I called Total Auto Care and they said they couldn't get to it till Monday because of the 4th of July Holiday. I told them the problem and that I needed my large vehicle. He claims he discounted $5,000 on the BLUE BOOK VALUE of the truck, not what the vehicle actually appraised at. Cause he got it from an auction for $6,000. Then marked it up after claiming it had "cosmetic" damage. Far from it in fact. I'm $3,900 into that $5,000 discount so far and haven't been able to drive the truck since purchasing it. Gave stan and his staff a list of things to rectify to make me happy customer. Even did the legwork for them on everything that was broken/damaged or not working. Provided the staff with cheap cost effective links directly to purchase them and was told they would do so. They placated me by purchasing the larger of the repair issues and then swept everything else under the rug. Issue has still not been rectified (see text pic to service tech who was my point of contact). Currently preparing a suit against them for Dealer Fraud. Just look at the rest of their reviews. Stans gonna have to sit in court this time and answer for all this bullshit. The best part is he will argue with you non stop with excuse after excuse after excuse. Have photos of diagnostic tools on the truck reading error codes (that have been provided to the establishment along with lists of issues and solutions that could rectify the problems and make me a happy customer). Stan himself said his "detail" guy dropped the ball on this one along with numerous folks along the way. All in all just avoid this place. He blames not having the appropriate staff and "my not being happy with our rate of communication". You are correct stan I am not. This should have been rectified DAY 1 if you TRY so hard to help your customers. You weren't honest. You did not disclose everything. You did not create a educated, safe, non predatory, environment for a client to make a sound decision. You took advantage of the situation and moved an auction vehicle that you did not do any research on or know any history about and just dumped it off, which this was the IDEAL situation for.
