Quick, not too expensive, and I got wiper replacement blades in the same place, too. That's A-OK with me. The local VW dealer charges the same price, basically, but, the waiting time is much longer, so here I am. I will note one way that they went above and beyond - my skid plate underneath the car was missing a bolt (which I knew, and was going to have replaced by a mechanic), and these guys noticed it, and replaced it at no charge. You have to like that.... I've used them for years, all over the country, and will use them again. read more

I'm always so impressed with this place. In and out in 10 minutes. The employees are kind and knowledgeable. And Timothy is an excellent leader of this location. His professionalism and communicative leadership style is hard to find these days! read more

Always quick and easy! The staff is super friendly and they let me know my coolant was low when I came in for oil change.

The crew offered efficient and friendly service. Value seemed good. They had me in and out under 30 minutes even with a long line.

Excellent job. Michael did a great job at customer service. The whole team was great.

Service and communication was friendly and efficient. The team was able to take the car on a holiday and keep it for us until we could pick it up. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WORKED ON HERE I recently got my oil changed here, one of the technicians cross threaded and cracked my oil filter housing. My car may now leak oil and could blow up the engine. I went back the manager and he said he has no record of me being there despite having the Jiffy Lube sticker from my previous visit still on my windshield. He wouldn't make an insurance claim because "corporate man" he continued to just say "corporate man" when I told him they need to file a claim. Now I have to go spend hundreds of dollars at a dealership to fix the housing and also the bottom of the motor where it screws in. DO NOT GO HERE read more

This is the only place I take my Subaru and my dodge. I trust this shop over all the other ones in town. They take good care of their customers, have a military discount and great prices. If you need to get your vehicle serviced, start here and they will always give it to you straight. Some places I've been to try to up sale things is never need and as a female having a place I trust is priceless to me. read more

This team did an awesome job with CV protection. Never even had to get out of the car an that was the 2nd star. My disappointment was a bill for $110 for a full synthetic oil change for a 350 es after a $15 coupon. I think that is $25-30 high. 2ndly they pumped it out the top vs draining the oil pan (and getting it all) i will go back after 10 years of jiffylube and do it my self for under $45 read more

Was in a rush and Jared was quick and efficient. will definitely be going back for my next oil change. 10/10.

They're the best!!!!! Kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Come here! ***************** so great read more

Been coming here for a little bit and I always have good service and the guys are always very helpful. John is the coolest!!

This Jiffy Lube was very helpful to me. I came needing an oil change and they were very attentive. I ended up needed a few more things done to my vehicle then I expected, but the were pretty reasonable. They offered me coupons on most things which was nice. I did feel like they were trying to push me to get everything done at once, but after expressing that I only had a certain amount of time they seemed to prioritize what my vehicle needed immediately and what I could postpone. Overall, I would recommend their service to anyone. read more

This location has really stepped up their game. Give them a shot! In and out super quick.

I was out of town on business and my company car needed its first oil change. I stopped by as it was the closest location. Quick service, professional staff, and no drama from it being a fleet account. I actually didn't have to present my fleet card or sign anything. Kudos to the guys at this location. read more

This location is the best. James and Jared work very well together, They are actually the best Jiffy lube crew I've ever seen, they're very efficient and safe and both were very professional and courteous. This will be my new location for my auto service needs. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUB PAR WORK UNSATISFACTORY Continuing to have problems after an oil change. Leaking oil caused by 1) not cleaning a tray under the filter 2) cracking an oil cap after the second time and now a third leak... all in less than a week. Back at the shop again waiting to see what the problem is this time. Oil spots in my driveway, no offer of resolution, poor customer service, not even an apology for their errors, no response from the owner TEAM CAR CARE EAST LLC, after a complaint case filed five days ago with corporate. THE WORST. read more

Got a much needed oil change. The guys were quick and efficient and friendly. I was in and out in 10 or 15 minutes. They changed my oil, topped my fluids, added coolant, put air in my tires and vacuumed the floors. Thanks Jiffy Lube! read more

Update: the district manager reached out to us yesterday and talked about doing some additional training with the employee in question. I appreciate his rapid response and assurance that this won't happen again. We have been using this location and the one on Atlantic Blvd for years for oil changes and have always been treated well, long wait times notwithstanding. Today however, my wife went by herself and I am appalled at the sheistyness of the manager. Tried to charge her $165 to change a $15 air filter. They also told her she needed to rotate her tires. They're different sizes front/back and unidirectional meaning they can't be rotated. One more thing, please tell him to stop constantly touching everyone's cars all over the place! It's weird! read more

