Timo is the man!! My car had been giving me trouble for about two weeks before a friend recommended Timo's auto repair for all my car needs. My friend also has a foreign car like myself and said that Timo's wonderful team of professionals are experts for all types of vehicles but with a slight specialization in foreign cars. It's very hard for me to just trust any mechanic with my car just because that's my baby and I always feel like no one will take care or love my vehicle like I will. Although it was a long ride from my home, the car ride was worth it as soon as I met Timo. He immediately diagnosed my car and said I needed to replace/fix my MAP Pressure sensor, thermostat, water pump and sway bar link. Imagine all the dollar signs that flashes before my eyes! Just kidding, he was actually very reasonably priced. Timo also sat down with me and explained the cost of each part to repair and also how much the labor would cost. He also advised me to compare prices but as I previously mentioned, peace of mind is very important to me and knowing that my car is in good and trustworthy hands, I decided to just go ahead and have him repair my vehicle. I really appreciated that he told me right away what was wrong, no beating around the bush and saying it might be this or it might be that, as previous mechanics have advised me. Due to the fact that my car is a BMW, Timo told me in advance that it may take about a week to repair my car because he needed to order specific parts that not every parts shop has. Timo sent me status updates here and there and most importantly, he answered his phone when I called him! A week later, I got my car back and it drives like brand new and I couldnt ask for a more reasonable price! Two weeks after my repair, I was involved in a car accident and my car was towed to Timo's for repairs yet again. Timo's team looked at the damage on my car, sent an estimate of repair to my insurance and kept me posted on the status of my car at all times. This time the exterior of the car was significantly impacted and some damage to the engine but Timo worked very diligently to get it repaired as quickly as possible. He kept in touch with the insurance companies in regards to the estimate of repairs so that I didn't have to. Honestly, this was such a relief because I didn't have to go back and forth between the two. Due to the fact that insurance companies were involved and specific foreign parts had to be ordered, it took about two weeks for my car to be fixed. However, I went into the repair process knowing that it would take longer this time around since payment for the repairs wasn't not dependent on me but the insurance company. If this rating would allow, I would give this place zero stars! I waited a month to get my car into the shop and once it was dropped off it took them over 1 week to even begin looking at it. Each time I called I either had to leave a voice message or if they picked up, they never had an answer for me on anything. Whenever they say they'll call back, don't believe a word they say. Finding a good, Wait... Stop.. Let me restart. Finding a GREAT AND TRUSTWORTHY independent performance shop for high end vehicles is tough! I reached out to Timo as he was referred to me by a fellow BMW owner that he is the man to see! I needed to have my rear brake pads/rotors replaced asap as my brake light had just come on. Timo not only had the best price around, but ONLY uses OEM parts! He hooked it up with OEM Rotors and Ceramic Pads!!! These guys do incredible work. When I was new to the area, I was fortunate enough to choose this place as my first stop for an oil change. I have not stopped going back ever since and they will remain my mechanic of choice as long as I am in the area. They are very upfront when it comes to estimates. They tell me how much a job will cost and not once have I picked up my car with extra charges on the invoice. I brought in my 2013 Honda for a regular oil change, and I left with that plus new filters and a new battery! Lonnie was my technician that day, and he was really helpful and upfront about my car with me. I had never seen what my air and cabin filters looked like. Lonnie brought them out to me in the waiting room and showed me that they were completely covered in mold. I mean top-to-bottom thick layer of mold on both of them. I was so grossed out, as I've been breathing in that air for who knows how long! Lonnie was the first technician to ever show them to me, and I'm so thankful that he did. My car still had its original battery in it, going on a little over 5 years! Timo told me the cost to replace it with a new Bosch battery, and it was exactly on par with what Advanced Auto would have charged me. I think the pricing is extremely fair for the quality of work put into the cars and the concern for those who own them. I'm not a fan of going to the dealership and getting charged an arm and a leg, so I'm happy to support a local shop with great values and great customer service. I've taken my S4 to Timo and plan on taking my wife's VW to him as well based on my excellent experience. Not only is Timo very knowledgeable about cars, but he's an enthusiast as well, and detail oriented. He not only fixed all I the oil leaks I had with OEM Audi parts, but he did everything in a short amount of time, and also inspected the rest of my car to see if there was any other attention needed. Customer service at its BEST! On my way home I experienced car problems and pulled into Timo's to have them look at my car. I live over 30 min away and I was in and out within an hour! I am often skeptical of repair shops outside of the BMW dealership service centers until I found Timo's Auto Haus. If you demand the highest quality and honest service this is the place to be. Timo and his team are very knowledgeable of what they do. You'll never find a place with better customer service. The shop is really nice with a cozy waiting area. For me it's all about meeting my highest expectations. He will go over and beyond and will go the extra mile for his customers. No wonder why he has a strong following of many loyal customers who own supercars and luxury cars. Don't be intimidated if you only see BMWs, Benzes, Audis or Ferraris.
