My name is Josephine Parker. I went to discount tires on Higgins and Schaumburg road. I needed some air in my tires and all reality I needed tires and. Kevin, the manager and Colin, the assistant manager went beyond their job and making sure that I was able to get tires and helped me tremendously. I appreciate everything they did. I will be recommending friends and family to that location cuz I went to other locations and did not get the same service that I received there. I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the help that they did when they didn't need to but they did read more

I had the best experience at Discount Tire at the Bloomingdale location. Came in with no appointment because a nail in my tire surprised me. Maria greeted me with a million dollar smile and began collecting information for the fleet car I use for work. She was quick with giving me quotes to change the tires because it was too bald to patch up. The entire process was smooth even though they had quite a few customers. Dawood helped me with printing the receipts and making sure all the warning signs were gone from the dashboard. The team at this location is amazing. Thank you Maria and Dawood and the team for making the process easy and efficient. You guys are amazing!! read more

I came in with a tire, removed from my car for a repair. The service guy, Nathan, was courteous, and I returned later that day. The tire was fixed, and as I tried to pay them, I was shocked! They said no charge for repair! I now am a lifetime customer of Discount Tire! Who works in this day and age for free? Next set of tires I need will be purchased from Discount Tire, all with a smile! I can't thank you enough! Tommy. read more

Needed a last minute patch on New Year's Eve and was out of there in 45 minutes . Great service!

I drove in just before closing time yesterday , thinking it was just low on air on my tire but they found a screw in it . I literally thought now I'm screwed , where can i go at this time of night to get it fixed ? I was worried they would not be able to fix it but they stayed past closing just so that they could fix my tire and at no charge . We also discussed tire options for replacement in the near future without any pressure to get the sale that day. That is what I call customer service at its finest .This crew made my day , made my month ,made my year thank you read more

From start to finish best experience yet buying tires Justin the GM was great letting me know updates on when my truck would be ready.

This place is fantastic. I always try to come with an appointment as they are usually always busy. These guys are on top of it, they are efficient and fairly priced. I won't go anywhere else for my tires. read more

great deal on tires, they beat bella tire and online, have a road guarantee, fix flats and rotate free. Not shopping anywhere else

This is a very honest and trustworthy shop. We buy tires frequently for our many cars. They have incredible customer service here in Bloomingdale. We have always been well taken care of and today the service we received was beyond our expectations. Mike understands our loyalty to this shop and acknowledged it with an extremely fair deal on tires. We will continue purchasing tires here as well as getting all of our tires serviced. Thank you Discount Tire of Bloomingdale! read more

My tire got a nail and had a leak. So I stopped by to ask if they can fix it. I was so surprised because they repaired with patch for free! Their service is great and fast too! I really appreciate their service and recommend to everyone! read more

These guys were terrific. I pulled in having a huge screw in my tire to have it repaired. The tires are pretty new but I thought they would ding me for a brand new tire anyway. Much to my surprise they fixed the tire - for FREE - made sure that it was balanced and checked the air pressure on all four tires plus the spare that they put back in the trunk. These guys were professional, polite and very efficient. And the culture of the location seems to be teamwork because these guys were working together as I was waiting I noticed how well the guys in the shop worked as a team. Nathan was great and did a very professional and courteous job. Thank you guys for a job well done!!! Definitely a five-star experience!! read more

I have had three sets of tires purchased from Discount tires. The staff is always so nice at all the locations. They change my tires every season from my snow tires to my low profiles. I needed new tires on this rotation and they made my car look brand new. A big thank you to Discount Tires. read more

We have used discount tire many times over the years. Their service is great, prices are reasonable, and staff is friendly and helpful. Today was about the third time I've gone in there for a tire with low pressure they patched it up free without any drama. read more

To start: I had an appointment but still waited 90 minutes due to an error by an employee. After it got sorted out I was approached by the manager, Justin. Justin expressed a concern for my situation, and apologized for the mistake on behalf of his employees and staff. Today's service call was a free tire checkup, but Justin put a labor credit on my account for any future labor costs, which would be performed free of charge. While I'm upset I had to wait 90 minutes just to be seen with an appointment; Justin owned the mistake and rectified it. It's rare to find someone to unabashedly take ownership of the entire situation, and I respect Justin for this ownership, as well as his patience in dealing with me in my foul mood. read more

I had chosen the OEM on the website, scheduled my appointment, and when I got to the store, they showed me other tires, in which I purchased. It turned out the tires I went with were a better rating on Consumer Reports, and also saved me a few bucks! Great employees!!! read more

I have to give a rave review about this place! So fast, very professional, and a good value. I was in and out with four new tires and windshield wiper blades in less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Couldn't be more pleased with their service! read more

I brought my car here to have two new tires installed on my front wheels (which were purchased elsewhere). As soon as I told Philip (sales rep) that I already had the tires, he became very short with me and confrontational as to why I had not purchased them through Discount Tire. After they began working on the car, he returned and told me that both of my rear tires were severely damaged and recommended that I replace them as well. He did not explain the issue or show me the tires, so I was very skeptical. I later confirmed that this was blatantly false (confirmed by my local dealership after my visit). In addition to both of these issues, they charged me more than double what another local discount tire charged my son for installation of new tires. Maybe this is because I am an older woman that they feel they can take advantage of. DO NOT use this location! I have had much better experiences with other local Discount Tires read more

I have to give this place a big thumbs up because of simple things. 1) Tire repairs and rotations are free and 2) Despite being free, they work fast on your car. Had a slow leak in one of my tires - drove it over - they were done within an hour and walked out with no bill. read more

Slightly more expensive than NTB..... With a manufacturer rebate I didn't feel ripped off. They took about one and a half hours to install 4 new tires and when I drove home I could tell that they weren't fully inflated. They have a policy of matching any competitors price within 30 days but they only tell you that if you argue about the price. read more

