I initially entered the lot wrong. It is small and difficult to tell with the paint being worn off where to enter. I pull around back and someone walked out and told me which window to pull up to. Another guy walked out and asked what I needed and asked me to pump my hood. I'm an airhead when it comes to cars, but he had no problem showing me where and how to do it. For a Chevy Spark oil change is 69.99. By my husband being a veteran, I get a $10 discount which brought my total to $63. While servicing my car, they put air in my tires, vacuumed and cleaned my windows. Almost finished, they tell me I have "two things wrong with [my] car". Of course, I'm alarmed because my car is only 2 years old. What they meant was some fluids were low and were suggesting I let them take care of it. I declined. A few weeks ago, on a Sunday, I was in dire need of a car battery. How dire? How about my old battery was 13 years old and leaking (don't judge me. The date was on the bottom of the damn thing). Anyways, I got my car to Jiffy Lube (store 2675), and got my new battery installed, as well as an oil change. All was good until the other day when my car wouldn't start unless I jostled the negative connection on the battery. I called Jiffy Lube today and spoke with John, and he said they could look at it immediately. Somehow the battery connection was stripped. John, Marcus, Zulma, and Travis said they would warranty the battery and install a new one right away. Ten minutes later, it was ready. Although the initial battery was faulty, I asked if I could at least cover the labor costs, to which I was given a "thank you so much, but no" I can't recommend this location enough. Their customer service, attention to detail, work ethic, and kindness is beyond appreciated. read more

You could tell that she cared when I explain what was wrong with my car. He was so knowledgeable, so​ professional you hardly get top notch service like this anymore. ​I went ahead and got a coolant flush and a cabin air filter as too. I feel weird giving an oil change place a lot of stars. I mean, it's always a little like getting a bandage ripped off. This place was one of the better ones. They didn't hassle me about getting a new filter or any of that other stuff they try to upsell. They just banged it out. I went here and received informative friendly service the woman manager there seem to really know her stuff. I got a few things other then a oil change which I was happy she made me aware that I need and I was still out in no time.. I liked the courtesy of asking me when I would like to return for my next oil change rather then just telling me I have to. I chose 5k instead of 3k because it's what my car requires.. I'm sorry to give this place only 2 stars - I've always had good experiences here. Nice people working there and I've never had a problem with the work. HOWEVER - I went recently and felt like I was **PRICE GOUGED**. I told them to give me whatever I've had in the past. They said Signature Service with brand name motor oil. It was *************** $123 **************** !!! And there were no add-ons - no filters, no wiper blades, nothing extra! Just the oil and check over my car. What's going on here? The last time I did this, it was around $80. I was shocked, wanted to leave but was overdue for an oil change and busy with holiday stuff and soon to be on a road trip so I just stayed and paid. I will be shopping around for a more competitive price although I may have to give up the convenience of the location and drop-in service with no appointment. read more

Had an awful experience today. I felt uncomfortable the moment I got there for the comments they were making about me. Then I hear the guy on the counter on all these personal calls about really personal things. Then the guy at the counter tells me I need to get all these things done to my car and I listen since these are things I would want to talk to my boyfriend about before getting done. At the end, I just tell him the oil change and the air filter today. I'm waiting for a quite awhile but I thought maybe they need more time with the air filter. Finally another gentleman comes to tell me he had to move some things around to make room for the new battery and I was like what do you mean new battery I never said I was going to get that today. The guy at the counter goes why do you think it's taking so long and I'm thinking oh so this supposed to my fault now. They are completely dishonest. I went in for an oil change and here's what they said I needed: tire rotation (I just had one, and I could see myself that the treads were still better on the front); air filter replacement (they didn't show it to me, like they're supposed to--when I went later that day to Pep Boys to buy one myself, I found out that mine was still super clean!); brake pads replaced (I asked what the measurements were, and he said he'd go back in and check....came out and gave me a reading of 1mm/3mm respectively. When my dad and I took my tires off six months later to change the pads ourselves, they ended up being 4mm each!! What a scam!); my rear plate bulbs were BOTH burned out... I'm still not sure if that was the truth or another lie. read more

This is by far the worst jiffy luve I have EVER been to. These guys here did not know what they were doing. It almost felt like they were all new. They had 3 customers only and each took about 45 min to change the oil. It was really bad service, the guys seemed dumbfounded not knowing what to do asking each other questions. To top it off you the manager "Erica" who is outside talking to her friends not attending the customers. I have never seen such a bad performance from jiffy lube. I went here on yesterday for a top off service because the oil service that I purchased on 11/9/13 qualifies me for this service. My oil and wiper fluid was low. They refilled my wiper fluid without a problem, then the manly woman came back and stated that I had to pay $2.99 per quart if I wanted my oil to be topped off and that i had exceeded the top off service. My sticker read 86000k miles and she proceeded to ask me whether I got my car oil changed at every 3k or 5k. Based on the model of the car she should known the answer is 5k. She then told me in her computer system it stated that my oil change was performed at 81k and therefore I would have to pay. She can't even count as the extra oil was included. So corporate will be contacted BC this place needs their employees to be retrained. Would not go back here at all. read more
