Had a snafu with the new front desk guy Kenneth B. (courteous & warm-hearted) who listed on my invoice my oil was full but recommend upgrad oil change which I choose. After looking at my invoice, I noticed a discrepancy called and spoke to the assistant manager who was absolutely fabulous! Erick H. Listened with an understanding, empathetic and, sincere ear while asking pertinent questions to get to the root of the problem while initiating compensation which I didn't take. Erick H. (also the mechanic who serviced my car) is kind, genuinely caring and honest. Rare qualities these days and in his field. He put my needs 1st while treating me like family. Katy and Dawson were amazing. I had my regular oil change service and they were fast and friendly. When I got home I realized my tail lights were both out. I called the store and even though they were already closed they had me bring my car back and stayed late to fix both of my lights at no extra charge. read more

These guys are hard to trust with the high pressure added services. I took my truck in here to get an oil Change and they said they put 8 quarts of oil in my Chevy truck with v-8 engine costing me $140.00! For an oil change!? So I either have too much oil in my engine which is going to ruin it or I got overcharged for my oil change which has ruined my experience and trust in Jiffy Lube. There are many options to get your oil changed I would recommend trying another one. read more

Would not recommend. Before they started working on my car, they came out and scared me by saying my car hadn't had an oil change in 50k miles and I needed to take it back where I bought it. Startled, I asked why? Finally I figured out that one of the tech's had transposed my mileage numbers so that was fun. Then, when they finally went to work on my car they killed the battery and couldn't get it started. The woman said that my dashboard "freaked out and lit up all crazy". I called my husband (who is a rocket engineer) who is now on his way to talk to them and figure out what they did to my car. read more

Wonderful service and friendly staff! They were very knowledgeable and kid friendly. Would come her again! Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because its a bit pricey. But overall experience was very pleasant. I brought my 2 yr old in and the guys were very sweet and patient. It didn't bother them when she ran around and put stickers everywhere. They hung up a picture she drew so she could see her artwork next time she comes in. Keep up the good work boys! read more

She apologized that the other person who was also supposed to be there had not arrived yet. She change my oil and got me down the road all by her self. She was very polite and professional. Got my Oil changed here for 3-4 years now, and more years with Jiffy lube in Everett. However this last time in there Technician put a hole in my car seat, with screwdriver Opps Mistake! Toyota Leather seats seam to be expensive. This was done 9-12-2019 still waiting for resolution its now 10-2-2019. Given them 3 Estimates all about the same money Toyota also. The manager seems to be kind and stepped up and says they will make it right. Went up talked to them again today, feel like I'm getting the brush off. I want my car fixed. Is this too much to ask? I would give zero stars or negative if possible. I showed up about 15 minutes to 7. There was one car that one guy was working on. The other guy was closing all the doors and looked directly at me as he closed doors. Not once did he come and tell me that they weren't able to help me or that maybe they were closing. He just kept walking by my car and looking at me as he threw stuff away. He eventually started helping the other guy and looking at me as if he expected me to leave. I tried to ask if they were closing and no longer taking people and every time I went to talk the kid with glasses immediately looked away. Complete unprofessional. As soon as I shifted my car to drive away the kid with glasses looked at me and stopped working on the car. Do not recommend at all!! read more

