Been sitting in line for about 50 minutes this morning was second in line they had me move after being the second car in line and switch with a vehicle that was in front of me. Which I completely understand. 2 stars However the wait is a bit crazy long without an understanding of why the wait ...be nice to have an explanation. 1 star The reason for 3 stars is because I come here a lot however they typically are quick and good service. The last time I was here the left the filter loose and now I have a huge oil spot and oil ran down it for about 15' on my new driveway and my driveway is very new and fairly expensive pad ! Not to pleased about that. Hopefully they can make it right. - 5 Other then the wait crew seems pretty thorough today and doing a good job. Friendly and polite. Back to 3 stars Kennewick jiffy lube seems to have their sh*t together a bit better. Still did good job 4 star Total time 71 minutes read more

Jiffy Lube - My driveway. - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Richland, Washington

Landon and Devan were great. Professional, great communication, and just good vibes. My oil change was fairly quick, and they didn't pull 20 parts out of my car to try to upsell me on stuff I don't need. Won't be taking my car anywhere else besides this location. read more

Fast, friendly service. Lincoln had me in and out in a "Jiffy"! Will be back. They're convenient to Uptown, and have a waiting area.

Friendly fast and knowledgeable. They were quick to diagnose and fix the fluid in my car.

They have the best customer service with timely quality repairs. Keep up the hard work Victor and Alex.

Was pretty fast and professional at their job! Workers were great cant really complain about their services

Put off an oil change for 1000 miles. In and put in 15 minutes and they also changed my engine filter and let me know how many miles before I'm due for other services. Didn't push extras on me. The team us OUTSTANDING. Fresh coffee while I waited and they walked me back to car, opened my door for me. . It was white glove service. Only place I will ever use going forward. Team was exceptional and as a customer I left confident and thrilled. In and out. Amazing. read more

Came in, was helped right away. Both gentlemen were very nice and knew exactly what I needed. I will be coming back because of their great service. Thank you Salvador and Omar! read more

I am very unhappy by this service. I called before I came because I didn't want to wait at Walmart for two hours. Jiffy Lube said it was a 15-minute wait. It took an hour and fifty minutes to finally leave the station. They forgot to change the burned-out break light without me reminding them, and I had to return so they would turn off my dashboard check engine light. I should have just waited at Walmart! At least I could have sat in an airconditioned building and browse the store instead of sitting outside in my car in the heat of the day. read more

As soon I was seated in the waiting room. An accident occurred at the intersection. Two employees ran out to help an elderly lady who had gotten her car totaled in the accident. I will say the waiting room is pretty sound proof as I didn't even hear the accident. However, the young gentleman working grabbed a chair and rushed out to help her along with the young lady who was also working. I haven't gotten my oil change yet. But I will say people of this quality are sure to provide great service as well. Kudos to Jiffy Lube here for the integrity of their employees! read more

Rude customer service. Dirty establishment. Lazy employees sitting around visiting instead of helping customers. Owner of this business should keep a better eye on his staff. Go to a different place instead. read more

Put off an oil change for a while, and really needed one done before a little trip. The staff here were really friendly and informative. When they did the inspection they found that one of my tires had extremely low pressure and told me where to get that checked for free. As someone with extreme anxiety the service was better than most other shops I've been to. read more

We'd always been a satisfied customer of Jiffy Lube in the past, until the last time we had our Subaru's oil changed. Our car had no oil leak until after we left Jiffy Lube. My husband and I took the car back and explained the situation. They agreed to take a look. Afterwards the 2 young service men tried to tell us it was our fault and basically told my husband he didn't know what he was talking about, they couldn't find a leak. It continued to leak oil. We finally took it back to the Subaru dealership and they told us the leak was from a cap that was left off during our last oil change and we could take it back to where we had it changed before. My husband explained what had happened and asked the dealership to fit it. We will never return to Jiffy Lube again. Sloppy service and arguing with the customer is not the way to do good business. read more

Angel and Favio were friendly and helpful. I dropped in for an oil change and new air filters and they got it taken care of. My car is still under a free maintenance warranty with the Honda dealer but it's difficult to get in there and they want me to leave my car for the day, I'm glad I came here instead and will go back next time I need an oil change. read more

Avoid at all costs. We took our Buick here for an oil change and they charged us $114 for it. Seriously? Any where else it would have been $40. They also waited until after it was done to tell us the cost. They deal dirty. Not only will I not be going back, but you need to avoid at all costs. read more

I brought my fiance's car in here to have the oil changed while we were in town for the weekend. They were quick to greet me and get started on the work. As was to be expected, there was a little bit of up-selling from the man at the register, but nothing forceful. Waiting room was a little rundown, bathroom was not particularly inviting. All in all it was convenient, fast and reasonably priced. read more

Davis and Alex performed my oil change today and had phenomenal customer service. The oil change took 10-15 minutes.

Took my car in and met the new general manager. Very professional and personable. Service was great and very fast with an awesome attention to detail amongst the employees there. I would recommend this location to anyone. read more

Angel was super helpful, I needed to get my oil and coolant topped before a road trip and he even offered to check my tire pressure before as well. Super helpful and kind, definitely 5 stars for this shop! read more

I came for an oil change and asked for a price quote before they started working on my car. They quoted me $100 for a basic oil change and I said I didn't want it anymore and that I'd go somewhere else instead. But even though I had told them to wait until they told me the price they had already drained the oil from.my car. This place is shady and they basically forced me to get the oil change I didn't want. Never come here, they're scammers. read more

Was going to the Jiffy Lube on Canal but you all moved Lenny! Found him hiding out at the Richland Jiffy Lube! I love the specialized customer service he gives and the no bull attitude. The only person I want doing maintenance on my rigs. This man is a keeper! read more

