Really great group of guys working in the shop here. As someone who drives 50k+ miles per year I have tried out my fair share of dealerships, big box stores, and mom and pop spots for oil changes. These guys take the cake in the Madison area. Fast, friendly, no BS, just get you back on the road ASAP. No upsell on unnecessary filters, wipers, etc. I can tell these guys enjoy and take their job seriously - checking fluid levels and proper tire inflation as the standard should be. Also, I drive a company car and they have never had any issues billing through the lease management company. read more

First very disappointing experience- I have been using this location for routine oil changes for years, but my most recent visit was a complete letdown. They did provide good "socially distanced" service, & during my conversation with one of the employees I checked that they were indeed still topping off windshield washer fluid & checking tire pressure while changing the oil. While she confirmed these things had happened, upon leaving I noticed that my tire pressure gauge was still lit. I was assured by the very kind manager that it can take time for the sensor to register new pressure & that the young man had in fact checked my tire pressure. After a few hours of running errands, my pressure sensor was still lit so when I returned home I checked the pressure myself. The pressure readings on all 4 tires varied, with my front driver's side tire at a dismal 28 PSI when my recommended level is 44 PSI. Unless I somehow lost 16lbs of tire pressure in 3 hours of city driving, I'm guessing the tires were not filled. I also checked the windshield washer fluid to find a completely empty vessel, although I had been reassured both of these procedures had been completed. After paying $70+ for an oil change (in addition to a windshield wiper sold to me), I really expected more from this location. While I appreciate the professionalism of the manager, I find it disappointing that the minimum services included in an oil change were not being completed. It is even more frustrating to have watched an employee literally verbally ask the guy performing my oil change if he had checked fluids & tires, and to see him nod yes, when that clearly had not happened. Here's hoping that they actually put oil in my car, good luck to whoever ends up with this kid changing their oil. read more

Worst oil change experience I've had. Took an hour and a half to complete service. I was directed to a specific bay and sat behind a vehicle that was there when I arrived. I then proceeded to watch 2 cars that arrived after me get serviced before I was instructed to drive into the bay. All the while, I had voiced that I was there first. I was still charged full price. Lastly, as I was sitting in my car, a discussion broke out that a car serviced earlier had stalled out and was being towed back to the shop. This is an additional comment for the " Beware Jiffy Lube off Old Sauk Road". After the plate under my car was reattached after falling to the pavement after my oil change-- it fell AGAIN while I was driving the next day. Since this was a simple oil change, I am going to assume that Jiffy Lube at this location cannot perform a competent oil change. And since this happened during Labor Day weekend, I was out of luck getting help from Jiffy Lube. I will be in touch with the manager to get a refund and report it to Jiffy Lube Customer Service, if necessary. I'll be back on Yelp to report if I got a refund. read more

Stopped here to get a routine oil change. Dee and his coworkers helped me out today. Showed them coupon off the website at jiffylube.com and saved $13 on a conventional oil change. They topped off coolant radiator fluid for an extra $5.35, which is fine, because last time I bought coolant it was $12. They were efficient, polite, and helpful. I was out in jiffy. I don't think this location is actually open. Went there during their normal business hours on a Sunday, online says they are open till 4 PM. There was no sign of anyone at the Jiffy Lube, waited outside for a while. Excellent customer service! Staff kept me informed of their progress as they worked on my vehicle and updated me with time estimates of how long things would take. They explained things well and gave honest advise. They did not try to up-sell me while explaining my options and answered all my questions. They needed to order a special part for me and actually drove to go pick up the part down the road to minimize my wait time. They double checked everything before I left to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location. read more

This was hands down the worst customer service I have received ever. I sat in my car for 20 min before someone even came and said anything to me. They then had me drive my own car into the garage which they've never done before and I felt really uncomfortable doing. They did not say one word to me until asking me to pay. Pretty disappointed in service worker at the Jiffy Lube on Junction Road that changed my oil. Had been at church this morning in Belleville and then stopped at Jiffy Lube on Junction Road before coming home for an overdue oil change. When I left church, I had some rhinestone hoop earrings on and the back of one of them got caught in my winter scarf I had wrapped around my neck. The back fell off so I took both hoops off and put them on the rubber casing around the shift stick of my car. They were there when I gave the vehicle to the technician to drive in the service bay. They weren't there when I left the establishment. You need earrings that badly for your girlfriend or wife? Pretty sad. Thankfully, they were not expensive. Watch your posessions folks. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! Jiffy Lube ruined my engine!!!!! Employees are incompetent and hostile!!!! They performed a routine oil change on my BMW 740i, and now the engine is locked due to the way they replaced the tamper seal in the car. This caused a massive oil leak and caused the serpentine belt to fail, which then got locked inside the engine. The tamper seal was not put in correctly and now my engine is destroyed. The vehicle was towed to a third party and HIGHLY QUALIFIED mechanic, who specializes in European cars, and by simply looking at the damage under the hood. Jiffy Lube has denied my claim and I am left without a car!!!! I returned to Jiffy Lube after the oil change to have them look at the car because there was a strong smell coming from the car immediately after the oil change, and I wasn't sure if this was due to them putting the WRONG OIL in the car or if there was another problem as a result of their employees working on the car. They looked under the hood in the parking lot and told me everything was fine and again that a blend (not full synthetic oil) was fine for the car, WHICH IT IS NOT!!!! The car then was not drivable shortly after, complete ruined!!!!! Upon returning again to get a copy of the receipt, we felt very intimidated and the employees were barely willing to let my sister and I enter the office. All of the lights were off and the business looked closed, then one employee finally answered the door and then reluctantly let us in to ask the manager for the receipt. We felt very threatened by all of the employees in the office who were just sitting around and seemed angry that we came to the door and that the other employee let us in. The manager very rudely asked us what we wanted after a period of time, then finally gave us the receipt. The mechanic is 100% certain the damage to the vehicle was caused by their employees and Jiffy Lube refuses to pay for the damage. I have had to file a lawsuit against them and will update this review when they pay for the repairs. They also damaged my sister's car, which was taken to them within a few days of when I took my car there. They ripped a vacuum hose off, causing her car to not function properly. The same mechanic I had my car towed to was able to repair her car, which turned out to be minor damage, but was also 100% unequivocally caused by their incompetent and negligent employees!!!!! The staff was friendly and quick but the price was outrageous. Oil change and filter for synthetic blend was over $80. It came to $66 after a $15 coupon was applied. Shockingly high prices for a $7 filter and 5 quarts of oil that Walmart sells for $22. I was also offered to purchase a new engine air filter and cabin air filter for $49.99 and $39.99 respectively (parts that retail for $21 and $10). Great service and friendly staff. I never feel haggled or pressured, which is always important to me when dealing with auto shops. The wait time can be a little long however, but I have found them to be very thorough no matter what they are working on. The business offers the works (air in tires, vacuuming, fluid top-off, etc.) so I don't mind hanging in the lobby for an extra few minutes. I will use again for other services. read more

