I have been going to this station for years. Friday I went to get my truck washed, it took longer than expected. But I still got over to the (in and out in a jiffy), Jiffy Lube on Yosemite Blvd at 4:50 pm, after about 15 seconds they came out and turned me away! Said they just serviced the last vehicle. I said if you are really closed then you should roll down the bay doors. He said they can't do that yet. I went to Speed Dee on Hatch Road in Ceres, arriving at 5:15 pm. They changed my oil, replaced a cabin air filter and did all the checks and I was gone in a jiffy, so my new oil changing station from now on. I don't get the spending of thousand of dollars in advertising to get people to come in and then send them away? I suggest you stay open a little longer and pay a little OT if needed to keep your customers. read more

Employees are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I've gone multiple times and had very negative experiences with staff. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. read more

WILL NOT HONOR COUPONS. The coupon THEY sent me, they wouldn't honor, said it's out of their system when I went the same day I was sent it. The purpose of my visit was because that coupon made it cheaper to go full synthetic there for oil change and instead ended up paying more and they didn't tell me until it was already all done. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for 20 years now. I must say they are the best service price and quality to offer . The management and staff are very professional. Have a sense of urgency to help . I like about their service they're kind and willing to go above and beyond. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. These guys drained my transmission fluid not my engine oil, broke my radiator return lines. I had to tow my car to the dealer immediately after. When I confronted them they said all they can do is give me 25% off. I've hired an attorney, dealership that ended fixing these idiots mistakes which cost $6800 they also stated that it's undeniable and will be happy to appear in court if needed. Stayed quiet about this until my lawyer said I could speak about it. DONT TAKE TOUR CAR HERE. read more

If I could do zero stars I would. This used to be my go to oil change shop. The first time they messed up my car they didn't put my skid plate back on correctly. I was driving and literal sparks were flying from under my car. I tried them once again, they did the same exact thing but this time skid plate fell off 2 blocks away from establishment, went back with my skid plate completely destroyed, and workers were aware of this issue and allowed me to leave with my skid plate basically falling off, and didn't verbally tell me my car was messed up. Will NEVER return to this establishment, workers were so incompetent and offered absolutely help. Didn't accommodate for THEIR mistake. Don't trust this establishment, I tried them twice and will never recommend. read more

All of them had a smile on their face & they were very polite. They looked like they loved there job. And that is a must when it comes to great customer service. The oil change includes to check fluids, vacuum and check tire pressure I asked for a synthetic blend for $69 and when i was going to pay they were charging me a full conventional for $89, they didn't vacuum and they put the wrong milage for the next oil change Last times was a good service, friendly customer service and no complaints, but for sure not coming back to this specific location Looks like they only check mark but they don't do what is in the service list read more

Jiffy lube has been my go-to lately when my car has little things that need fixing such as fluids, oil, filters, etc.. they are always fast, friendly, and they have multiple people working on your car at once which speeds up the process. Once complete, I love the fact that they give you a checklist of all the specs they checked out and what other services they provided to your car at no cost. They are reasonably priced compared to other places I have been. If you need something done quick, go here! read more

Took my BMW X5 here for an oil change so I wouldn't have to take it out to the dealer. They were reasonable quick as you would expect from a Jiffy place. They explained that because this was a German vehicle, it was going to cost more. A couple of months later I started to notice an oil leak so I took it to Valley BMW. They confirmed that the wrong oil filter was used which caused an oil leak to saturate the drive belt which was now ruined. So $490 to fix that along with another oil/filter service. McHenry location called this location to tell them not to top off my vehicle. This is my review for other Modesto location, which damaged my vehicle and refused service. Even refusing top offs. Horrible service, would not fix their unprofessional work, and damaged my vehicle. Was short on time and decided to get my oil changed in between Christmas shopping for the holidays(12/13/18). I usually do my own oil change for all my vehicles as I have worked for several Lube shops myself. I noticed oil spots outside of my home, and my oil level was down after less than a week. I called in they said to bring it in when I get the chance. I got under my vehicle and noticed my original drain plug was missing and was replaced by a new one(wrong size) then was smeared in what looked to be a sealant. I brought my vehicle in and immediately was told that they don't do that kind of work there and accused me of tampering with the drain plug myself. Manager was rude, who then called the store owner and told me whoever changed the oil before them damaged it (a typical response to pass the blame) when I told the owner I change my own oil on all of my personal vehicles. He pointed the finger at me and said I must've damaged it. Then went on to insult my intelligence asking if I know how to change oil, why would I come to Jiffy Lube. I am a single father of 2 (my kids were actually sitting in the car) so taking time to change oil is a bit difficult while feeding, changing diapers, and playing with an 11 month old. I then told them I just want it fixed, it is not very difficult job (since I've actually done these types of fixes myself working for Lube shops) store owner then told me no and they will not do anything to my vehicle, not even top off the oil which is part of then service I paid for. The owner then goes out of his way to call other Modesto Jiffy Lube locations ordering to not top off my oil as well. I asked my my money back since they are refusing service and was told to get off the lot and when calling in was hung up as well. I don't understand what I had to gain for tampering with my own vehicle?? There is no logical reason for me to put sealant over someone else's work. They were obviously covering up, whether or not the owner approved of this horrible work, he was in no way shape or form going to help me from his employees damage to my vehicle. Will never in my life give them any more business as a customer. read more

First let me say, If I could review without giving even one star I would. Today was my second oil change at this location in the past few months. Going in I felt good. The last visit went well. I had asked if they'd allow me to use my yelp discount from sacramento while I was in town & they were more than happy to oblige. I asked for the same synthetic service I had previously because I drive a lot & they advised me that the synthetic blend was better for my needs. I accepted the recommendation. Got the discount & was happy. Today was much different. Today they asked if I wanted the same blend 5w-30 & I said yes. Then they changed up again & recommended the high milage service for $49.00 (same price) I said "ok and also I have a coupon for 15% off" the guy said that was fine... mind you, during my wait I'm reading the signs on the wall that say "ALWAYS USE THE RECOMMENDED OIL" because using anything else lowers your gas milage. They finish & tell me they filled it up with 10w-30 and when I question them they tell me it's because I have an oil leak - thicker/heavier oil (not what I asked for). Then I go to pay & they don't want to honor the yelp discount "we only take printed coupons, not Internet or mobile" I had to argue with them and point out that they DID honor it last time. Finally after acting like I put them out they honored it. My total before the discount came out to $62.99 which I didn't realize till I got home. I called & they looked it up and said they up charged me twice by mistake & that they owed me $13 and I could come by anytime. How inconvenient since I paid by credit card & they could have just done a credit. Ok. So then I go back and park but before I can get out, the manager comes out and OPENS my car door, hands me $13 and exchanges the windshield sticker to the oil change they actually gave me * the original said it was a synthetic blend 5w-30. There was never an apology or a thank you for understanding. Nothing. This is the worst customer service I've ever received at jiffy lube and I will not ever go back to this location nor would I recommend it read more

Notice that my car was leaking oil three days after I brought it here. Took it to my regular jiffy lube in Manteca where let me know I had a temporary drain plug. Modesto put in a temporary plug and never told me. Watch out and consider taking your car somewhere else. read more
