Worst experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop in my life. The owner took my car from Pontotoc to Tupelo and back to "test drive it" without permission, and then ordered the part for my car without ever consulting with me first and when I said I didn't want the repair done, he yelled at me and called me a "fucking bitch". Do not let your daughters, sisters, mothers, female friends go here. He is unkind and condescending towards women. read more
