I went back and they said they would refund me. 3 months later never did - I've been to the office now 3 times and they keep telling me I have to talk to the manager but he's always either OOO or conveniently on lunch. I've left notes with the team with urgent messages with no response. They also put the refill sticker to come back at 216927 miles when I only have 120000. I just went back AGIAN today for them to tell me the manager is once again unavailable. I'm demanding a refund, corrected oil change and proper sticker or I will be taking legal action as I also had to pay for the oil stain removal. Someone from corporate please contact me asap. I am setting my rating to 3 stars in hopes this was an isolated incident. Nearly two hours as the only active customer. I watched three vehicles receive service before they had finished my vehicle. No lubrication of suspension, no checking diff fluid, no windows cleaned, no vacuum of floor, no check on wipers or DEF whatsoever, what I did get was a protracted process while the group meandered around for 15 minutes to start the service. Going to have to say, nothing "JIFFY" professional about this location on this day. What I did end up with was a vehicle with greasy hand prints all over the front of truck. Very disappointed in this service. I have used this location several times in the past but today makes me question if I should return. Isolated event? Let's hope so because there will not be a repeat of today if they care about customers. I should have gone back but after nearly two hours I had to get to other activities. Sebastian, the Assistant Manager, just lied to me multiple times. He told me he checked the oil level and it was low and dirty so they're changing the oil. Lie #1. I just had all the fluids topped off at the Toyota dealership 4 days ago. I suggested we look at the video he offered for me to see. Then he told me he did not actually check the oil at all. He apologized for lying. (Is there even a video??) He also told me he'd "noticed" I should have my tires rotated based on their wear. *They're 6 weeks old.* He stumbled to retract what he'd "noticed". Lie #2. I googled my car after they drained the oil and I actually don't need an oil change for another 3,500-6,000 miles. They charge over $120 for a synthetic oil change and had the nerve to charge me for an oil change I didn't need. After apologizing and admitting to lying to me while shaking my hand, he said, "I'm a very honest person, always." ‍ Lie #3 Don't go here, friends. It's a SCAM, a corrupt company and management. I always knew this about the #JiffyLube "add-on's" but this was next level corrupt. Here is a business based on lies, coming from deception (not service), and customer manipulation. WOMEN: Go somewhere else. Good news is: I learned how to do something they didn't know how to do: Turn off the Service light on the dashboard by looking on YouTube. P. S. When I pulled up to Jiffy Lube, I asked to make sure they'd be able to turn it off, and the boy said yes. Another little lie (that's 4 in one visit). Considering filing a class action suit. My daugher was pressured into buying two tires from the overly aggresive Manager in April. Today one of those tires has a bubble in it. The bubble was noticed Saturday and she went down there to have the tire replaced since it was under warranty. They told her they would have the replacement ready Sunday November 6th. She drove down there with a bubble in her tire only to be told they didn't have it in stock. They had to order it, and it would be ready Monday. Due to their lies or incompetency she will have to take a day off work. They told her Sunday it will be ready by 10:00 am Monday. When she just called they told her they had no idea when it will be ready. When you have to lose a day's pay due to their lies or incompetence, it's time to call corporate. read more

The manager Sebastian is a rockstar! I needed help with my serpentine belt and he was super helpful over the phone and in person to show me the cracks before ordering the belt to make the repair. I came back a week later to have it installed and they were busy and he was the only one working the bays, calm, cool, collected just getting everyone's work done. I went to this Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change on my car that had less than 30k miles. After leaving and driving home, I realized the car was not running the same. I was unable to drive to work and had the car towed to the dealership where they ran a diagnostic on the car. It was determined Jiffy Lube had drained the transition fluid and overfilled the engine fluid. Not performing the oil change I had paid for. After receiving the update from the dealership, I was ignored by Jiffy Lube as they would not take my calls or call back (the voicemail inbox was full) during the day. I had called approx 5 times before someone would finally speak to me. The whole ordeal left me without my car and with a rental for over a week. Additionally, Jiffy Lube will not reimburse me for my oil change unless I go in person to the shop. I do not feel comfortable going into the shop and considering it's 2023, I am confident there are other ways to provide reimbursement other than being in person. Overall, it is crucial for automotive service providers to prioritize quality and attention to detail to ensure customers' safety and satisfaction. I have been coming to this location for years to service my vehicles and have always been happy with service and how they treated their customers until now when I encountered a manager I have not dealt with before. His name is Alex. Alex is not afraid to let customers know he is the "BOSS." He is also very unprofessional and lacks basic customer skills. In the future I will be doing my business elsewhere. I was dealing with a service tech who quoted me one price and when Alex rung me up at the register he gave me a different price. I asked him about the price the service tech gave me and that's when he gave me the line, "he's not the manager, I am." He gave me a new total, which I paid and said "sign here" no thank you or greeting when I first came to the register initially or finished my transaction, just shoved paperwork in front of me, so I just signed it, paid and left. Jiffy Lube isn't so Jiffy. I showed up right at opening at 8:05am. There was only one other car in the bay. The place was like a ghost town even though there were 4 employees on site. When I did see an employee they weren't servicing vehicles. They were walking aimlessly around. Much as Hevee B. Indicated a few posts below the employees seem to have a complete lack of a sense of "Jiffy." For 90% of the time my car was left in the bay unattended to. It took 1.5 hours to get an oil change. I was the second car here for the day. The owner of this place needs to have a talk with their employees or change the name to Lazy Lube. Won't be back here. read more

Service was indeed in a jiffy and the staff waa friendly and courteous. But, at the end, I specifically asked if they topped off all my fluids. I knew going in that my windshield washer fluid reservoir was bone dry. They assured me that they took care of it all. On my way out of the lot, tried to clean my windshield...no fluid. Had to turn right back. Still giving 4 stars because I believe that honest mistakes do happen, and everyone deserves grace. Not as fast as I would have hoped. We were probably there about 45 minutes and there was only about one car in front of us and three guys working. That being said, they were all very nice, up front about the price (I have a European car and it costs $119 instead of the cheaper, standard oil change) and they explained everything. They have a process where they check out a bunch of other things before they start (amount of window washer fluid, the state of your window washer blades, etc) probably because they want to upsell you, but they were not pushy.