I have been buying all my tire needs from this location, I have had Eric take good care of my cars needs every time. He is the best employee there. A young man with lots of respect for customers and give the best service. Always a smile and greets you like family. Eric loves what his doing and it shows. So Managers please don't lose this guy. Good young employees are hard to find, that will give your place a good name. Eric this is Tony with the black Miata. read more

Free tire check and free air check. Yes, um, free! So that is worth five stars in and of itself, but the staff was jewels. I went in because there was a nail in my tire. I expected to buy a new tire because I did not think it could be fixed. The staff looked at it and took time ti discuss several options. While a new tire is always an option, they recommended a repair and also offered a replacement offer that was too cheap to pass up. This amount includes towing costs to the nearest DT within a certain amount of miles. There was no pressure but they also provided me with an estimate of tire replacement without the package. The total was about $1300 from the dealer and $800 -900 with them. Needless to say I paid for the replacement & repair package to have piece of mind. It also makes scraping the curb less stressful. They are covered!!!! Whoo Hoo! But seriously, the offer free rotations and air pressure checks. They are quick and open 6 days a week. They close at 5p on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. It is first tire place I have been to that does not pressure you to replace your tires when replacement is not needed. I wish I had found this type of place years ago. This is as good as it gets for tires and tire service. read more

Wow! Super impressed with the friendly and efficient service. Steve got down to the nitty gritty without trying to sell me on other services. I got my 2 front tires replaced within 30 minutes. My tires were in stock and replaced in a jiffy! Plus lifetime of free rotation and inspection! I'll take it!!!! I came here with very low expectations and left with super high regards to a service that was personal and simply phenomenal. Thank you Steve! You've got yourself a loyal customer. I have been here for my personal car as well and have gotten the same exceptional service. Vroom vroom go Prius! I'll be back!!! (Arnold the Terminator voice) read more

I had a new run that I needed a spare tire. I went with LT215/75R15 BFG KO2. Cody set it up and got my info, payment real efficiently. It was a busy day and there was a lot going on with appointments and people forming a line for free air/tire inspections. Allan (I hope I spelled that right) called me soon after not even 30mins to let me know it was ready. No scratches or visible installation marks. Great job guys. I'm very happy and confident to be on the road. read more

Up Sell, Up Sell, Up Sell! From the moment I checked in it was one sales pitch after the next. They were constantly spinning the cost around offering some trade in tire discounts, blah, blah, blah. When I went back in to pay for the two new tires I was sold, I was told that "to be honest with you, I don't need your tire (to sell back to Discount Tire.") I felt very taken advantage of and felt like I was "sold" tires rather than provided guidance and expertise in the matter. Take your business somewhere else. read more

I was on my way to a funeral when my tire indicator said my left rear tire was low. I had a Cadillac Escalade and it had 22inch rims. I didn't know the town and I went to four places and no one could fix it because they didn't have the equipment to repair the tire and if it needed a tire they didn't have it. At least I was able to get air put in it so I could find a place. At the last place I tried they referred me to Discount tire. I had already spent an hour driving around so what's one more try. Best stop I made. Michael Palumbo greeted me. He was so nice. I told him as I was almost in tears, that I am on my way to a funeral and I have my 87 year old Mother-in-law with me. Can he please help us. He made me feel at home and let me know that if they couldn't fix it they would have another tire. Great. We waited and to his word we were out of there in an hour. They were able to fix the tire. Here's the best part. They didn't even charge us! I said are you sure? He said yes, that's what we do. I was like wow! He just took so much stress out of our day. They didn't have to do that. It's nice to know that even at at National chain you can get good hometown customer service and people who really care. Michael went above and beyond for us. Thank you. We made it safely to our destination. read more

These guys are so professional, friendly and know about everything with tires. They will patiently work with you to find the right tire and price. I had a set of 17" Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires installed, with warranty and done in less than an hour wait. All this was done for $650. Plus free lifetime rotation and road hazzard. No one can do better, no one! I found this place over 10 years ago when I had a nail in my tire, they fixed it for free and helped me when I needed them most. No questions asked. This will be my 7th set of tires today from this outstanding company. Now I am a lifetime customer. This is the right way to run a business. I give them a strong A+ Rating. Kerry L. So glad I made an appointment online, this place was packed. The phone was ringing off the hook, lobby was full of people and people's kids running around. In all the chaos these guys were busting their butts and continued to give excellent customer service throughout the day. I highly recommend making an appointment b/c walk in wait time was 4-5hrs. I was in and out in 1 1/2hrs. Jeff was great, didn't pressure me, gave me what I came in for. Very affordable tires (I needed 4) Overall a great experience and I will come here again for all my tire needs. read more

This place was great. I bought the tires online and made an appointment for installation. They were ready when I arrived and promised to be done within the hour. Unexpectedly they were! I will not go anywhere else. read more

I got my tires changed here and the next day my wheel started shaking. I came back in to resolve the issue in case it was due to the original tire change. They gave me a call and said that it would be approximately $300 for other issues that were wrong with my car. When i asked what was wrong with the car, the worker said "he doesn't have a crystal ball to see what has gone wrong with the car". He had a bad attitude and we will not be coming back here. read more

Stopped in with a flat tire. Had what i needed in stock and got me right back in the road in no time. Very helpful. Fantastic service!!

Made a oil change appointment for 3 pm online two days ago. Arrived 7 minutes ahead of schedule. Some guy off the street drives in 4 minutes after me with no appointment. He says he is in a hurry and they do his car before mine. Finally at 3:45 they pulled my car in to do the oil change. Not cool. Will not be returning for any service after that experience. Very disappointed. Rather pay a little more at my car dealer and receive better service. read more