Had signature oil change today. My Ford Explorer with 39000 miles on it stalled 100 yards down the street afterwards. I walked back to Jiffy Lube and the manager didn't want to talk to me in front of the customers in the lobby. He knew there was a house problem he didn't want the other customers to hear. Car check engine light came on. Low engine pressure warning. He drove his car back with me to my vehicle with a code meter and said the oxygen sensors went bad. Now I'm faced with towing the like new Ford Explorer to the dealership for major repairs. When it was running perfect beforehand. No this is not some coincidence. Paying for chemical analysis of the oil added into my vehicle and evidence of tamporing to the States Attorneys Office. read more

Your experience will vary day to day. I have my oil changed here regularly and have had outstanding experiences and sub par experiences, but the oil change itself is never less than satisfactory. They sometimes forget to reset the oil light on the car. They do NOT have WiFi which knocks off a star. They are close to a shopping center with Chipotle and Panera so it's nice to be able to leave the car and grab lunch. However, depending on who is working they sometimes make you wait a long time before talking through your desired services so you are stuck in the waiting room (again with no WiFi). At the end of the day it's a Jiffy Lube like most you've been to. I wouldn't have them do anything to my car beyond changing the oil, air filter, and/or windshield washer fluid. read more

I also come to this location and the staff is always extremely helpful!! Additional, they are always very quick and very polite!

The staff worked very quickly and took the time to answer any questions I had. They even do a 3000 mile top off of your fluids and gave me a discount on my oil change. I would come back to this location. read more

Always helpful, they don't up sell you on products that aren't necessary . They actually told me my air filter was good and that I didn't need to have it changed. I found that other oil change places always try to get you on that. Ask for James , he'll take care of you. read more

Quick, efficient, professional. Great, clean, jiffy lube that serviced my vehicle. Will go back for service.

Great service! The manager James was really helpful and made the process quick and easy.

I've made my last visit here. The customer service is courteous--no issues there. I was offered a $10 discount on the standard ploy to sell me an over-priced air filter (with labor included--wow, what a deal--all 2 minutes it takes!!!) when I said I'd rather do it myself. I asked what the discount would be for those with a military ID (big banner out front), and was told it's $5. I don't have a sense of entitlement because I have a military ID. However, I take exception when a business advertises a discount for veterans that is less than a technician can arbitrarily knock off a $49.00 air filter. I do have a larger oil capacity on my SUV, but $78 after a $5 discount is entirely too much for an oil change. Adios, Jiffy Lube. It's been remarkably mediocre! read more

I came in and the staff was very friendly and attentive! The oil change was very quick and took less than 15 min! I will definitely be coming back next time! Thank you! -Hannah read more

This was the most expensive oil change I have ever had. I know that driving a luxury car is in it of it self expensive for routine maintenance. But this oil change at $89.99 came as the most expensive. I knew that going in there with a $100.00 gift card that they were going to take all of it. What I did not know was that even with the gift card and a $15.00 online coupon I still had to pay them an extra $23.00 and change. Yes I got (I hope) 5 quarts top of the line synthetic oil. Yes I got two windshield wiper (not top of the line). They were quick, they vacuumed my car, clean the windshield and top off my fluids. I was still shocked at the price. I don't think I'll be returning to them . Thank you for your offer but did you not read my review? even with coupons you all are very expensive read more

I rarely review, if ever, but I found the need to warn people how overpriced and rather shady the Jacksonville beach location is. Bring a coupon if u want a normal expensive oil change and be prepared for disposal fees ect the tire kingdom off 3rd street has always had the best prices and service, def check them out first read more

Messed up my oil change and were nice enough to "fix" it free of charge but messed that one up too. Can't even get a basic oil change right. Not impressed. read more

Friendly and knowledgable staff, and amazingly quick service (zero wait time each time I've been there). I've changed my oil here a few times and always had a positive experience working with James, Mitch, and the other team members. Since it's a chain I don't feel like they are trying to up-charge me anything, and their prices seem fair especially after you consider the hassle of properly disposing of your oil. If you need a place that is consistent, easy, and stands behind the quality of their work look no further. On one occasion I had a small issue, the team fixed it no questions asked and I was in and out. After changing my oil personally for many years now I'm happy to leave it up to the pros to do a proper job. A+++ read more

Horrible experience. Very expensive oil change just to be lied to in the end. Didn't check other fluids, tires etc then lied when I asked. Don't visit. read more
