Timo is the man!! My car had been giving me trouble for about two weeks before a friend recommended…read moreTimo's auto repair for all my car needs. My friend also has a foreign car like myself and said that Timo's wonderful team of professionals are experts for all types of vehicles but with a slight specialization in foreign cars. It's very hard for me to just trust any mechanic with my car just because that's my baby and I always feel like no one will take care or love my vehicle like I will. Although it was a long ride from my home, the car ride was worth it as soon as I met Timo. He immediately diagnosed my car and said I needed to replace/fix my MAP Pressure sensor, thermostat, water pump and sway bar link. Imagine all the dollar signs that flashes before my eyes! Just kidding, he was actually very reasonably priced. Timo also sat down with me and explained the cost of each part to repair and also how much the labor would cost. He also advised me to compare prices but as I previously mentioned, peace of mind is very important to me and knowing that my car is in good and trustworthy hands, I decided to just go ahead and have him repair my vehicle. I really appreciated that he told me right away what was wrong, no beating around the bush and saying it might be this or it might be that, as previous mechanics have advised me. Due to the fact that my car is a BMW, Timo told me in advance that it may take about a week to repair my car because he needed to order specific parts that not every parts shop has. Timo sent me status updates here and there and most importantly, he answered his phone when I called him! A week later, I got my car back and it drives like brand new and I couldnt ask for a more reasonable price! Two weeks after my repair, I was involved in a car accident and my car was towed to Timo's for repairs yet again. Timo's team looked at the damage on my car, sent an estimate of repair to my insurance and kept me posted on the status of my car at all times. This time the exterior of the car was significantly impacted and some damage to the engine but Timo worked very diligently to get it repaired as quickly as possible. He kept in touch with the insurance companies in regards to the estimate of repairs so that I didn't have to. Honestly, this was such a relief because I didn't have to go back and forth between the two. Due to the fact that insurance companies were involved and specific foreign parts had to be ordered, it took about two weeks for my car to be fixed. However, I went into the repair process knowing that it would take longer this time around since payment for the repairs wasn't not dependent on me but the insurance company. For all your car needs, regardless if it's an American or foreign car- Timo's team of trained professionals is your one stop shop for all your car neeeds. He has over 15 years of experience in high end service and knows exactly what hes doing. Would recommend Timo and his entire staff for all your automotive needs!

The details that were captured in the report and accuracy were spot on and verified by my local Honda dealer when I had the same car taken in for some other work. Glad to see that I can trust a place like this to perform honest work. The waiting room had free drinks and some TV playing some Merlin car infomercials on loop, and there's a restroom.

I took my car in for a simple inspection. The manager told me no and., that i will have to pay $135 for a inspection. I told him , that i was a regular customer and he add it to my bill when done. So i said ok. Then we left. . 15 minutes later, he called me and said . His manager, has authorized his decision, and said come back, and they will start my car inspection,. I immediately call the shop and the manager just lied , so that they can get free government money and take advantage of the community cars for care programs grants. Because, their business has gone down due to neglect and poor service, bad business and maintenance. I use to come here for years when they was under a different management. I took it to my usual place (rhymes with cartels, and that's a very appropriate word for them), and even though they put in a brand new clutch pressure plate and resurfaced the flywheel at a cost of $970 three years ago, they wanted to do the exact same repairs, but at a cost of $1270 this time around. I know that most clutches just don't go out like this in 30,000 miles, so I took the car to Kehoe and they found out pretty quickly that the clutch was perfectly fine... it was a leaky clutch master cylinder reservoir. They noticed fluid leaking from the master cylinder actuator shaft seal. Kehoe replaced the clutch master cylinder, bled the clutch hydraulic system, and the owner Dave even came to pick me up at my house to bring me back to their garage when everything was finished. The total cost for all of the work done at Kehoe... $308. That's nearly a grand less than what *artel's wanted to do to my car for repairs I didn't even need! It's SO nice to finally find a local auto shop that won't try to upsell and get you to buy what your car doesn't need, but will explain in detail exactly what your car does need, and they'll get it done quickly. Thanks, Kehoe!