Words can't describe the service that my husband and I received today... Devin went above and beyond his call of duty today. My car broke down in front of walmart on queensgate today and I was scared because we just got married, we're broke and our car is our ONLY car... We called in a panic to jiffy lube and Devin actually came out to queensgate and put on a new belt for my car and he was just soo kind... He is such a great person and excellent worker.. We are forever indebted to him!! Thank you Devin, thank you sooo so much! read more

Oil change is ok, but the waiting room is a diaster. Six uncomfortable banquet chairs way to close to each other. The TV is showing a talk show on "threesomes". Dingy, dingy, dingy. Won't be back. read more

Wednesday September 20 was my first visit to the Jiffy Lube location on Williams in Richland but it will definitely not be my last! Mario and Gabriel worked well together to inspect my vehicle and completed my oil change quickly. Julio was really helpful and wonderfully informative about Jiffy Lube services and options. I will be back! Thank you all very much! read more

Chris Flores was an awesome employee great with customer service helped me out a ton

To the gentleman at Jiffy Lube...THANK YOU! Very professional, polite, and fast. My car is running better than ever, and I will definitely be back when the time comes around. Andres, Saul, Jose, and anyone everyone else that helped out makes Jiffy Lube a place worth going to. I'll see you guys in the future read more

I will not go here again, ever. 1. They are slow and expensive. 2. They replaced good wiper blades without asking me. 3. They were argumentive. 4. They filled the windshield washer fluid with streight water and it froze. 5. The cabin air filter was covered and cloged with pine needles, they did not clean this up or even point it out. My oppinion only from one time through. read more

I use to have a sour taste in my mouth over this location but I went in today only because I didn't have time to drive across town for an oil change, Andres & Marco were so nice gave me a 15$ off my service and another $15 off my next service. Thanks guys! read more

I have taken my Subaru in twice. The guys were very friendly and quick to change my oil on both visits. No B.S. and no up-selling. It is of course a bit on the expensive side, but I consider their prices a value for a painless and efficient oil changing experience. read more

I was told that the $27 special was only for people who change their oil every three months and so I should get the $59 special and so I agreed to this when it came time to pay my bill it was $70 when I asked why it wasn't the listed price the salesman told me that they added $21 because my car was a 4 x 4! What thievery...I am form Tim at that point that I would never come back to this business because of how I had been handled read more

Miguel (Manager in Training) and Andres (the GM) were so kind as I was out of town and I desperately needed an oil change before driving the few hour drive home. I pulled in 20 minutes before close and they were more than willing to help. They were kind, cracked jokes, and gave me coupons! I will definitely be back when I roll into Richland to visit my family! Thank you guys. read more

The price is a bit high for a regular oil change but still better than doing it myself.

Overpriced and confusing service. Ask for specific costs upfront before they drain your oil. Prices have gone up about 50% from a year ago. It's better to go to a local mechanic or a dealer if it's gonna cost $70+ for an oil change. Very disappointed. It's take way longer than it should. Should be called Snail Lube if just "We take way longer than we should" Lube. read more

They work really hard here to welcome you and provide great customer service, but it's irrelevant because some of their employees are just plain poorly trained. I've had multiple problems with them forgetting to properly shut the hood, not resetting the oil change light, not properly reinstalling body components removed during inspections, and God only knows what else. They are always very quick to apologize and correct the problem, but customer service has zero value when the work is consistently sub-par. They offer you many extra services that aren't really necessary. But some of them are beneficial. Take the time to know your car, it's maintenance history, and it's required maintenance before you go wasting $250 on flushes and air filter changes your car may not need. The nice thing is that if you say "no" to their services they back off really quickly and don't try to pressure you. read more

The service was prompt and friendly. The clerk clearly communicated the costs of service and explained each expense in detail. They were also very patient with me as I asked about the different options for my vehicle. My only suggestion is to provide better coffee in your waiting room. read more

Almost a month later and Jiffy Lube has done nothing to correct this experience. I received a phonecall from the regional manager who offered to issue a refund if i could get him the invoice number. I couldn't reach him when i called back so i left him the invoice number on his voicemail. Not only did I not receive a call back from him, but i also did not receive a refund. Well done Jiffy Lube. Thank you for solidifying my choice to go elsewhere for my vehicle service needs. read more

They're sweet there, but kind of airheads. Didn't reset my oil setting so it always says low oil. Now I have to go back and spend more time to get that fixed. They are nice though, but probably wouldn't go back. read more

There are several reasons for the low rating for this place of business. I bought my own oil because my wife's Mercedes takes a special oil. I purchased the special oil and I also purchased fuel injector cleaner and they were both in the same bag. I called this place of business, and they quoted me a price to change out my oil. I brought the synthetic oil with me to this business. The oil filter in this model is on top of the motor and the drain plug is down below. In order to drain the oil you have to open the oil cap and pull the oil pan plug down below. Rather than giving the oil time to drain out of the motor and also using the wrong oil filter wrench, they opened the oil filter before allowing the proper time for the oil to drain out of it, causing oil to spill all over the top of the motor. The motor takes 8.5 quarts. after draining the oil they were only able to add 8 quarts of oil back in to the car. Therefore there was a half quart of old oil that should have been drained that was left in the car. They put the oil filter I had purchased back into the car, and tightened it with the wrong wrench again. In the same bag that held the oil that I had purchased, I also had the fuel injector cleaner. The "mechanic" opened the fuel injector fluid, and was going to pour it into the oil reservoir, I had to stop him from pouring the fuel injector fluid in to my oil reservoir. They kept pushing for me to wait in the waiting room. Several people were in the waiting room already. I went in to the waiting room. They then started the motor with the oil cap off, which flung the new oil all over the top of the motor and the hood. Need I say more. read more
