Insert the three tabs into the three slots then close cover and install screws. Why this was not done correctly is a mystery to me.

My $300 oil change experience. I have to use the fleet service my company provides to maintain my company vehicle, which I feel is abused each time I have to get the truck serviced The air filter was changed AGAIN to the tune of $70, also the wiper blades $80 are changed regardless of the condition of the existing wipers which worked fine. I understand the importance of keeping on top of maintenance, however the condition of the items being replaced do not require it, this seems to be Jiffy Lubes company policy whether you need it or not, nobody shows me the condition of anything, or explains the reason why. The impression I get is if you have a fleet card it's open season to sell you as much as possible. Enough about pushing unneeded replacement parts and let's get down to the nuts and bolts of the oil change. I know for a fact my truck has 10 grease fittings on the steering joints and upper/lower ball joints, each time I ask if the Chassis lube is included with the oil change service, and I'm usually told yes it is and that I don't require it because there are no serviceable fittings on my vehicle, or I'm told yes we did it as indicated on my invoice. Well I understand this task requires a little effort and is not as easy as selling a $70 air filter or an $80 pair of wiper blades, however the vehicle requires it and it's included in the service and yet when I inspected the fittings none of them have been touched. Please see the attached pic's. So I decided to inspect my $70 air filter install and found the air box open and the screws loose. Now I know the service people are not mechanics, however when simple tasks are not completed properly I begin to wonder if these people should be Unleashed on the public and trusted to service your vehicle. I called this store and explained my findings, and was told to bring the vehicle back and this" General Manager" Will inspect my findings and proceed as required. Well I already spent 1hour being serviced by you guys, and seen the results so thanks but no thanks. I decided to get out my grease gun and lube the Chassis myself, then I installed the cover of the air box Properly, also I sent the pictures to our fleet manager and told them don't pay the bill until you have a phone discussion with them. Now I hate nitpicking someone else's work however for $300 I would expect a proper oil change and not this level of incompetence regardless of who's paying for it. I could go on, however I have already given enough time and effort into this, I just thought you folks should be aware of my experience at this location.

My super-dirty air filters they recommended for replacement.

Took my mom's car here for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. I didn't have an appointment and they looked pretty busy but I was in & out in just over an hour. They recommended changing the air filters and after showing them to me I couldn't have agreed more! They even offer a military discount for eligible members. Very courteous & friendly team. Big shout out to John C.,Austin S., Stewart P., Sam B. and Kolby M. for the great job!

I asked "H" for two years, "FS" for four years, to check the wiring and mounts for loose wire/unit. None of them did, they just replaced it, never even checked the unit, wiring or mounting screws. Each time they charged me (H) 125.00, (FS) 175.00, to " replace" it. However, at Paradise, He listened to me then ran right out there, said I was right the mounting screws were lose, there was nothing wrong with the pump. screws were loose, causing the site to be loose, He tightened it in minutes, I only go there now. They are respectful, honest, fairly priced and I know I'm helping a family, not a corporation. Win win.

My car faced ongoing performance issues, and every time they failed to identify and address the problems. They replaced some components and did not resolve the main issues. This situation has been frustrating and financially burdensome, as I had to cover the expenses for repairs that should have been addressed under the car warranty sold by Palm Tree Auto Sales.

First, I logged on to the Goodyear website to make an appointment with a local service provider to replace/fix a single tire and was assigned this location. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, walked in and was not met with greetings, I was met with "We are super busy do you have an appointment?" I indicated that I had an appointment and they said I wasn't in their system. I said that I made the appointment online using the Goodyear website. Reply: "We don't have anything to do with corporates website, you need to phone us directly for an appointment." Strange, nothing on corporates website indicated this and they did assign an appointment to this location, with text-based confirmation. If this is the case, it's between this location and corporate to clear up, not me as a customer. Then the two men at the front desk alternated and said they would look at the tire and give an assessment but no guarantee they could fit me in or fix it and why didn't I make an appointment? I was willing to wait or come back but I didn't understand what else they needed. I tried to keep an open mind but when one of them looked at me and said: "Didn't you look where you were driving, how do you get a bolt stuck in your tire anyway?" And laughed in my face, that was the line. Finally one of them said why didn't you call the warranty number, we don't do any warranty work direct only through the warranty line, pieces of the puzzle were clearer. I asked if they had the number and was met with "call the company you originally purchased the tires with and let them give it to you. We don't have that." I reiterated how I found them through the Goodyear website for repair/ replacement of a Goodyear tire, and that Goodyear was in their business name and they reiterated that they couldn't help me and why did I come here without calling the warranty line. I found out later that they could have looked it up, and when the warranty number customer service agent mentioned this, and that they could arrange the replacement for the tire through this location, they understood why I declined. Another local area tire company was able to order the tire that I needed, I phoned their number and was given exceptional service over the phone. They explained the process, next steps to getting my tire replaced, they would call when it was ready and they provided a number if I had any additional questions. Granted, I didn't know that I needed to call the Goodyear warranty number first to open a claim before showing up for the original appointment, but there's a nice way of telling me this and one that involves laughing at my expense more than once, and then saying "just messin with ya". Not interested in being messed with, thank you. Goodyear may be in their name but they must not be cozy with corporate because they don't know their warranty number, don't honor their booking system and are not prepared to relay policy information nicely. Hard pass.