So I usually go to express lube in MV, but I decided to try Jiffy Lube in Maplevalley and give them a try. They gave me an estimated time of 5 to 10 minutes, I thought that was incredibly quick and so I said you don't have to hurry no need. I was the only car there. The other employees were sitting around. The person who helped me, I believe his name was James, was very informative and helpful. This is the only reason I am giving them two stars. I went back and picked up my car, and I said wow that was so quick I can't believe you got it done in under 10 minutes. He said it only took us eight minutes. I specifically said and that included vacuuming my car? Before I got out of the car I moved the passenger side mat upfront so that he could have easier access to vacuuming my car. I gave the young man a couple of dollars tip before looking in my car. His boss actually looked at him when I asked him about the vacuuming and said well and the employee looked right at his boss and shook head yes that he had vacuumed the front of the car. And I got in the car and noticed that the mat had been put back in its place, and drove across the street to the grocery store . I noticed that my side didn't look like it had been vacuumed at all so when I stopped I moved the mat on the passenger side and saw that it had not been vacuumed at all. My side also had not been vacuumed. It looks like he may have vacuumed the Seat of the car, but had not bothered to vacuum the floor. I'm very disappointed that and employee would lie to his boss over something as simple as vacuuming. The manager had showed me the computer screen before I left and it was checked off that the car had been vacuumed. Customer service and loyalty is extremely important to me. Unfortunately this was my first time trying Jiffy Lube in many years. And I do not plan on going back. That employee had the opportunity to say no I forgot to vacuum it or I didn't really vacuum it when asked. Like I said he was just sitting there with nothing to do when I came back and no one else there getting an oil change. I just read that I on the invoice that my exterior windows were washed. I just got black on my finger. He apparently was not honest about that either. I'm not a picky person. I just want to receive what they said I received and was supposed to get. I have never had to wait for my car to be serviced at this location, and their staff is always friendly and upbeat and very helping. I stopped in just 20 minutes before they were closing, so I half expected to be asked to come back. Kara greeted me and said they would be happy to service my truck. She checked me in and said she would be right back. She returned about 10 minutes later and said the oil change was almost done. By the time she explained the service, suggested some items I could buy to help my engine, and I paid the bill, I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. NEVER AGAIN- I got my "oil change" on Monday evening and it is Saturday night-now I am waiting for a tow truck at 11pm. Heard something clunk and bang around in my engine on the freeway then the oil light came on...had to pull off the freeway...Low and behold there is no oil filter and there is no oil in my car at all. I am lucky my engine didn't blow up on the freeway while we were driving. There better be immediate and swift acknowledgement of fault and all damage to my car better be taken care of at Jiffy Lube expense. NEVER AGAIN.----THIS IS TERRIBLE. They wanted to charge me $97.99 to change two quarts of manual transmission fluid (which I brought with me). Surely Shirley doesn't know how to get repeat business, or any business at all for that matter... So no, I won't give them a chance to change the oil in either of our vehicles. Along with an oil change, I had my tires rotated here then noticed the tire pressure monitoring light came on. Apparently the computer needed to be reset so it could " learn" the locations of the newly rotated wheels with TPMS. I went back to Jiffy Lube to see if they would finish their job and fix it. They said they did not have the tools to do the job.When I asked for my money back for a job left half done they said no. When I asked for a supervisor to voice my complaint Jen said I should look online to see what I could find. I stopped payment on the $22 plus tax charge, and will not go back there. I had to pay the tire store $25 just to reset the computer. read more

There is another auto repair place in MV that was advertising an oil change for $24.95 but I didn't want to switch to a new place, but price was a pain point since I'm looking for a new job. But Jarrod at Jiffy Lube matched the price and had me and out in about 20 minutes. They did a great job---except when he told me the technicians vacuumed the car, but it was obvious they didn't. A family member went in for an oil change on a Ford, and they neglected to reattach the skid plate beneath the car. She took it in a second time for an oil change, and once again they neglected to reattach the skid plate. After two negative experiences here, she took the car to another shop for the third oil change. A technician took a picture of what had been written onto the skid plate in oil: "Fuck skidplates." I've taken two vehicles here, and will not return. The work is shotty at best, and they don't deliver on all of the services they say are included in the charge. For example, vacuuming the vehicle. Recently I discovered only a couple months after paying for an expensive service with the highest quality oil that my engine was under filled. My very reliable mechanic confirmed this, and I have no problems with the engine on my two year old car but I very easily could have. I will never be back and I would warn anyone against this particular location. The one in Covington is much better and only a shorter distance away. read more

