Way too high. Oil change blend over $100. Then there is the overselling. Everything they offered was and extra $100 charge. I didn't need everything but it came by there recommendation. First time they had seen the car but they can tell us what is recommended. They said it needed a tune up. The just had one a few months prior. This is now my third time taking my car to Jiffy Lube. I don't understand why the rating has been so low. I think they do everything that you expect from an express oil change at an inexpensive price. I never feel like they're trying to upsell me or trying to rip me off like I do at other places. Worse experience of my life !!!! My family and I were traveling from Oklahoma to Florida in an enterprise vehicle. We had our tire go flat with a nail in it. We called enterprise and they told us to go to a jiffy lube. We pulled into the jiffy lube and told them the situation. They looked at it and let us know we had a nail in our tire and it might not be patchable and that they weren't able to order us a new tire . We told them to do the best that they can to get us on our way, and we could go to another store to get a tire. They brought in the van ,checked out the tire again and proceeded to patch it . One of the guys came out and told me and my husband that I did the best we could but it's still slowly leaking , my husband then went to check the work , when he went over to the van the employee Dion told my husband "it's not going to be a charge today boss just 25$ under the table" . When My Husband told him we can't do that it's not my car it is a rental vehicle which they already had knew. They then went inside and went to bill me , I let them know once again this is an enterprise vehicle and they are going to take care of my billing. They proceeded to tell me that my rental vehicle was not a rental. It was a scam rental vehicle . I called my agent and had him talk to the employee Juan R. Juan took the phone from me. Talk to my agent for about five seconds and then started screaming "nah nah man fuck that, that ain't no enterprise agent " . They argued with me and my husband for over an hour and wouldn't let us leave unless we ourselves paid them and they proceeded to want cash . Finally my husband gave up arguing and just decided to pay them , thankfully I had him pay card so they couldn't pocket the cash like they wanted to . read more

This place is not even worth one star . One employee consistently cursed as he failed to complete routine tasks . From the beginning me pulling in and asking for mounting and balancing saying my tires and I quote " Are f***** up " , Flicking off bolts falling out of his reach and complaining of how bad tires I had and pricing them at $3 each from a foreign country he brought them from as he mentioned he was a Vice President of another company , yet failed to give me the proper customer service. As a female , I feel like they thought. I was oblivious of what as going on as they laughed and said my car was automatic. Ohh and let's not forget them telling me the lug nut was put on wrong when I took off my tire , and then braking one of them and telling me it was fine to drive off with 4 and also pay to get it fixed . As I waited another customer left after waiting 45 minutes to have them change the filter on a car , he then said they didn't know what they are doing and I completely agree . When I was being checked out the gentleman gave me a $2 discount for the hassle so I can bring back business . Thankfully I saved two dollars , to put towards my broken lug nut that they broke . Thankfully Peter was nice at all times that he was able to speak his mind with out Aston coming after him . DISAPPOINTMENT !!! TOTALLY! Don't trust the work on your vehicle to jiffy lube. They forgot to tighten the lug nuts on my tires and the knuckle head supervisor said it was the handbrake that was engaged. Then when that was verified that it wasn't the handbrake, I test drove it and again the same clang and bang ! I told them it's not the handbrake and had the guy that worked on the tires test it and low and behold the dog gone lug nuts were loose !! read more

I stopped by the new Jiffy lube for a quick oil change today . I was greeted by Vincent who promptly took me inside offered me coffee and tended to my car . We went over the intake sheet he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I wouldn't hesitate to return again it was a very positive experience. Vehicle placed on lift incorrectly for tire rotation and oil change. When door was opened by their worker it bent and damaged the passenger door and front panel. I am trying to work with the franchisee for this location to have my car repaired. I provided a written estimate along with photos to Andrew Gimenes Customer Service Manager. Today I received a call from a gentleman named Michael who advised they want me to take the vehicle to a body shop 50+ miles from home in Winter Park for repairs due to the estimate is less than the one I received from a very well known reputable local shop. The winter Park body shop based their estimate off of the photos. They have not seen the vehicle to give a proper estimate. I do not have an Issue with a representative from their body shop of choice coming to my home and providing a proper written estimate after a visual inspection. I should not be expected to take time off from work due to their mistake. The damage may not look like much but it will affect the resell value of the car because this incident will show up on any Carfax search. read more

I just had my car serviced here and I was extremely happy. Their customer service is wonderful. Their prices are very reasonable. I use to go to the dealership but they got to be too expensive. I will never go back to this location. It's a complete joke. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is absolutely necessary. I called one afternoon to schedule a tire repair. The phone rang and rang with no answer. I assumed they were just busy so I decided I would try later. When I called back later that day, they answered and told me I could bring the truck down so they could repair the tire. I took the truck down to them right after that phone call. When I got there, I waited in the office for over 15 minutes for someone to assist me. I watched as 4 or 5 employees in the shop noticed me standing there in the office several times, and not one came to offer help. After 20 minutes or so of standing in a vacant office, I decided to leave. Once I got back in my truck one of their employees finally approached me to see what I needed. I told him that I was the one that just called in needing a tire repair and I was told to bring the truck down to them. He told me they wouldn't be able to get to it today and to bring it back right when they opened the following day. He said they would be sure to take care of it for me. I found it strange that I was told to take it down to them today while on the phone just to later be told that they can't do it, but I digress. I told him that I would be down the next morning. Fast forward to the following morning... I took my truck back down to their shop and went inside right as they opened. There wasn't one customer inside, and once again I had to wait for help. It wasn't excessive this time but still seems to be a recognized pattern so definitely worth mentioning. An employee finally asked how they could assist me and I told him I needed a tire repair, and that their employees from the previous day told me to bring the vehicle back this morning so it could be repaired. The employee looked at me and said he couldn't do it. That they didn't have time and wouldn't have time the entire day to get it done. I questioned him on why I was told to bring the vehicle down twice now just to be turned away both times once I arrived. He simply reiterated that he would not be able to repair it. He never once offered to set up a third appointment (not that I would have done that anyways). I left at that point and I definitely will not be back as this place has wasted enough of my time driving back and forth for no explainable reason. I understand businesses are struggling with employee shortages right now, and I'm not sure if that is what the deal is with this place or if they are just always that bad at customer service. Regardless, they should have never told me to come down to them twice just to turn me away both times. I wish nothing but the best for this business, but it is a business that I will personally never consider using again. read more

Customer service was terrible. I was told one price and then another. When I arrive I was told the oil change would cost 50.00 but as time went by the price changed to 91.00 with a 15.00 discount. Another customer while I was there complained about the same thing. They are practicing bait and switch sales tactics. When I complained about this they would not fix issue even after they admitted their mistake. Ended up paying $76.39 for an oil change that should have costed 40.00. I'm glad I didn't ask for full syntactic. Stay away from this place. You will regret it. read more
