Advised one of the workers, Jess, that i was in a rush and if there was time today. she made sure i was in and out and did not have to come back the following day. Armando helped with the oil change and was nice and friendly throughout. I was in and out within 20 mins! Not sure why they have so many negative reviews but it's worth it to try it out yourself. read more

I Recommend pep boys or speedy oil. Will not be returning to this location after the last experience. My wife came in for a routine oil change and left extremely dissatisfied. To make matters worse they rotated the tires and stripped two of the lug nuts. The gentleman helping her with the vehicle made her feel uncomfortable and had a very clear lack of customer service and overall she felt very disrespected when she clearly stated what she was there for. The gentleman was wearing gauges and a horrible demeanor . Definitely will not be returning. Based on the reviews this location needs some much needed work on customer satisfaction. For the value there's clearly better priced options all along El Camino that provide more customer service and clearly put a clients needs and comfort first. read more

If I can give them zero stars for their service and telling me that I had transmission leak when it really was a oil leak. They actually put that down on paperwork and said that my back brakes needed changing which I took, and it still were good to a professional do not go here service is horrible. I even came before one customer and they took him before me because he said he was in a rush. Don't go there horrible service they don't know what they're doing.!! read more

Excellent. Very professional and speedy. There's nothing more I could ask for. Make sure to print out a coupon from their site and use CardBear or Costco to buy discounted gift cards to use on top of the coupon! The services are a bit pricey, but with the coupon/gift card, it becomes very very reasonable. I was in and out for an oil change literally in 5-10 mins. Thank you! read more

I am writing to commend Luis and his manager, Jessica I think. This is the second time I have stopped in there unannounced and asked them to check my tires because my tire pressure warning light came on. They were happy to do it and would not accept a tip for their service. They were extremely helpful and very kind. As I said to them, it is rare to get this kind of service these days. I'd like to give them a shout out for all their help. read more

Very quick and effecient service. Staff was very kind, not sure why there are so many negative reviews

Update: Took vehicle to be double-checked. Skid plate was missing a screw/bolt and the hole was stripped. Horrible experience. Passed over for service to 3 customers after me who were finished and left. 50 minutes to get oil change and last vehicle to be done. Crew member was vaping and scrolling on his phone when I looked into the bay. When asked if there was something wrong with the vehicle the idly standing technician yelled back "we are just putting on the skid plate, unless you don't want it." Incredibly rude tone and treatment. Was going to charge full price and I mentioned coupon. Then he said $21 but he'd "give $30" off since waited so long. The sign in front of the Jiffy Lube advertised $30 off! One Asian man who could not speak English but used Google translate was left standing outside until he finally drove off with no service. They appear to have selective customer service. Zero confidence in the service work done and having it checked today. read more

I don't know why people are giving bad reviews. I've been here many times over the years for car services and they always do a good job. The staff are professional and never pushy about extra services. During Covid they are extra careful wearing masks and distancing. The indoor seating area is distanced and they don't even get in your car. They do everything possible outside or have you do it. You can wait outside or stay in your car. I recommend this place for a quick oil change service. read more

I get my oil changed and tire rotation done here and they have excellent customer service and are quick. Staff works hard and efficiently.

Went to this Jiffy Lube when my flat tire light went on and the attendant helped me find the nail and filled up my air for free so I could get home. Had a great experience and exceptional service read more

I got an oil change several months ago from this location and it was a mistake. On the night I got my oil changed and had my car returned to me, they had forgotten to bolt down a panel under my car that they had undone, so it was scraping against the street when I drove it. I returned the next day, and they said that the bolt keeping it together had been lost. They replaced it with a zip-tie. This was not a problem my car had before going to this location. Not only that, but while I was waiting for my car to get serviced, one of the employees remarked that one of the other employees was a "r*****". With how quick a fix it was, I'm truly unsurprised that it has come undone now, but not only that, I'm actually able to see how much damage has been done. The front bottom panel is in shambles. They messed my car up. Know better when visiting this location. read more

Great service which offers a lot more than an oil change. They were quick and offered a few optional items but was not pushy. Very courteous and did well with CIVID19 protocols. read more