When I question them about it they told me they didn't know anything about it. Called the cops...the questions as well not much they could do. I went to the Jiffy Lube in Maple Valley, WA for an oil change when I was about to embark on a 3000 mile road trip. I explained this to them and asked them to make sure everything was okay. The attendant assured me he would handle that personally. Imagine the frustration I experienced when the oil indicator light came on, of course it had to happen out in the middle of no where after crossing into California. Long story short, after a several hour delay I found out they had removed but failed to replace the O-ring on the oil filter canister and all of my oil leaked out. The whole undercarriage of the car was coated in very expensive synthetic oil. Jiffy lube is not very serious about there customer service. They refunded my money of course, promised me a free oil change and a refund for the oil change and work I needed when I got it repaired in Yreka California. I went in yesterday for my free oil change and they informed me they would only give me 50% off and I have yet to see a refund. Now I understand things happen but as a business it's how you handle the mishaps that makes or breaks your customer's experience with you. These folks do their job properly and fast, which is very nice. Changing oil and lubing a vehicle is not too hard, so not causing any problems is my criteria for success. Beyond that, they are friendly and thorough. I do not really like that Jiffy Lube corporate has decided to do the same thing as many other businesses and cut the services we receive while charging the same price. Now if you want the vehicle vacuumed you have to pay a fair amount for it. That is not the fault of the local business though. I would also rather that they not try to upsell me with wiper blades, etc. all the time, but I'm sure that corporate or their local manager insist they do that. If they stopped the upselling, they'd get five stars. read more

One star is an overstatement. I will start with the customer service: I have been going here for a few years and customer service and speedy oil changes were the norm. I was greeted by Dylan which was very nice and professional, his co-workers for some reason were very unprofessional and giving him hell when he was in the shop or asking questions. Had my oil changed in my wife's car on 8/28/16 and drove home, saw an oil light illuminate for just a minute but it went out. The next morning my wife drove to work and told me oil light was on, I took the car down to Jiffy Lube that night and they drained several quarts of oil from the car as it was severely overfilled (which can cause engine damage) and I drove off. On the way home my check engine and oil light came back on, I took car back and the location manager (cant remember his name) pulled the code which said cam position sensor was bad. He told me take it and have it fixed and if it was their fault they would cover it. I didn't want to potentially waste money on something that I could fix if it wasn't something they would pay for. Ordered and replaced cam sensors and it was good for a day. Then lights came back on, took it back to Covington Jiffy Lube since I didn't trust or appreciate the arrogance of the location manager in MV. They said they have been having a bunch of issues with the MV location and that they are all brand new. I told them of the lack of professionalism with the location and they couldn't believe it and wanted to help. They called the district manager and he said don't touch a thing and take it to the dealership. I took it in and had to carpool my wife and 2 kids around for a few days while it was being fixed, yesterday I took the receipts for all the parts, mileage and labor from the dealership in to get my money back. Location manager stated "I'm not trying to be an ass but I told you to take it into someone". Well actually that is being just that, all I am trying to recoup is $537 because of your botched oil change. He said policy is that they send it to corporate warranty division and they will give me an answer in 10-14days. Didn't he tell me just bring in everything and we will take care of you? So now I am out of pocket and they wont do anything about it, and I am sure they will be scrutinizing every line that I am requesting. I didn't request any lost time and salary from my job, etc so I feel I was being very reasonable. Only part I regret is I lost my cool at the end of the conversation, wish I wouldn't have but that location manager was deserving the way he was treating me in front of other customers and staff. I will never go back and hope that I get what I deserve soon. Steer clear of this place, literally. Hope I caught everything I needed to because I am not going to re-read any of this because I have wasted too much time with this place already, just don't want the same to happen to others. read more

I have been using this Jiffy Lube for many years and always get great service! The crew is knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I was told my service would take 25 minutes or so, but it was only about 20 minutes, including service review and payment. I asked the crew if they happen to have and install 16" wiper blades for my back window. They don't carry those type of wiper blades but one of the crew said that he could make one out of an 18" wiper. So he did! The Manager said that I could have it for free and it was on my car in 3 minutes. Thank you very much for your consistency regarding service and product and training. Awesome job! read more