I always do. I paid for a full synthetic oil change which was 106 dollars. I didn't want or need ANY other services. I gave Markell ( supposedly one of the managers) my coupon and he was happy to take it but still ended up charging me 107.19- I asked him where my 25 dollar coupon came in and he must of thought I was completely stupid or whatever- listening to him and his bullcrap which MADE NO SENSE AT ALL! I was told that my service was 106 dollars and didn't agree or ask for ANYTHING else. This guy had more bs coming out of his mouth and is a COMPLETE FRAUD- I knew this just by listening to him talk... I was so angry I just drove off but the more I think about it- THE MORE PISSED I GET!!! I tried to call the Vavoline store because I was going to have him try to play me again! There IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I AM GOING TO LET THIS CON ARTIST GET AWAY WITH THIS! I AM telling you to stay far away from these places... especially this store- EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE GONE HERE THERE ARE NEW FACES- usually legit guys. These guys were sketchy as hell today anyways I'll put a pic and you tell me where my $25 coupon comes in. I see that Markel somehow put an extra oil charge of 18.19 I have absolute no idea what that is. I know nobody mentioned anything about extra oil. I was told that my service was going to be $106 so I ended up paying $107 .19 . Can somebody explain this? it makes no sense other than thinking that I am retarded and I don't understand. Usually I am at valvoline for 12-15 minutes... today was UNUSUALLY quick.... I was there maybe 6-8 minutes. Everything was sketchy.I am A PRO at reading people and these guys ESPECIALLY Markell IS A FRAUD- bullshiter liar! I believe he is probably conning most women that drive through there. It takes a lot for me to wanna write up a review, but Valvoline is gonna get smeared by me. I don't like that you can't call this store to talk to anyone... AI only on the phone! Where's the owner or a person who cares about this store? I promise you that you want to keep an eye on your so called managers because this one thinks he's smart or something- I should have stayed and MADE HIM FIX MY BILL... he stood there trying to convince me I got my discount. ITS THE PRINCIPAL!!!! Not the damn coupon or price for oil change! I CANNOT STAND FAKE ASS LIARS THAT THINK THEY CAN PULL THE WOOL OVER PEOPLE!

After nearly 2k and numerous cancellations, no shows and a lot of frustration and two months, I was left with some wires pulled through the firewall. He asked me to order parts which I did. They were all wrong: Pitman arm and ignition module had to be bought again because they were incorrect parts. The first day he arrived his truck leaked a lot of oil all over my driveway and I spent an hour cleaning it. Unfortunately a total waste of time and money. I don't think he's dishonest, I just think he's inept. After review of his response I have made additions: see fotos and the dates in the screenshots. This response was totally unacceptable and to blame me for this lack of professionalism is just plain wrong! See the dates and fotos. This truck is a 140k truck with some needs to I wanted addressed. It needs a few parts like you'll see in the chat! This wasn't a customer scorned. I just wanted my truck fixed !!! This of you that have been scammed and strung along by a mechanic will understand!!!! See the screenshot with cancellations and change dates. This was chronic cancellations and changes. I missed work one day. In fact, I even gave him my code to the garage to accommodate him. But, too much is too much. I couldn't justify paying him for constantly uncertainty. I can do this all day. Let me start by the metadata claim.... These are screen shots take the day of this posting genius....look at the dates in the chat. The parts you said I choose cheaper parts of lower quality ... see the new screen shots where you told me to purchase the specific parts and I did. You have disgraced yourself and lied and it's here in black and white with your chat. Also, pay attention to the dates that you told me to purchase and my response was I got them. You say you had no role which parts I purchased which is an absolute falsehood! It's in black and white. I have the chats here that you directed me to purchase certain items and I did! Highly customized? It's a totally stock 302 Ford Motor. The truck is a complete original and stock. The claim about a Latin America Truck is laughable. Is he a mechanic or a comedian? It was manufactured in the USA for Latin America and Canada. Know why? It has a speedometer in KM and hour. Yah the speedometer is in metric KM. Any novice can see that in the foto. My gosh! As for your cancellations and late shows. Look at 1 of numerous screen shots where you cancelled after I waited all day. In fact, I had to text you and ask "guess you're not showing?" I believe that was the day I didn't go to work and waited all day for you. Another falsehood that you claim all cancellations were done in Advance. See it in the screenshot You're deceit and lack of candor this will only make you look even more unprofessional. Keep editing, I'll keep posting the truth. I'm awaiting for an apology. BTW - having a couple friends make 5 star reviews the day I call you out isn't fooling anyone. They can see the dates and the lack of activity on their accounts. You had 2, 5 star ratings and nothing ore when I hired you... should have been the red flag to stay away.
