The guys were great as always at the Spanaway Jiffy Lube (224 and Mtn Hwy). Quick and very courteous. Thanks again

Jose, Keith, and Manny are HONEST and very amazing !!! Took my fiancé s Subaru in for the Air-conditioned motor to be replaced which was a $950.88 cost with labor parts and fluids, only to have Keith and Manny express the real issue was NOT the motor but the gasket, and o ring seals on the compressor unit. Its truly amazing to know these people pride themselves on honesty, integrity and quality workmanship. Thank you to you all! You have a dedicated and loyal customer for life. All together I spent less than a quarter of the original quote, and saved so much money & time. P.S. air-conditioning unit blows ice-cold now. Respectfully, PaulMichael & Alla M. read more

Jiffy Lube - The repaired vehicle that was serviced by Spanaway Jiffy-lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Spanaway, Washington

Best Jiffy Lube around. Manager has taken care of my family for several years now. If you are in Graham, WA, then go to this Jiffy Lube on Mtn Hwy and 224th. read more

Recently, I had my oil changed and the filter didn't work. Thankfully, I had my cell phone number as the nice guys at the Spanaway Jiffy Lube called me and told me to come back immediately after they found a bunch of oil outside their exit. I was so impressed how helpful they were. I was also really appreciative of how awesomely they took care of what could've been a major headache and repair since I live an hour away and it was after 6 pm on a Friday. I've been a faithful customer of Jiffy Lube for 15 years and this is exactly why. They take of their customers! read more

Super friendly and informative. Everyone at this location is extremely courteous and friendly. Made it in just before closing time. Jose met us and was phenomenal. He was able to get the car taken care of in record time. He made good suggestions on work needed to be done. I (thought) I got my oil changed here 5 weeks ago before a big road trip. It cost $100 and didn't take very long. On the pricier side but I figured that was just due to the oil industry. 13 hours into my drive all of the lights turn on in my car and I pull over, add a day, and take it to an auto shop, come to find out my oil had never actually been changed and I drove 1,500 miles with no oil in my car. read more

the crew were friendly, knowledgeable people who cared about my vehicle, no pressure to purchase additional items . thank Jose

Wonderful job done today when I got my oil changed! The employees were super kind, very friendly, and did their jobs well.

0 stars if i could give it. Didnt even finish asking my question and the guy just hung up :/

I have been a customer at this location for the last five years. I have received consistently excellent customer service and excellent maintenance on my Kia the entire time. What I truly appreciate is being treated as an intelligent person. In this male-dominated industry, I have been treated less than, and when I am treated as an equal I will share to all that will listen. Kudos to Jose C. for leading his team in exemplary values and expectations. Your company needs more like him at all your locations, as I have heard negative things at other stores and not from just one person. This store has my loyalty, appreciation, and I will continue to be a raving fan! read more

Great service! I had an issue with my wiper blades at another location Jose fixed it and I was in and out within a few minutes! Can't say enough read more

Extremely friendly staff and when they say JIFFY they mean it!!! I highly recommend them

Best jiffy lube around. Friendly professional and very fast. I plan to use this place for the foreseeable future.

The most dishonest business ever. Charged for Signature Oil Service. Didnt do,anything. One of the worst scams I have ever experienced. These guys should be shut down. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General Office of the State of Washington. Claimed and charged for oil change and checking fluids. Didnt do one ounce of work. Disgraceful. read more

Once again, I'm impressed at the professionalism and speedyness of this place! Had me in & out in under 7 minutes!!! Granted, it was a Tuesday late morning, but still. They didn't try to convince me to get anything above & beyond what I went there for either (basic oil change) and I appreciate that! Thanks again!! read more

I've been a customer here for years and always come away satisfied and amazed. These guys know so much, even about my outdated mini SUV. Weird wipers. Bad fog lamp. Clearing a bogus warning light. How to keep mice out of my car. Jose and the crew do great work with a professional, friendly manner. I'm very pleased with the services they perform. And they don't talk down to women. What a relief! read more

Was disappointed that they didn't tell me my brake light was out, don't they check those during every oil change? Luckily my sister met me there and followed me home or I would have never known... read more

Jose and team were very friendly and professional. I was offered water or coffee while waiting in the waiting room. I was able to get a complete oil change in about 15 minutes. I was offered recommendations and other services for my vehicle without the pushy or aggressive tactics to make a sell like some other establishments. I would definitely recommend this location for any vehicle service needs. Keep up the great customer service guys!!!! read more

I love coming to this location! The people are super helpful! Fast and friendly service every time!

The manager and staff were great about providing us with prompt and friendly service, however I don't know that I would say that I got a good deal from this place. A couple days after our appointment here, our car had to return to the mechanic's shop. I don't know if this was something that Jiffy Lube could have prevented but it seems odd. read more

Third time's the charm seems to be the truth with this location. My 3rd oil change there and will be my last. $84 for an oil change and I was to be grateful for the employee giving me the $15 off to make it $69??? I know I drive an SUV but still... by far the most I've paid and when I questioned the reason for it, the employee tried explaining what we were both looking at: "Well see, there's a code there and ummm... it means it costs more..." Clearly lacking knowledge to answer that very simple question. Goodbye Jiffy Lube, my next change at 3,000 miles won't be with you. read more

Great great great customer service! Came in very last minute with 3% oil life and was greeted with smiles and very upbeat attitude! They had me in and out with all services in just 11 MINUTES!! Highly recommend going here for all your needs!! read more

Another place where if I could I would give them ZERO stars, the service was ok, but they forgot several things, like re-setting the Change Oil message on the dash (I had to take it back to them twice before that issue was resolved) I wasnt pleased with this place and highly doubt I will return read more
