Fast service and efficient. In and out in less than 30 min.

Have been going here for 4-5 years now and always bring in my own oil. These guys are helpful, especially HECTOR. Really took the time to provide options and peace of mind with the install. This guy deserves a raise fr or promotion! Thanks again guys ! Top value read more

They have no integrity or class. I went there in September and they forgot to put the engine cover fasteners back on. I didn't notice until a few months later. When I told them they implied that I was lying to them. They also said that the employees had I described were no longer working there. They had no interest in working with me. Zero chance that I'll be going there EVER! read more

I am setting my rating to 3 stars in hopes this was an isolated incident. Nearly two hours as the only active customer. I watched three vehicles receive service before they had finished my vehicle. No lubrication of suspension, no checking diff fluid, no windows cleaned, no vacuum of floor, no check on wipers or DEF whatsoever, what I did get was a protracted process while the group meandered around for 15 minutes to start the service. Going to have to say, nothing "JIFFY" professional about this location on this day. What I did end up with was a vehicle with greasy hand prints all over the front of truck. Very disappointed in this service. I have used this location several times in the past but today makes me question if I should return. Isolated event? Let's hope so because there will not be a repeat of today if they care about customers. I should have gone back but after nearly two hours I had to get to other activities. Happy to discuss with management. read more

My daugher was pressured into buying two tires from the overly aggresive Manager in April. Today one of those tires has a bubble in it. The bubble was noticed Saturday and she went down there to have the tire replaced since it was under warranty. They told her they would have the replacement ready Sunday November 6th. She drove down there with a bubble in her tire only to be told they didn't have it in stock. They had to order it, and it would be ready Monday. Due to their lies or incompetency she will have to take a day off work. They told her Sunday it will be ready by 10:00 am Monday. When she just called they told her they had no idea when it will be ready. When you have to lose a day's pay due to their lies or incompetence, it's time to call corporate. read more

Sebastian, the Assistant Manager, just lied to me multiple times. He told me he checked the oil level and it was low and dirty so they're changing the oil. Lie #1. I just had all the fluids topped off at the Toyota dealership 4 days ago. I suggested we look at the video he offered for me to see. Then he told me he did not actually check the oil at all. He apologized for lying. (Is there even a video??) He also told me he'd "noticed" I should have my tires rotated based on their wear. *They're 6 weeks old.* He stumbled to retract what he'd "noticed". Lie #2. I googled my car after they drained the oil and I actually don't need an oil change for another 3,500-6,000 miles. They charge over $120 for a synthetic oil change and had the nerve to charge me for an oil change I didn't need. After apologizing and admitting to lying to me while shaking my hand, he said, "I'm a very honest person, always." ‍ Lie #3 Don't go here, friends. It's a SCAM, a corrupt company and management. I always knew this about the #JiffyLube "add-on's" but this was next level corrupt. Here is a business based on lies, coming from deception (not service), and customer manipulation. WOMEN: Go somewhere else. Good news is: I learned how to do something they didn't know how to do: Turn off the Service light on the dashboard by looking on YouTube. P. S. When I pulled up to Jiffy Lube, I asked to make sure they'd be able to turn it off, and the boy said yes. Another little lie (that's 4 in one visit). Considering filing a class action suit. PM me if you're interested in participating. read more

Just like any oil change spot, be prepared in case it takes a while. Just choose a good time to come like the middle of the day if you can. If not, after work during the week I've gotten in and out fast, depending on how many people are there. The staff here have always been friendly and polite to me over the years I've came. Hint: (Their website always has coupons) read more

The manager Sebastian is a rockstar! I needed help with my serpentine belt and he was super helpful over the phone and in person to show me the cracks before ordering the belt to make the repair. I came back a week later to have it installed and they were busy and he was the only one working the bays, calm, cool, collected just getting everyone's work done. Pep Boys across the street quoted me $250 and this Jiffy Lube only $103! THANK YOU GUYS. read more

The only reason I try to go here is the fact that they use Castrol oil. I've had some bad luck with them. The last two times I went, they did not check my tire pressures. Tonight, I went, and they didn't have a filter for my Honda Pilot! Very disorganized. I've had to switch to Valvoline for my fleet:( read more

These bone heads did an oil change on my Tacoma, left two bolts off of my undercarriage shield. It got bend from hanging , they had no care in the world when I came back to show them. Oil cap also leaking after I left.. manager told me to come back when they had time to put it band for me.. Definitely don't go here. Better off doing it yourself or going pretty much anywhere else. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Auto Repair Near Me - Ventura, California

Honestly I have to give stars to write a review but I'd give negative 100 million if I can. My mom went in for a oil change and she paid full price for everything and they did absolutely nothing to the car, the didn't change the oil they didn't change filter didn't do shit, we took it in today and they confirmed nothing was done absolutely nothing, how lazy and incompetent do u have to be, they took advantage of an elderly woman, this is far from over and i want people fired and I'm seeking a lawyer.do not make the same mistake we did, ik it's not corporates fault, but this will not stand read more
