DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WORKED ON HERE I recently got my oil changed here, one of the technicians cross threaded and cracked my oil filter housing. My car may now leak oil and could blow up the engine. I went back the manager and he said he has no record of me being there despite having the Jiffy Lube sticker from my previous visit still on my windshield. He wouldn't make an insurance claim because "corporate man" he continued to just say "corporate man" when I told him they need to file a claim. Now I have to go spend hundreds of dollars at a dealership to fix the housing and also the bottom of the motor where it screws in. DO NOT GO HERE read more

This team did an awesome job with CV protection. Never even had to get out of the car an that was the 2nd star. My disappointment was a bill for $110 for a full synthetic oil change for a 350 es after a $15 coupon. I ended up needed a few more things done to my vehicle then I expected, but the were pretty reasonable. They offered me coupons on most things which was nice. I did feel like they were trying to push me to get everything done at once, but after expressing that I only had a certain amount of time they seemed to prioritize what my vehicle needed immediately and what I could postpone. Update: the district manager reached out to us yesterday and talked about doing some additional training with the employee in question. I appreciate his rapid response and assurance that this won't happen again. We have been using this location and the one on Atlantic Blvd for years for oil changes and have always been treated well, long wait times notwithstanding. Today however, my wife went by herself and I am appalled at the sheistyness of the manager. Tried to charge her $165 to change a $15 air filter. They also told her she needed to rotate her tires. They're different sizes front/back and unidirectional meaning they can't be rotated. One more thing, please tell him to stop constantly touching everyone's cars all over the place! Quick, not too expensive, and I got wiper replacement blades in the same place, too. That's A-OK with me. The local VW dealer charges the same price, basically, but, the waiting time is much longer, so here I am. I will note one way that they went above and beyond - my skid plate underneath the car was missing a bolt (which I knew, and was going to have replaced by a mechanic), and these guys noticed it, and replaced it at no charge. Had signature oil change today. My Ford Explorer with 39000 miles on it stalled 100 yards down the street afterwards. I walked back to Jiffy Lube and the manager didn't want to talk to me in front of the customers in the lobby. He knew there was a house problem he didn't want the other customers to hear. Car check engine light came on. Low engine pressure warning. He drove his car back with me to my vehicle with a code meter and said the oxygen sensors went bad. Now I'm faced with towing the like new Ford Explorer to the dealership for major repairs. When it was running perfect beforehand. No this is not some coincidence. Your experience will vary day to day. I have my oil changed here regularly and have had outstanding experiences and sub par experiences, but the oil change itself is never less than satisfactory. They sometimes forget to reset the oil light on the car. They do NOT have WiFi which knocks off a star. They are close to a shopping center with Chipotle and Panera so it's nice to be able to leave the car and grab lunch. However, depending on who is working they sometimes make you wait a long time before talking through your desired services so you are stuck in the waiting room (again with no WiFi). At the end of the day it's a Jiffy Lube like most you've been to. I wouldn't have them do anything to my car beyond changing the oil, air filter, and/or windshield washer fluid. read more

I've made my last visit here. The customer service is courteous--no issues there. I was offered a $10 discount on the standard ploy to sell me an over-priced air filter (with labor included--wow, what a deal--all 2 minutes it takes!!!) when I said I'd rather do it myself. I asked what the discount would be for those with a military ID (big banner out front), and was told it's $5. I don't have a sense of entitlement because I have a military ID. However, I take exception when a business advertises a discount for veterans that is less than a technician can arbitrarily knock off a $49.00 air filter. I do have a larger oil capacity on my SUV, but $78 after a $5 discount is entirely too much for an oil change. Adios, Jiffy Lube. It's been remarkably mediocre! read more

This was the most expensive oil change I have ever had. I know that driving a luxury car is in it of it self expensive for routine maintenance. But this oil change at $89.99 came as the most expensive. I knew that going in there with a $100.00 gift card that they were going to take all of it. What I did not know was that even with the gift card and a $15.00 online coupon I still had to pay them an extra $23.00 and change. Yes I got (I hope) 5 quarts top of the line synthetic oil. Yes I got two windshield wiper (not top of the line). They were quick, they vacuumed my car, clean the windshield and top off my fluids. I was still shocked at the price. I've changed my oil here a few times and always had a positive experience working with James, Mitch, and the other team members. Since it's a chain I don't feel like they are trying to up-charge me anything, and their prices seem fair especially after you consider the hassle of properly disposing of your oil. If you need a place that is consistent, easy, and stands behind the quality of their work look no further. On one occasion I had a small issue, the team fixed it no questions asked and I was in and out.
