This was a great experience, I'm always pretty timid when I go to a car shop or to get something done to my car. Mostly it's because I don't know anything about fixing my car so I leave it to the professionals but I also expect that they fully in detail tell me what they are going to do and why they are going to do so, I like details! The manager was helping sales and he was very informative and helpful. The COVID regulations make you stay in your car but they attach the ac to the window so your not hot, and to be honest it was actually way more comfortable just sitting in your car. The service was quick and simple, I am posting late because I forgot to clear out some of my check ins! Defiantly will go back! service was "fast" but only because it was rushed. Alejandro B. and Evian A seemed like they were in a hurry finish the car to just to get it out of there. well by doing so they completely forgot to place my engine cover back after they took it off. supposedly they checked everything before ensuring me my vehicle was "100% ready". However they didn't forget to ask me if I wanted brake fluid and the exact prices as well.. i called after i had received a phone call and Evian told me it was no big deal and that it was a cosmetic piece that wouldn't affect my car. (which is completely wrong) i proceeded to ask for the manager and he told me that Alejandro forgot to replace my engine cover on because most cars don't have them. they offered to deliver the part. unfortunately when the lady was dropping the piece off i happed to be coming back inside from walking my dogs when i seen she didn't even set it down nicely. just chucked it and then literally ran inside of her car and started laughing ?? this was completely unprofessional. i am BEYOND unsatisfied with my service and will never recommend anyone to come here. read more

Incompetent. Poorly managed. They have two bays but apparently they couldn't figure out how to service the car that was essentially 'stuck' in one of them, so they instead routed us all through the other one. Super slow, took forever. This is not a typical jiffy lube at all, don't waste your time here. read more

I left Jiffy Lube feeling uneasy in how fast the young guys finished my oil change. I asked them if they topped off my fluids the crew said "yes" I turn on my car the windshield fluid light is still on?? Obviously it wasn't topped off, so they top it off. My tires were marked off as having 35 PSI on the receipt and none of them had 35 PSI at the moment. The car tells me. I did however have one that was at 26, to prove the tries were not checked. Usually I'm pretty happy with the service here today I'm not so sure about how I feel. read more

We were on the way to Tucson, AZ on a road trip and noticed our oil change lights had come on. We called them up the day before and they asked us to come as soon as they opened up in the morning.. We went there on our way to Chiricahua and were quickly attended to.. We didn't even have to get out of the car and everything was done so safely. They did a quick multi-point inspection and did our oil change. Also asked if we wanted to change our air filter out. We told them we were in a hurry and they finished everything up very quickly. I was getting an oil change and while I'm not familiar with the process they talked me through it even giving me recommendations on the oil type. The last two times I've taken my vehicles too Jiffy lube they have always either ran out of engine oil or enough wasn't put in. Either or when it gets time for me too change my oil I will check it and there is barely anything on the dipstick. This has happened with my car and truck. My truck is a 2015 Silverado and my car is a 2016 Sonata. Neither vehicles have oil leaks and I understand oil is going to burn off but not that much and both vehicles is suspicious. This happened with my car at a different location but was still Jiffy Lube. I will never take either one of my vehicles back to any Jiffy Lube I will just change it myself now. read more

What a joke. Was in a rush to get my oil changed this morning and saw this lubed up jiffy "opens" at 8AM, showed up after 8 and waited 5 minutes at the garage. No one came so I called only to be told that they just got the keys and would be opening at 830. Something about the conversation told me it's not the first time they've all shown up late. I was here on 12/27/28 and it took more than a jiffy, about 45 minutes, to get an oil change and tires rotated. On my drive home I kept hearing a strange flapping sound under my car, which turned out to be the open oil filter flap (see photo) that someone forgot to close after changing my oil. Also, I was told my battery should be replaced but I took it as a suggestion not a dire emergency. After I got home I had to run an errand and my battery was absolutely dead. I wish they had better communicated to me that my battery absolutely needed to be replaced asap and I would have let them do it. I had to go out and buy a battery and replace it myself. That is when I found a very nice tool that some worker at Jiffy Lube had left inside my car. Lastly, they told me they inflated all my tires to 35 lbs. of air. However my car indicator showed me that each of my tires were different air levels, ranging from 38 to 41 lbs. Overall, very disappointed with the quality of work this particular location did and the time it took to do it. read more

This is now the only Jiffy Lube that I'll go to for my oil changes. I had a not so great experience at the last Jiffy Lube I went to in another area of town. And another bad experience at one in another state as well. It made me hesitant to even go back to this chain. But I'm glad I did. The staff here were all wonderful, friendly and courteous. Exceeded my expectation, Jose and Francisco did a phenomenal job. They where extremely professional and respectful. I was greeted to a clean lobby with cold water and fresh coffee. Francisco immediately got to work servicing my vehicle, he cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car while Jose started the inspection. Pulled out my clean air filter replaced 2 weeks prior and tried to sell me a new one for $40 bucks. The service manager didn't know how to let his tech do their own work and was shouting at them. So I had a manager and the tech both shouting at me on how to angle in my car to the stall... really? Never going back. read more

I just had the most pleasant and amazing oil change service I have ever had! Not only is today a national holiday but I was heading back to Phoenix with my husband and two children under the age of 5. I needed an emergency oil change because I had been putting it off for weeks. As soon as I pulled up Fernando and the employees greeted me, opened my door, held the door open for my family walking into the lobby, and immediately pulled my car in. Fernando gave me many options for my oil service and made recommendations my vehicle needed. He did not push me to have services done! That is always a relief! Not too bad for a Jiffy Lube. Stay away from the add ons and you will get out of there relatively inexpensive. They are open on Sunday which is very convenient for busy people. Don't know of many other places open on Sunday that will change your oil. read more

Amazing service from Johnny. We were on a long road trip from NY and he helped make sure we had the right coolant for all the cold mountains and hot desert driving we have been and will be doing.
