This location did not reattach the undercarriage properly or securely and it was dragged while i was on a busy highway. I brought it back and they did not apologize or care. Do NOT frequent this business. Find another or a better company. I'm now will to go to the dealership and pay more for proper service. The car is less than a year old and a lease. The piece is scraped up and black from driving it hanging . They should have at the very least apologized and given me my money back. If the dealership tries to make me pay I will be going after these incompetent people for damaging my car. read more

Went in for an oil change and they did a good doing that. Problem was that they left grease prints all around the the hood and fender of my car. I previously had ok experiences at this location but this most recent trip was not at all one I would wish on anyone. I went in to get a headlight replaced, it had burnt out the night before and I didn't want to get a ticket. I called ahead to confirm they had the headlight and get an estimate on how long it would take. I told them the year, make and model, they indicated they had it and it should only take 10-15 minutes. I arrived shortly after speaking to them and gave them the car. They pulled it into the first bay, so I had a great view from the waiting room. I was tempted to take a picture of what was going on and I so wish I did. Over the course of almost 2 hours, they had 3 technicians working on it, all 3 worked on it at once. I felt there was some sort of a joke here, "how many Jiffy Lube Techs does it take to change a light bulb" unfortunately the punch line was all of them and they still didn't get it done. I checked with them periodically over the 2 hours and kept getting a response we are having trouble getting the bulb in or some other nonsense followed by we are almost done. I heard that 3-4 times over the 2 hours. They had long screw drivers jammed down into my car hitting it with a rubber mallet, turning and twisting and they went through at least 2 bulbs that they broke during the attempt to jam it in. The final verdict was in, they were not able to replace the light bulb and they didn't charge me. I drove my car to a competing service center, within 15 minutes they determined the clasp where the bulb was supposed to connect had been broken, presumably by the screwdriver and mallet combo at jiffy lube. They could see scratch marks on the connector from them attempting to force it in. They needed to replace the socket that Jiffy Lube damaged and put in a new head light. $180 later, everything was working and the stuff jiffy lube broke was replaced. I attempted to resolve this through Jiffy Lube customer service, and after 6 emails over the course of a month, I was told the franchisee has declined to rectify the situation and that Jiffy Lube corporate bears no responsibility for the actions of their franchise owners. I will not be going back to this or any other jiffy lube for any service. Stay Away! read more

I saw that some people had given this place poor ratings. I noticed that a lot of them are from 2016. Not quite sure what's going on here. I've been coming to this place for years. It's Jiffy Lube. I come to get my oil changed. They check the tires top off the fluids and we are good. Sure they try to upsell you on stuff, but I can put in my own air filters rather than pay $22 for a new one. That being said I have no problems with this place. The same guy seems to be running it. Also if you come during the day they give you a coupon for a free car wash. How good is that. To the guy who waited for a half hour waiting to get his tires inspected. I'm going to be nice and just say I don't have that much time to waste. I would just go to a tire place. This location is ticking me off! Almost every time I go they forget something. Twice they have not given me a reminder sticker and twice they have not reset my maintenance light. It's so annoying to have to stop back in just to get them to clear my light (it drives me crazy) or to add a sticker! Who knows what else they forget that I can't visually see! They are friendly but forgetting these small things consistently is sloppy! read more

