I guess whoever was working on it decided to just skip the alignment thinking it "didn't need it," and still charge a woman, who didn't know any better, for it anyway. $250 later, I got it home and husband drove it and said sure enough it was driving exactly the same as before. I should've known when the guy wouldn't look me in the eyes and talked about how he himself didn't think it really needed it. Ladies, I wouldn't go here for anything more than an oil change without a man present, sadly, unless you know your crap when it comes to vehicles.

They put it up on rack and said one was null and void and the other just tighten the screws and recheck in month. Paid $45 to get it checked out. With the prices going up all over the place I think it's not right to try to make money by saying things needed repair when they don't. Some other place told my friend he needed 4 new tires and wiper blades which had already been replaced and same garage told him that he still had more miles on the tires which they could have sold him a set of tires. Doing the right thing by your customers pays off in the long run.

Also, in my experience they largely operate solely on a show-up, first come, first serve system. Outside of one (1) or two (2) particular services, they don't do appointments or booking ahead of time.
