Came by for an oil change yesterday and place had no customers inside and not much going on but was told they had no availability for an oil change. They offered to schedule an appointment for another day so I agreed and made an appointment today at 1pm. This place was closed/shut down for several months but has since re-opened. When I came with my appointment today no customers were in the lobby and the phone never rang. They changed my oil with a 45 minute wait. They also put air in my tires and reset the "change oil light" that was on. The guy was nice and friendly. The waiting lobby had no TV (it was off and not sure if it worked?). They also had no water, coffee, or snacks while you wait. They charged $110 for a synthetic oil change and that seemed like a lot for what they did. I might come back, if I do I'll call ahead and make an appointment as they do not appear to want or accept walk in business. But who knows, maybe the place closes its doors again next time I need an oil change? read more

I've officially adopted them as my mechanic due to their continued excellent work. I will say that yes, you will pay full retail price. Yes, some of their parts are more expensive than alternatives, but still way below a dealer shop. My Mercedes is an expensive fix, always, but they have full guarantee on all their work + they give you the damaged or broken car parts (if you like) so you can truly see WHY they did the work, what was broken etc. *my full radiator replacement + belts, lines and labor ran high, but elsewhere was way higher cost. If you're looking for quality guaranteed work, and somewhere you want to build a continued relationship with from all things like tail lights to transmission to oil changes, I feel 100% satisfaction and recommend them. read more

I was able to get a quote on the phone for the work in advance, which helped my decision to bring it in as they were a much greater value than my local dealership. DONT TAKE YOUR PRIUS HERE. My tire had a puncture in it, so I took it to Precision tire to see if they could patch it. They told me after half an hour that the tire could not be patched because there was a puncture. They ordered a tire for me and said that they could fix it the very next day. I left my car in their garage. The next day, in the afternoon, I received a phone call that my car was ready for pick up. I picked up my car. I drive a 2016 Prius that still gets regular maintenance by the dealer, and, when I left Precision Tire, it felt a little off-like it was out of alignment. Also, the clock was off by 4 hours. When I took a look around my car, I found several tools in my backseat and a huge panel was just lying on top of my backseat. Additionally, the interior of my car was scratched up on the right passenger side. When I went back to Precision Tire, I was told by Aziz that they'd left my car in neutral all night, which means they left it *ON* (Prius won't shut off unless it is in "park"- prius 101), and the battery died. He also said a door had been left open. They decided to rip off the panel under the passenger seat to jump the battery. They then tossed the panel and their tools in my backseat and forgot about them. If a Prius battery needs to be recharged, there's a port under the hood. A simple google search would've been sufficient to find this information. There was no reason to remove the panel. 'Course, the battery never should've died in the first place. I have no idea what they are doing at Precision tire, but, whatever it is, it is shady. I would never go back there. read more

I called today about needing an oil change, and wanted to find out about the wait time, as I didn't want to be sitting in a waiting room with the Covid virus. The owner is offering the service of picking up your vehicle at your home, taking it for the service and then returning it home, and submitting payment on the phone. The staff was very attentive and helpful, they were very upfront about the work they would be doing as well as the cost; which was reasonable as I had price checked other local shops. I went in to get my starting system checked and they got to work right away and had me on my way in less than an hour. The manager was very friendly and took the time to talk to every customer that came in while I waited. I've had plenty of bad experiences with shops where the workmanship was poor as well as the customer service. This was NOT one of them and I'll be taking my business here in the future. Automotive repairs are never cheap and this place was very reasonable with their pricing while providing quality customer service. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my experience. I don't know how she got the job because her customer interaction skills were seriously lacking and she is about as smart as a box of rocks. She had no clue to what she was doing or saying. I needed an emissions test but she rambled on about how I needed to drive my car 50 miles to before they could do a test. I tried desperately to explain to her that it wasn't necessary for me to take my car on a drive for no apparent reason. She wasn't comprehending at all. This is without a question the best mechanic shop I have ever known. I've been taking my Toyota Tacoma there since 2006 with any problems. I estimate I have been to the shop probably about 60 times. They have never, ever once been anything but absolutely professional and they do perfect work, every single time. They will tell you what your car could use/need, but they never ever pressure you to do any work. They take walk-ins and can almost always do virtually any repair the same day. Since I have been taking my truck there, they have helped me get it from 250,000 to 500,000 miles!! (Just hit 500k last week). I absolutely give them a big chunk of the credit for the 500k miles. I bought a 94 honda off craigslist, wouldn't pass emissions.was given list of localized mechanics to run diagnostic test, to waive fee so I could get tabs.Called precision got appt.first thing in morning.waited for tests, fresh coffee, kind receptionist.Aziz came out to tell me my car had several problems, would take a week. He listed all the prices and even called me twice on phone, to update new findings, I got my head gasket replaced, timing belt kit, water pump, thermostat, ac system charged, new plugs, etc. He even ran second test right on premises! My honda passed!!! He saved me entire box of old parts to show me, and found a stripped stud on one front wheel, replaced it ..So happy to find kind , God loving mechanics, i also met his older brother also Aziz.picked up my awesome running little commuter car now. The mechanics are professional and simply tell you how "in shape" your car is. If you don't like their recommendation on a fix or quote, then don't get it. I find this place to be a stand up business. My husband an I bought our sons used Camry from this shop about a year ago and for a '92 it was a good buy! They offer free coffee in their lobby and there are nearby businesses you can visit while getting your car worked on. Last Christmas they gave out free items, my daughter got a nice bell she put on her bike and I took a keychain and a free candy...jolly rancher :) I recommend this business 100% read more

I generally don't like to write these types of complaints but I'm appalled at the service I received today. Yesterday I called about getting a diagnostic test as my check engine light turned on. The woman I spoke with said Saturday's are the busiest day but if I come in right around 830, it should only take a couple of hours. I woke up early this morning and dropped off my car a little after 820am. There was only one other car in the parking lot. The woman checked me in and said it should be a couple of hours. She said they would call me when the test is completed. At 1130am, 3 hours later I didn't hear back so I called to follow-up. The woman I spoke with said she couldn't find my name in the system or the car (Toyota Corolla). She put me on hold to look into it. After she came back on the line she said they found my car but it had not even been worked on yet. She said Saturday's are their busiest day so there was no ETA as to when it would be finished. Obviously I was extremely upset. First I woke up early to drop off my car. Second I understand Saturday's are busy but I was the first car there! Honestly I think what happened is you misplaced my paperwork or forgot about my car. This is the only logical explanation as to why my car still had not been worked on despite being there for 3 hours and being one of the first cars on site. I told the lady I would pick up my car keys and take my business elsewhere. When I arrived, the lady apologized for the delay and said they were really busy again. Why not just be honest with me and say you forgot about my car or misplaced my paperwork? It makes absolutely zero sense that I'm the first one that showed up but yet my car just sits there for 3 hours while every other customer jumps ahead of me. Ive been here a couple of times in the past for an oil change and emissions test but I don't think I'll ever be coming back after the extremely poor customer service I received today. read more