Read reviews before you come to a oil changing place. I recommend not coming here. These guys try to finesse me stating they changed my windshield wipers. The old ones were left on. They said they'll check all the fluids in the engine bay . None of which was touched expect for the actual oil. Scammers. Jessica was nice but she doesn't have her team in check. Now I see why this place got 3 stars read more

I'd like to thank Alejandra for her professionalism both on the phone and in person. She was polite and knowledgeable. I called ahead because they usually don't have my filter on hand but thankfully she was able to look it up and they currently had it in stock. Upon getting there I took her recommendation on what oil to use. Oil change was quick and easy. Now that I've got that out of the way I'm back on the road. Thanks again to the rest of the crew. read more

They performed the oil change I. Good time. They alerted me to a few other areas which may require attention in the future. (Battery and power steering fluid.). I dislike the upsell but this was not the worst location I have ever been to, they came off as more informative than upsell. read more

WARNING DO NOT COME HERE!!! They stripped the oil pan bolt while changing my oil. Got home after getting an oil change and notice drips of oil on my drive way. Went back the next day and they admitted it was their fault but did not offer to pay for any repair and told me i need to get a new oil pan replacement. It would be a $500+ repair which I had to pay out of pocket for their mistake. read more

Brought three cars here during Covid and they put a seat liner in my car and wore gloves. Be cautious of other patrons but overall was quite pleased. Bring you own pen and have it ready for signatures. Original: On my 40th visit this place is just as friendly and efficient as they always have been. I usually come weekdays as weekend crowds are tough. I manage a fleet of cars for sales people and they seamlessly process all vehicles types. I've gone to almost all the jiffy lubes in area and I keep coming back to this one. Not a fan of the upselling here but that seems to be the new normal for many businesses. read more

I actually managed this location back when Shell Oil Company owned it. When I got there I turned it into, what at the time was the panicle million dollar store status, and I have to say they are still doing a good job. I used to change Carney Lansford's from the World Champion Oakland A's oil here. This place bring back a lot of memories. Keep up the good work guys. read more

Took my truck in for an oil change. As it was being serviced they presented the several air filters recommending exchange, I declined. Then I was told one of my two batteries were defective and required replacement, I responded saying they both had been replaced just a few weeks ago and I did not believe their assessment. I asked for a copy of the inspection report. I had to return within minutes as it was not given to me. This inspection report, under section "for immediate attention " did not state the battery was defective, it stated "make sure you can count on your battery when you need it most." I'm convinced this was a scam, that they hoped I was a dupe and would have authorized unnecessary work. I have four vehicles and would use this Jiffy Lube for most oil changes; never again I did have both batteries checked at a different shop, they are both still good read more

I don't usually post bad reviews, but this was really disappointing. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes for as long as I've been driving. This time around, I came to this location and the oil change went fine, but heading home I heard a slight scraping sound. I got home and discovered that they had forgotten to completely reattach my engine splash shield and it had come loose. VERY dangerous! I attempted to take it off before coming in to have them reattach it, and found that they had also broken one of the screws that keeps it in place and another of the screws had been jammed in and the bolt had been stripped. I had to break it off in order to remove the splash shield before coming back to let them fix their mistake. Currently sitting in the waiting room to see how this will be dealt with. I'll update later Update: they reattached the splash shield, then told me that my next oil change would be free. Umm. No thanks. Why would I want to come back after this experience!! They then offered a refund on my oil change, which I accepted. They told me it would take up to three weeks to send me a check and couldn't just refund the money onto my card because it was "their policy" they were very nice about it and my check eventually arrived but I definitely will NOT be coming back to this location! read more

I had extremely low tire pressure at unsafe levels on two of my tires. I was right next to this Jiffy Lube, and while I was not a customer, Luis put air in all four of my tires. One star .is too good for this place. STAY AWAY! Take your business elsewhere! For the 2nd time, the skid plate has come off! Spoke with Kevin, he won't take responsibility, said it was my fault and that a part was missing. Tell me why would you order and install it once, and now you tell me a part was missing? I was never informed about it. I had a few choice words for him, rude, arrogant and a liar! This isn't over! Why would they hire this type of person who clearly is an idiot and does not know how to treat customers! After 2 weeks I finally heard from someone. taking car to dealership for estimate. owners unresponsive after several emails. only heard back from customer service with apologies and same response. read more

