If I could give negative stars, I would. I am absolutely livid with the way Jiffy Lube treated my car. About 1.5 weeks ago, I went in for a simple Groupon oil change (used on Used on Aug 19, 2025, afternoon), and what I got back was a vehicle butchered by incompetence. The splash shield under my car has a small removable panel specifically made for oil changes. It takes 10 seconds to remove the bolt and the panel falls out. I know because I've done it myself countless times. Instead of taking the 10 seconds to do the job correctly, these clowns took a blade to my car, hacking up the entire shield. Jagged cuts everywhere. One corner wasn't removed, it was ripped straight off, leaving a gaping hole around the bolt. And sure enough, pieces of the splash shield were still stuck under that bolt, proof that they didn't even try to unscrew it. The shield was also cut away from the front of the bumper for no reason. There no relevant components near the front of the bumper that would require removal, or CUTTING for that matter!!! As if that wasn't bad enough, they slathered thick, clean grease all over the damage like I wouldn't notice. That's not just lazy, it's insulting. They knew they trashed my car and tried to cover it up like I wouldn't catch it. I am so beyond pissed. Why they thought it was okay to destroy the entire shield instead of removing the 10 second panel is absolutely mind-blowing. This is not service, this is VANDALISM with a uniform. I know Jiffy Lube isn't going to pay for a new splash shield, they'll just sweep my review under the rug like it never happened. If anyone values their car, do not set foot in this place. They will butcher your vehicle, try to smear grease over the evidence, and send you on your way like nothing happened. Absolutely disgraceful. When it comes to actually addressing the problem, they disappear. If this is how they handle complaints, I can only imagine how many others have been brushed aside the same way. BE AWARE DONT GET SCAMMED: I am a busy professional and dont have time to do my own oil change so I trusted Jiffy Lube with my f150 truck. I got a weird feeling that this place was sketch. The next day I checked my oil and it was dirty as if it was never done ....and I also checked the oil filter and it was dirty with black silt...meaning it was not new and it was still the old filter. On top of that they never gave me a paid invoice and I never got the email. I was finally able to go back days later and I talked to the manager Juan..I was not feeling confident and I had to bite my tongue from saying more and crashing out. He did apologize and said the tech was off today but that the tech had not signed off on the oil filter change and that he probably did not fully drain my oil and thats why it was still dirty when I checked it. I was about to go postal because you pay these "pros" to take care of your car and they violate your trust. Juan offered to redo the oil and filter. With a bad taste in my mouth and to prevent my Crash out!!, I agreed but I watched him the whole time. He did no offer any other compensation to make things whole until I asked for a next free oil change and he appeared reluctant as if I was asking too much..then he just wrote a note on my old receipt that he printed. This a clear contractual violation to perform services and with potential damages to your car. Came in for an oil and and was offered some add ons for an air filter replacement and window wipers. Firstly, one of the employees forgot to remove the yellow gaurd on the new windshield wipers. For a handful of months I've been wondering why my car has been having a tough time cooling the air.... Of course it was put in bent and backwards. I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures. I was in and out so quickly, there wasn't time. It was truly (brace yourselves) a jiffy. It was also, a pleasure. From the minute I pulled up early on a Monday morning, they were so warm and welcoming. I was escorted into the waiting room, and took a seat while they drove my car in. In a very short time, the tech came in and gave me the rundown on my car. He was friendly and informative-gave suggestions for things I could consider doing, without pressuring me, and then finished my service. He walked me out to the car, where I was greeted with the red carpet/mat and I was ready to go. If only all of the things on my massive "to do" list went as smoothly as this. Quickie review - kind of a warning. Was finishing up a very nice breakfast at 18 Bagels across the street when I saw their truck go by with a sign - "Saturday special $19.99". I pulled into the driveway and was promptly greeted by a manager who told me my car would require a $79.99 oil change. When I explained that my dealer does it for 49.95 while I wait and includes tire rotation and more he shrugged his shoulders and looked at me like I was crazy. Two points: I felt like that the mobile billboard was a bait and switch. And I suppose my Ford dealer does a pretty darn good job. Kudos to them. read more

I was here to get a simple oil change and ended up spending more time and money to replace the damage that was done in my vehicle. about a month after I had the oil change, my car it started making noises, so I took it to the dealership to get it checked out and they told me that there was no oil left in the oil pan. I wish I could get my money back and that I would've gone anywhere else other than Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed the first time!! The workers there are so unprofessional and disrespectful. They spent more time talking about non-sense than doing their job. A simple oil change turned into having to get my oil changed three time in one week due to the inability to complete a routine task. Also costing me over $400. Let's start with the positives: service was very friendly. That's about it. I spent over an hour getting nothing more than an oil change (literally). I've been told that "it'll be just five more minutes" and "I'm gonna get the car out for you real quick" multiple times. Please don't lie to me or insult my intelligence: if something is taking longer than it should, just tell me it'll be 30 more minutes - I'll be annoyed, but not as pissed off as I was when I was treated like a child. It's incredibly frustrating watching two cars that came in after me pull away while mine still had the hood popped up. However the skid plate was held on by zip ties because 2 clips were lost during my last oil change. I had a pack of 900 clips and Coolie went through all of them to put the right ones on my car. The service exceeded my expectation! I have gotten my oil changed here regularly on my previous BMW 1 series and my current car BMW 3 series. I prefer taking my car to Jiffy Lube over the dealership. TODAY, I got my valve stem replaced after hurricane Irma and needed air in my tire but the place that fixed the valve didn't have electric to put air in my tire so I called to see if I could have My car towed to Jiffy Lube, maybe they could put air in my tire. I was fortunate enough to speak to John who offered to meet me where my car was and bring an air compressor to air my tire up. I was so surprised, he met me in 20 minutes and I was back on the road!
