Went to Jiffy lube early this morning to avoid the lines. Only one car ahead of me. I must say it was one of my best Jiffy Lube experiences. They got me in within 15 minutes. I had an air filter and cabin filter I purchased on my own. I was planning to install them after the oil change however they offered to do it for me. They were really nice and very attentive. I have been to a number of Jiffy Lubes and this store was just very friendly and service oriented. I will. Is it them again. read more

This shop is in my neighborhood and they do such a good job. They tell you everything they're going to do and you can, for the most part, watch what they do. (Unlike Jensen tire on 84th and center who takes your money and doesn't do half of what you paid for) I will definitely be back here again read more

I'd like to start this off by saying I used to be a manager of the service department for Toyota and this visit blew my mind. Brought my fiancé's car to get the oil changed while we were at the gym. She's 578miles under when she needs her oil changed. Says so right on the dash but because the previous place didn't change her sticker they won't change her oil because the sticker says she's over mileage and it's a liability for them. They won't go off what the car says. It's a 2016, I imagine it's a little hard for there to be "damage to the gaskets" on a brand new car that's full of oil even if it's about 3.5k miles over in the oil change (even though it's not). The staff was unpleasant when we dropped the car off, took down the wrong info and wrong phone number so couldn't call us to tell us about this issue and 2 hrs later when we finally call them tell us there is nothing they can do to make this better and that we need to take our business else where. We will never go to another jiffy lube and I recommend any one reading this not to go here either. Being from this industry I understand the damage a bad review can make for business and I asked them to do something, anything, to make it right by us and resolve the problem. They just told me to go somewhere else and get my oil changed. If I could give a negative star review I would. read more

The way the guy out side of the garage "greeted" me was anything but welcome. He asks me what I need and I tell him an oil change, he asks me my miles and I said I'd have to go look because I didn't know, he scoffs at me and says let's just go inside. Walking in as a young women with a baby in a car seat, I should've known that was the greeting I was going to get. He try's to sell me a filter ect. I tell him no thanks and that I just wanted the cheapest oil they have, he tells me that my car is a qt low and that it would cost me $75 for an oil change AFTER THE GUY IS ALREADY UNDER MY CAR. I didn't know cars just eat oil like that?! I find a coupon and I ask him if I can use it, before I even finish talking he says NO, so I show him it and he says okay what does it say? That saved me $15 and I ended up paying $60 when I usually pay not even $30. A completely rip off. I feel completely taken advantage of and judged. I will not ever return to any jiffy lube and that is a fact. read more

This is my favorite place to have my oil changed. These guys are very friendly and thorough. They stay focus on completing the job as quickly as possible. So one time I went there and only one guy was working and he said it would be over an hour before he was done, so not what I was expecting. The next time they were fast and polite, HOWEVER, they didn't vacuum my car and they left my hood popped. Like it looked shut, but when I started driving it was noticeably bobbing up and down and I had to pull in somewhere and slam it shut. read more

Brandon and the crew were very knowledgable and gave me some good advice on some other parts & services that my F-150 would need in the future. Came here last night to get an oil change because the online hours were posted stating that the business was open until 7pm. The man told us as we pulled in that they stopped taking cars "5 minutes ago" at 4:45pm which is the most inconvenient and odd time for any place of business to stop operation. The man said they open at 9am for service so I got here at 9:10am seeing the OPEN SIGN OFF and the workers just talking back and forth. I sat and waited for 15 minutes in front of the garage and still wasn't greeted by anyone so I left to go somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service. read more

This location was efficient and professional. I showed up around 1:30 on a Saturday and there was an estimated 2 hour wait, 6+ cars ahead of me. Brandon was thorough and patient. He was busy and had a lobby full of customers and he patiently answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job and their military discount was 25%. Came here today unexpectedly after Walmart was a 2 hour wait...there was one car ahead of me but I was still greeted by the service rep and acknowledged. The two gentlemen working took car of tipping off all my fluids that needed it and getting me done in a timely manner. I had a coupon but my phone died right before I could show them but they still honored it for me. Definitely will be back. read more

They got me in right away and were super courteous. They recalled my last oil change, which I appreciated. I was not up-sold for anything else, which I also appreciated. If I could give less than one star I would. Got quoted for 45$ and 15 minutes. Cost 85$ and took an hour. I think the whole crew was high. He told me my 5 speed ranger took automatic tranny fluid. They are obviously unqualified to change oils and lubes. Since my change (250 miles) my check engine light has came on multiple times. read more

Standard oil change is 42 as the base price and then they charge you again for the oil.. Ended up being 62 overall for a standard oil change. That's over double what most places charge. (Walmart does the same service for under half @ $30 and upgrade to synthetic for $50) Jiffy lube practices are not in line with saving you money and are aimed at upcharging. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called over and over for a price quote on an oil change and no one answered until the 7th call. Didn't get an accurate quote as the person was either too lazy or too poorly trained to look it up. Showed up at a ghost town and received smother same poor service - they didn't bother looking up the manufacturer recommendations for the oil for my truck. Luckily I knew and the price went from $51 to $98 for synthetic blend - almost double what the dealership charges. This place is pathetic - do not risk your vehicle by going here! As a side note, the Firestone at Shadow Lake was the exact opposite - go there instead. read more

Went there Saturday the 24th, don't normally use these places but was in a hurry and dealerships were closed, I have a diesel so everyone use that as a lisence to steel in my opinion as I haven't figured out how 5 more quarts of oil always double the price from a normal oil change, that's not my bitch here, Ive become accustomed to $80-$110 oil changes. Here is my bitch the oil change went quite rapidly, to fast, I questioned the kids if they checked the differentials, immediately response was yes, I stated there is no way they checked the rear as in my truck the rear end hung past the pit and would be unable for them to even check it. They pulled it back around and it was empty, which presents another issue for me but at least I know. When someone blatantly do not offer a service you pay for and I had to call them out on it, now I question everything, I went home and crawled under the truck, not one differential was checked as you can tell by looking at the plug bolts, I looked further and these kids didn't grease the front end either. I don't mind paying for good service, these people are no different than a mechanic taking advantage of the old lady or the old days of taking advantage of the unknowing. I understand this place to be under new management is why I tried it again, don't do business here. Go to Walmart-mart, they charge $45 for a diesel and you expect them to not do their job, I figured I spend a little more and get what should be included. Hell now that I think of it they didn't even check the air cleaner. I would give no star if it was an option. read more