Ok so I use CarAdvise and it's always a struggle to get that sorted out at the counter at any establishment I go to. I went to this Jiffy Lube 3 months ago and it was a success, took a bit to get it sorted with my payment but it worked out. This time, I had to go three times... the first two times the guys there said they could t help me, their manager wasn't there and they didn't know how to do it. So I left both times a bit frustrated. They told me when the manager would be in, I called the day I was planning to go in to ensure she was there. Let me tell you, Jessica redeemed this place 100%. She's got great customer service skills and is very professional. She made it so easy, I didn't have to explain anything to her. Will definitely call to make sure she will be there next time I need my oil changed so I know it will go smoothly! read more

Went to this location for an oil change. The last time I was at this one was back in March of 2018. It was a hundred times better this time around!! Not only did they change the oil but they topped off all my fluids, cleaned my windows, checked my tire pressure and even checked to see that all my lights were working. They said it came with the service but they didn't do any of that two years ago!! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service. Very professional and friendly. As a single mom, I very much appreciate all the little things that make my life easier. Not to mention quick!! Kudos to John and Jacob for an excellent job done!! read more

I have somewhat of an irrational fear of going to get my oil changed or any sort of car maintenance -- but shoutout to Dominic who was transparent about my car not actually needing an oil change based on usage (as I suspected), showed me how to reset the oil life meter, and provided me with a top off and new mileage sticker! Definitely eased my anxiety and guilt I had for feeling like I had been neglecting the car. read more

I came to this Jiffy Lube after the Meineke down the road failed to accommodate the appointment I made using their website system. Luckily this Jiffy Lube was down the street and took me right away. Considering that we are dealing with this covid pandemic situation, I was pleasantly surprised that I was given the option to stay in the car while the oil change was performed. The tech that helped me this day (4/17/2020) from around 8:30am to 9am (he was the only on there) was polite, respectful, straightforward professionally, and asked the usual (if I want filters changed/tire rotation, etc), but it didn't feel like a hard or pressured upsell. Definitely enjoyed the interaction with the tech and I'm very happy I came to Jiffy Lube. It was a smooth transaction. I even Got $20 off, which was nice. Having a groupon for Meineke, I chose to come here instead of go back to that Meineke where trust was lost because of their negligence (If you're interested in my Meineke review , it's the one on El Camino Real in Santa Clara, CA). I recommend this Jiffy Lube based solely on my experience with this one technician (wish I got his name). I am strongly considering taking the loss of the Groupon (not going back to meineke) and brining my car back to this jiffy lube for my next oil change . read more

12/10. Worst jiffy lube location I've ever been to. I show up and every person that works here is on lunch? Horrible service. Lying to avoid helping customers is absolutely ridiculous. SCAM ALERT!!!! they will jot accept any of the coupons that are valid on your website and the manager gives some Rehearsed response that they are having a computer issue. I will preface this with saying I'm not one to write reviews for services, but the amazing experience I just had at the Santa Clara Jiffy Lube deserves this thanks. Ryan exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like. He helped me to triage services for my vehicle - after taking the time to understand what my goals for my vehicle are longterm (some people want to optomize to eventually sell vs. driving it until it dies). He also kindly addressed all my concerns without making me feel ignorant for questions that I'm sure were pretty simple (I'm by no means a mechanic). Additionally, he saved me money by redirecting me to services that were actually needed for the health of my vehicle rather than what i THOUGHT was needed. Again, see comment above about me obviously not being a car person. I loved the integrity, kindness, and knowledge that Ryan demonstrated. If I could give Ryan 10 stars I would - thank you again!!! read more

I would be very careful with this place when you get your oil change. You have John one of the supervisors here saying that the oil plug screw was on too tight from the previous oil change then stripping your oil plug screw when removing it. Then jiffy lube has the nerve to say it was not their fault and still proceeds to do the oil change and let you know that there will be leakage. Wow great customer thanks for sending me on my way to go get it fixed and making me have to pay more money for a new oil plug and oil pan and a new oil change. Don't bother with jiffy lube you're better off somewhere else seriously save your time and money. They will not take responsibility for their negligence m read more
