I stopped in without an appointment around 4:00 on a Tuesday. I wasn't sure if they were opened because the garage doors were down. I almost left, but I pulled back in front and a woman came out and said the doors were down to keep warm. So I pulled back around back. There are two bays; a car was in one, and I pulled into the other open bay, yay! The waiting area is small, and kind of dark. It didn't matter that much to me because I was just scrolling on my phone and I knew my car would be ready shortly. When I was told my car was ready I was happy to learn that no other services were needed. My car is fairly new, but my oil was low. The other Jiffy Lube I went to told me I needed an extra cord of oil as this place did not so that saved me the difference of about $20 and Kayla the cashier that checked me out let me use a coupon for $10 off, so even better. They topped off my wiper fluid and checked my wipers. Now I'm ready for my long winter drive to Michigan. read more

Just went to get a check up they didn't even check the car. They just turned me around; very lazy crew.

Had a very bad experience with them, went there for oil and air filter changed , the oil was changed and the old air filter was remove, and no new one was replace, I was then discharged but when I drove my car it wasn't sounding right, I went back to them before, there discover the old air filter was removed but never replaced after which I have paid for all services , no apology was tendered/ no compensation for my time wasted for coming again second time, read more

From the initial call to the service desk to the drive off the lot, every single person was kind and pleasant and looked like they enjoy where they work! I came in with a budget and they gave me as much as I could get within that price range all while explaining to me which services were necessary for my car. I appreciate the help and optimal service I received from each staff member... and do they hire based on good looks, because everybody has a lovely smile Thank you all! read more

Listen. 15-20 min wait on a Saturday morning around 10am-ish plus nice employees? 5 Star. They were also sweet to my 5 yr old and had coloring books to keep her entertained, but wasn't needed much because of how quick they were. I don't normally do the maintenance as my hub takes care of it but was in need of it bad and it was in route. They had all of the car's info so I didn't even need to do much but confirm the services I wanted based on the history. Anything that is speedy with good customer service, I'm all in. read more

Listen! This is THE BEST and fastest service I've ever had ANY Jiffy Lube location. Alfred J and team are fast, efficient and just really nice! I came on a Saturday around 2pm and was literally in my car before 2:40p. They walked me inside, explained what I needed and service my car. I will definitely be back for my next oil change and maybe other quick work too! read more

Took my car to get an oil change today, without an appointment, and they got me in and out quickly! The team present this morning was amazing, great customer service, friendly! Will definitely return to this location just because of how nice and efficient this team was! read more

They didn't have the correct filter for my car which is crazy. Didn't want to do my coolant flush because they just didn't feel like it so i said ill go elsewhere but ultimately it was just a waste of time & gas driving here. read more

As a Master repair specialist, I'm more than certain the entire service checklist wasn't completed. I requested to see my oil filter after the oil change they were very reluctant to provide me with the item. Example: The service checklist has a line item, check wiper blades, they weren't checked nor was the cabin air filter, etc. I'm dissatisfied with the level of service that was provided. Question: I paid for a full synthetic oil change, and my oil arrived in a Yellow container without a label or was given assurance I was given the correct type of lubricant. I wasn't asked for customer information! NN, isn't my name. Work order: 1791 Invoice number: 11437155 Date: 11/12/23 @ 03:47 PM Services performed by: Dajuan, Devonte, and Derrick. read more

The customer service was absolutely impeccable and they were super fast and efficient with servicing my car. I went there on a whim to get a long overdue oil change and they gladly worked on my car and got me in and out. I also had them rotate my tires, which was also fast and efficient service. The gentleman working there were all pleasant and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend. read more

This is a very straightforward process they're very understandable and their prices are completely fair. I went there just to get an Oil Change and they explained to me the three different options...I chose the basic one lol. But once they got the process started it was really good. They also clean off your windows and check your other fluids as well. I would highly recommend. read more

I just had a genuinely pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast (i would even say jiffy) and efficient. I didnt try the coffee but it was a nice touch read more

I'd like to start off by saying that you can always tell when someone enjoys a job they do, and every time I've visited this jiffy lube, it just reminds me of the professionalism and joy that a right person for the job can provide. I always go to get my oil change and the crew is always so happy and upbeat, Ronald was the member who helped me today and his personality shined amazingly. Very kind and very funny. It feels nice to visit a shop and feel so at ease! Great job team, you guys are incredible! read more

Attentive and courteous mechanics. Answer all my questions in a respectful way. I trust them .

