Great service and team! I have brought both of my classic autos for repairs and maintenance and the Mark and the team have been thorough and treat them like their own. Highly recommended! read more

I had a great experience with Trailside. They thoroughly checked the vehicle, and did an excellent job getting my Canyon back on the road after it had been sitting for an extended period of time. The work was done carefully and professionally, and my truck is now running great. I really appreciated their attention to detail and making sure everything was taken care of before I drove it. They are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The total cost was much less than I thought it would be I would definitely recommend Trailside to others. read more

Great place to take the car. Honest and always do exactly what they say they will. I trust them.

They listen to the customer, they fix the problem and/or provide the service needed/requested and they don't try to pad the bill. Their rates are fair and reasonable. I have confidence that they know what they are doing and have the best interests of the customer in mind. read more

Trailside Auto did an excellent job on the repair of our Toyota Sequoia. They were quick, honest, friendly, and economical. Highly recommended!! read more

Worth the drive, to get there. I put off doing a review, because I wanted to be very precise in my experience. I wanted to share what was like to actually enjoy a interaction with a repair facility. Also wanting to make a positive impact, I hesitated to do a review. But that isn't helping anyone. I've gone to this facility since it's been open. I drive by many other shops to get to them, but it's not like seeing an old friend. It's exactly like seeing an old friend. Very trusting and comfortable. In closing, remember modern cars are very sophisticated, and the best thing that you can do to help in the repair. It's to give the technician time. Once the repair is done, ask if an extensive test drive would be recommended. If so let them determine the length of a test drive. That's all I got now, after my next visit I will renew the post. read more

Great auto repair shop with fair pricing, quality parts, and prompt professional service

Very high quality service, and would trust them with any vehicle. The owner is very passionate about his work and makes sure to do a good clean job no matter how big or small it is. In fact, while I was away at college I had a very poor experience with the local shop there, so a few months later when my car needed a few thousand dollars of various work done I had my car towed across the state because Mark and Trailside Auto was the only place I trusted with such a major repair on an older vehicle. They did a great job working with us and explaining what problems were urgent and what could wait. read more

Just moved in town from California. Was looking for a good auto service for my car and received great referrals from neighbors. My car issue was taken care of and a previous issue that I had an estimate on was also. The facility was clean, the inspection was professional and the estimate for both issues were less then my previous estimate of the one issue. read more

My car was brought in on good faith that proper and correct work would be done. Instead, a defective part was installed thereby leaving my car unsafe to drive and it now sits in my garage. I returned there only to be told that it (the part) had a design flaw and they weren't going to do anything about it. Instead of obtaining a proper part, perhaps from a different company (research shows it is available, & the company that they got the part from no longer sells it after this issue occurred), they charged my credit card and left my car worse off than when I brought it there. I wish I never stepped into that place. After bringing the car to other mechanics, they saw the terrible job that was done and said "It was bad business practice what they did.", "They should have installed the right part", "They should have removed the defective part, replaced it, and the part that attaches to it but doesn't fit, and give you a refund." "It is dangerous." One mechanic said they should be sued. Instead of apologizing to me and making things right, owners Mark and Theresa complained to me. The true sign of the integrety of a person and a business, is how they handle a problem. read more

Honest, reasonable prices, they know how to work on German cars and they're just really nice people.

My van was overheating and my regular mechanic was too far to drive. I needed someone close to my house and a friend recommended Trailside. I am very glad I found out about this place! I will be back. read more

they are good people..friendly, fair & genuine. i trust them completely. they are a gem tucked away from the main road, but well worth it.

Top quality work, better than excellent customer service. Best of all, they are the most honest group of people I have ever worked with. When they have suggested additional work, it needed to be done and saved me money in the long run. The best thing I can say about Trailside is that the currently care for the 5 cars in my family and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! read more

I will have to be honest with the review, and state that I know the owners of the business as acquaintances from my chidlhood. However, my husband and I plan to use them from here on out. They took wonderful care of my husband's truck- gave him a fair bid and told him what work needed to be done now, and what work would need to be done in the future- or said we could do all of it now. The work they did was quality, and my husband was very pleased. They haven't been open for too long yet, but already seem quite busy. We will definitely be taking our 3 vehicles here in the future. read more

We were recommended to them by neighbors some years back. I would not take our three cars to anyone else. They are honest and always try to find the best solution, not the most costly. They stand by their work and have your vehicle ready when they say they will. They are also very nice people, and it's always goof to give your business to folks like that. read more

This shop is run by a very knowledgeable, certified mechanic with many, many years of experience. He's a total expert and actively works alongside each of his employees. Trailside employees listen to their customers' needs and work efficiently, yet effectively to correctly diagnose all mechanical problems. They give alternative solutions to costly repairs where possible and never compromise on doing their best. They use top quality parts backed by warranties. Every employee is friendly, courteous, and helpful. I know without a doubt that I can trust them and their work. I wish every shop could take lessons from these folks. I drive far out of my way just to take my car to this shop. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs mechanical work done on their car- done right the first time every time! read more