I stop by for an oil change, got it done. A month later check engine light was on. Took it to the mechanic and he told me and showed me how the engine was overfilled with oil for about 25% and that was the reason why my light was on. We spent $550 with them getting our car in shape for a rode trip. We knew we were overpaying but given that we put off the car maintenance till last minute we didn't want to risk having the car tied up at a mechanic. What's upsetting is when you spend that much money and they create more problems and don't resolve everything when your there. At least 3 times we had to turn back around because another light would turn on or the car wouldn't feel right. Update: So after having to go back and forth 5 times my wife was going to come back again but was told the shop was closing and to come back in the AM. This put my wife in danger as the car was not safe to drive. She was never offered a tow or anything We got the car the real mechanic and are hoping they can fix it now. Spoke with owner and he seems like a good guy and offered to pay for the repairs that they caused. This still doesn't make up for the time spent, gas wasted, and stress caused. We honestly should be refunded in total for the work done on our car. The repairs to repair the issues they caused came out to $210. Rob asked I call so he can pay. I could not be happier with them! Their prices were lower than I expected. I went in for an oil change and to get air in my tires. Not only did they do all that in under 20 minutes, but they also replaced all of my filters (obviously asking permission first and showed me why they needed to be replaced). I stopped in just because my washer fluid was dry and I was on my way to an appointment. Not only did the gentleman fill the fluid, he also topped off the low oil. When I was ready to pay he told me no charge. I tried to insist but he said it was ok. How wonderful to find a business like this one who performs such a kind gesture. Dis -Honest, never come here I came here because I thought they had a deal on brake pads. The guy looks over my car and says I need new rotors. Plus 159.00 per each brake pad. I ABSOLUTELY URGE YOU NOT TO BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car in 2 months ago for a simple oil change. Yesterday I took my car to get an oil change and my regular mechanic was floored to find that my oil cap had been replaced with a rubber plug and that the threads had been stripped out. This is about a 500$ repair. So think about this before you bring your car to this place for a "simple oil change". Also....while I was there the guy told me my coolant was bone dry and offered to fill it for 20$. I wasn't born yesterday and I know coolant doesn't cost that much so I said no. I took my Volkswagen Passat there last week and had a wonderful experience. The staff was quick to greet me and were friendly. The service was quick. But the reason why I'm giving 5 stars is because: 1. They did not try to upsell me crap. 2. They did not try to scare me by saying "you need to replace x, y, and z" otherwise it will be more costly in the long run I came in for a quick oil change and that is exactly what I got at a good price. I have been using this Jiffy Lube for over 4 years. I have never waited for more then 10 mins to have my oil changed. I have used them for headlights, belts and engine flushes. The waiting area is clean, has computers and internet to use as well as tvs. They also send good coupons, and its normally the cheapest I can find that my warranty will take. It didnt take long for problems to start happening and when I stopped the car and looked under the hood I saw that these jerks didn't put my oil cap back on and there's oil all over everything under the hood of my car. I have never wanted to write a review more than this one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!! I just left there 3/29/19 8:20 AM. I pulled up to the tire inspection door. The guy in the garage stared at me for about 30 seconds rolled his eyes and FINALLY came to the door and just stared at me. I said you do tired pressure checks right? He said well the hose is there for you to do it if you want. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? I said I was calling his district manager and then he of course said he'd do it. Yeah like I'd let him touch my car. The reviews on Yelp seem much more accurate then on Google. Didn't get his name but if the manager reads this he's white, mid thirties and thinning hair. I can see why this location only has a 2 out of 5 star rating. The door says this location is open until 3:00 pm on Sundays. I pulled into the rear at 2:35 pm (25 minutes prior to closing) only to find the entrance roped off to not allow cars to get into a lane. The "Open Sign" is still lit. The three men inside standing around talking to each other simply look at me until I decide to just leave. Maybe their closing time should be 2:30 pm if that is when they will accept the last car. When has a standard oil change done properly ever taken more than 25 minutes? I could be been gone before 3:00 pm easily. very poor exp at this jiffey lube. i have gone to location for 10 + years and have always had good service but not this last time ! my car takes mobile 1 synthetic oil so $100 oil change less $10 on line discount. 1st they never checked air filter and the one thing that i needed them to do was rest the oil light on my car back to 100% but no one at this location new how to do it even the manager so i paid $90 for the Warning to still pop up every time i start my car. i was told i could drive to Addison location if i wanted it rest 20 min away ! so i Google it from my phone and rest it in 1 min when you that kind of money for oil change you hope you get your value not at this location !!! read more

They changed the oil fast and the staff was friendly and pleasant. I also asked them to replace the air filter because I knew it was old and was too lazy to do it myself. In the process of removing the air filter from the housing they stripped the bolt - and then denied that they did it - and that required me to visit an actual mechanic and pay for them to repair the damage and replace the air filter. The mechanic ruled that the bolt had been stripped by someone improperly using an air tool. Since I don't own one and hadn't take my car in for service anywhere but this Jiffy Lube, I'm calling garbage on their part. They need to either properly train their employees on using tools or need to learn how to fess up when employees make mistakes. read more

I wanted a simple oil change which generally costs around $35 for synthetic blend. I was quoted $69.99 for the cheapest blend offered then told it would cost $99.99 because the engine is 6 cylinder. not a well run place. owner must be an idiot. general manager must be worse. problems I've had more than once: 1) oil drain plug not sufficiently tightened 2) failure to apply oil change reminder sticker to windshield 3) failure to vacuum my car and clean my windows 4) they close to early. 6pm is a joke. should be open to at least 7pm on weekdays. 5) showing me an air cleaner that has 80% of it's life left on it and trying to convince me it needs to be replaced (at some extremely high cost) - always trying to sell me something I don't need so they can get their commission. basically I have to tell them how to do their job. read more

Have brought my car here for over a year. They often forget to replace sticker or turn off maintenance light. Annoying but can live with that. Until yesterday I asked for oil change and pump tires please. As my light was on. When I got into my car the light was still on. I was told it will go off in 15 miles! Really... Another worker then admitted he could not get the valve off the tire and didn't want to damage it. I came home and hot them off myself. Won't be going back.