Very friendly, swift service. I needed an oil change and knew my car battery was acting up but said nothing about it. They discovered the problem anyway. Turns out the alternator was bad. I was told what I could expect with a bad alternator, even with a good battery. They left the car running with someone waiting beside it until I got in and could drive it to a shop that takes care of that type of thing. Straightforward and no up sale. Showed up to get oil change. One car in garage and two open bays. Informed it will be over 30 minutes before they can even get my car in.

I will never be going here again. I got my oil changed on a Thursday, and everything seemed great. Until Saturday, when I was traveling out of town and had driven over 140 miles since my oil change, and a warning light came on. After I managed to find a gas station, I found out it was my oil level warning light! How does that happen, two days after I got an oil change? I'll tell you: when I opened my hood, the cap to my oil tank (I'm not sure if that's the right term, sorry) was off, resting on the inside edge of my hood. There was oil everywhere in the engine compartment. I ended up having to buy another quart of oil and adding it to my engine. I called as soon as I was back in town to ask if they would recommend another oil change, or any sort of maintenance. The response I received was terrible. The person I spoke with was extremely skeptical of my claim. He asked if I was sure this had happened! And said he doubted anyone there would "do something like that" because they ALWAYS double check every car. He eventually said I could bring the car in for them to check "if I wanted." The Tuesday following my oil change I brought in my car and spoke to a different worker (I kept track of the names.) He said as long as I topped off the oil, even if it was a different grade than they'd used, and tightened the cap, there shouldn't be any damage or need for extra servicing. I asked if they could check my car, maybe flush out all the oil in the engine compartment, and he very reluctantly admitted they could, but it wasn't necessary, and it would take a bit of time. He dismissed my concerns without seeming to acknowledge them. I am angry because I paid quite a bit of money for an oil change and then ended up having to add more oil myself due to their mistake. I am also angry because my complaint was met with skepticism and doubt, and no one even attempted to apologize for my inconvenience. All in all going here ended up being a costly, ridiculous hassle and I am still worried about possible engine/car damage. I will never give any Jiffy Lube any more of my money, ever again. read more

Just because I am a woman does not mean I don't know my own car. Do NOT argue with me when I tell you that the light that came on was the LOW OIL light and not the OIL TEMPERATURE light as you in your infinite knowledge insisted it was. I know the difference. You were a jerk when I questioned you, and you embarrassed me. You embarrassed yourself. For the record, the oil temperature light in a 2010 Subaru Outback is the AT OIL TEMP indicator and it is BRIGHT RED. The LOW OIL light is the picture of the oil can with the waves under it and it is yellow. For the record, also, once your techs changed the oil, and I let the car idle for a few minutes the light turned off and it's remained off. Also, don't try to sell me an air filter when I just had it replaced in the last oil change; yes, there was debris on it, but that's normal - you just pick it off, but it was far from dirty. I was the second car at this location and was my car put inside right away. After waiting about10 minutes, a manager left his car office and asked how it was going. I replied things were a bit slow here. While I was waiting, 3 of the 4 employees in the bays were standing around with there hands in there pockets. When I finally got to look at the computer with JJ, I was told my car license plate was not coming up on there system and there system was not very good ( my trucks been in Jiffy Lubes approximately 5 times). After picking out my oil I asked about my transmission fluid getting changed, I was told they might not have the fluid and if I wanted the tires rotated, their lift didn't work. After waiting, JJ told me the oil was changed but they didn't have a certain clip to change the transmission fluid ( I'm driving to Florida and hoped to get it done)and they haven't done a full transmission change in over a year. JJ did give me a discount, but I would not recommend this Jiffy Lube. read more