I'm literally right here, like right now and when i pulled up the workers were actually getting high. Like cloud of weed smoke still in the damn air. have nothing against marijuana consumption but damn. They all started scattering Like i was the police, but nobody greeted me or even asked me what service i wanted until several minutes later. This location has no pride for the Jiffy Lube brand and zero customer service. I needed a light and an oil change, but I'm like damn that. Let me get the light replaced. These folk ain't getting under my hood. You'd think i rolled up at someone's house without an invitation. Never the fuck again. Ever. read more

Where are my hubcaps??? STAY AWAY!!! I took my work vehicle here for an oil change and Tire Rotation. When I got home I only had ONE hubcap on my vehicle. Also, they do not follow the manufacturers directions for the tire rotation pattern. read more

Had a great experience here! Came on a random Sunday afternoon around 2:45pm or so and was out by 3:05pm. They assisted me immediately as soon I walked in the door with an oil change. They mechanic even drove my car to the back for me. The guy at the front desk thoroughly explained everything to me in terms of what my car needed and services they were going to perform. He also gave me a discount! They were all so polite and helpful. Didn't have to wait long at all. Will definitely come back for an oil change! read more

This location always had great customer service whenever my husband and I need our oil change. And their always speedy with the service too great job read more

Fast and efficient. Clear communication on what they planned to do. They worked as a team and were friendly.

Given the circumstances an oil change is the last thing I wanted to venture out for. There was no wait and I was given clear instructions on the new procedure which would allow me to remain inside of my vehicle during the service. It took less than 15 minutes. The team members were quick and efficient. read more

I normally take my car to a location where I can make an appointment (but not to a dealership) because I hate waiting and wasting time. I tried to make an appointment with another location (C&D Auto Service Center http://www.yelp.com/biz/c-and-d-auto-service-center-college-park-2) that had great reviews on yelp, but they wouldn't take an appointment for an oil change and said they'd get me in if they could. I don't have time to deal with that so I decided to look for a fast oil change location though since its so fast, it doesn't allow as much oil to drain (Not sure about cars, but when I changed the oil in my motorcycle I could get a decent amount more out by letting it sit for awhile). Anyhow, this place had decent reviews so I decided to try them. I first pulled into the wrong side and was going to park and walk in not really knowing what I was doing. One of the workers came out before I even turned my car off and very nicely told me I could just pull around to the back. When I pulled up, there was one car in the bay and another one sitting in front of me (they had 2 bays open). I was then immediately greeted by another work. He was very friendly and asked what kind of service I needed. I said I just needed an oil change so he had me pop the hood and said they'd be with me in a bit. Once the car in front of me pulled into the bag, one of the guys came out and did an inspection under my hood. I got out to ask a couple questions and he very happily answered me and showed me some cracks in my belt. Once my car was ready to be worked on, they pulled it in, and I went inside. They gave me a sheet of some things based on mileage or what they saw that should be done. There was no pressure to get any of them done, and this is always what I worry about in places. In short, everyone there was very nice and I was out of there in 45 minutes even with the cars in front of me. I will definitely return the next time I need my oil changed. read more

$39.99 for an oil change plus vacuum your car and top off your fluids is what they said. Ok i got the oil change and car vacuumed but when i got home the next day saw that my windshield wiper fluid was emptier than a drunky's drinking glass. The staff in there were cool but i need done what i paid for not being cool read more

Definitely a 5 star place! Fast, efficient, friendly and they recognize you and make you feel like family. Thumbs up and keep it to the top.

