This week we took our Expedition to a ford dealership for a regular oil change. The dealership said I needed total replace everything including calipers on the rear brakes it was going to be $1,200. I called Total Auto Care and they said they couldn't get to it till Monday because of the 4th of July Holiday. I told them the problem and that I needed my large vehicle. They said to bring it in and they will test it. Turns out the calipers just needed to be cleaned. Only $538 and 2 hours later I had my vehicle back.

Also failed to tell us some parts not Available in USA so my car is still incomplete but they make sure they still get paid...... Had to call them back out here window was slow rolling up glass shards in the gears, why didn't he take care of that first time he was out here???????????

I was rear ended by a stolen vehicle and needed some major repairs done. Bedside replacement and rear bumper assembly. During the build I was updated several times on how everything was going along with progress pictures, communication was great. They absolutely went above and beyond.