This is the best and only place I take my car for service. Staff is polite attentive and helpful. Car is cleaned and recommendations are always helpful read more

So I arrive and I'm waiting for 10 minutes to get attended. With only 1 car in the bay. Then when I finally get service, I clearly tell the guy to make sure all the tires get the correct amount of air. Since 2 of them looked low at plain eye sight. They get me out the way fast. Then after I go to my van I notice that all 4 tires look lower then when I pulled up. I look inside my cab and they did not vacuum inside. They didn't clean my windows at all. I guess they pick and choose what cars to do full service. Mines wasn't good enough for service I guess. AND I was also low on oil! I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't change my oil. The9 guy in the cashier told my I needed new wiper blades. I asked him why if I got them replaced there the last time. This place is terrible I will never take any of my 3 vehicles to a jiffy lube again!! read more

They were nice but I didn't get the FULL SERVICE I paid for... No tire check, no window blades check and no vacuum!! I hope the oil was changed... read more

I avoid this place at all costs. I went here twice out of convenience, however, each time I left disappointed. The first time i went, they did not tighten the seal after my oil change, and caused a leak which I noticed the next morning when i saw the stains on my garage floor. The next visit, they emptied out my glove box onto the passenger seat, in order to get to the air filter (which i did not replace), and left the contents there for me to put back into place, in addition, once i closed the glove box, i noticed, a nice oily hand print on the compartment door. I have since found, The Lube Center, and they have been great, it's disappointing that i have to drive a ways for the service, but it beats having to go here, by far. read more

What you expect from a place that chances oil? I want to go and say this is the Hoodest jiffy lube I've ever been to. The amount of profanity use here made me uncomfortable and I curse a lot. read more

This is the most courteous customer oriented service place I've ever been to. I have been here several times and found that they are thorough and efficient. They folks here we so friendly... extremely convenient. The coffee was fresh and my wait was barely 20mins. I like that nothing was forced on me. Antonio even checked the thread of my tires :) I didn't know when you're fluids are topped that doesn't include coolant. It's an extra 6-10 bucks depending on where you go. I opted for it and loved the fact the tech came and told me I didn't need it. He could easily not touched it and got the added value of my sale. That kind of honesty isn't always easy to come by at some business', when it's time for my next oil change a trip back will be worth it. Very satisfied ... and I live for the vacuuming of the car read more

Definitely coming back here. Some of the friendliest service I received at a Jiffy Lube, and Jiffy Lube normally gives good service. They weren't pushing to sell me anything I didn't need and again very friendly staff. I think they even cleaned my car a little bit, which I wasn't expecting. Thanks! read more

After getting service 2 weeks ago my car was sounding right; long and behold I looked under the hood and I notice my antifreeze coolant was down to a 1/8 of and inch; Jiffy lube claimed they tapped off all fluids??? THIS IS NOT TRUE, you better check your car b4 hitting the road NO MORE JUFFY LUBE. read more

This place gave me an "oil change" on October 7,2018 with another being needed at 63k miles. My truck stopped on the highway and upon being checked the pin was dry!!! No oil AT ALL!! Do not go to this location!! read more

STAY AWAY! I Repeat Stay away from this Gangster JiffyLube if you can. I refused to change my already decent air vents and they sabotaged my car. SMH. Such spite from Hoodlums. Guys, Everytime I come here, I receive an immediate upsale on everything from oil changes to changing my Air Vents (which I nicely decline). The last time However, before coming here, my middle air vents were blowing just fine. After declining to change them, I finished my service and noticed something wrong. They was no longer any air circulating and coming from the middle! They had deliberately misplaced my middle air vents I guess while putting them back in therefore sabotaging my vehicle's air condition. I guess this was suppose to be a "Listen to what we tell you or Else...." or some ploy for me to come back for quicker business. NOPE!! I will not be returning. I'm going to a different Jiffylube locally. NOO More from these THUGS!! STAY AWAY!! read more

After horrible experiences at Merchants having an oil change I decided to go to Jiffy Lube. The assistant manager Antione was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and jiffy! Without asking he removed my cabin filter, something I had asked other service centers to do but they always refused saying it was too difficult and took too much time. I am grateful because it needed to be changed badly. I was in and out of there in about a half hour with clean windows and carpet too. All in all I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this place. read more
