Went there for a first time oil change. When I walked in I was greeted nicely. Long story short I got today to a different repair company for an ac issue. They tell me the oil cap is leaking, but the oil change was less than a month ago. I call Jiffy to see what they can do, and they advise "top off the oil" but i would need to pay for another oil change. I will never come back or refer anyone to this location. The oil change cost more here than the dealership and now I'm expected to pay for shotty work. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND read more

I have been a long time customer of THIS location long past COVID time period. July 27th I came to this location for an oil change and air filter and cabin filter change. The attendant stated that they didn't have neither filter in stock and would have to order from Auto Zone I wasn't in a hurry so I stated I would wait. Auto Zone arrived with the filters and less then 3 minutes later they were done. As I paid for service that was completed, I saw the invoice from Auto Zone each filter was less that $15.00. I was with the understanding that that was the price I was to pay. I left and went to the house and looked at the invoice and I was shocked that I paid $45.00 for EACH filter. I called the shop and expressed my grievance. The gentleman stated that that was their policy to charge the amount as if the filter was in stock. If this is the policy I will never utilize this enterprise of Jiffy Lube again. read more

Truly had an amazing experience at this location. In a day and age where service is practically nonexistence, these guys went above and beyond the call of duty. They are friendly, professional, and did all they could to enable me to get an oil change on a Volvo, which, can be very challenging at times! Actually enjoyed getting an oil change for once! My teenage son had a low tire warning light on and he stopped by this Jiffy Lube for them to put air in the tire. They went above and beyond what they had to!!! They discovered he had a hole in the inner tire and put the spare on for him. They even gave him a tire cap because one was missing. They didn't charge him for anything. I recently left a 2 star review because of a single experience I had but I received a call from their District Manager who kindly talked through my concerns. He did not offer me money, free stuff or anything, he simply was a genuine person looking to protect customer service for the company and work to resolve the issue. If men like Fred are leading the way then it will inevitably trickle down. I will go back to this location again and I trust there will be a different experience. Jiffy lube did get the job done and quick! Would be nice to see the customer interaction slow down a tad but sounds like that's the direction they are headed and I'm happy with that! read more

OLD st augustine rd. Yelp has the address wrong. These guys were great. That was the fastest oil change at any jiffy lube I've been to and everyone is really cool and friendly. I drove all the way out here from ponte vedra beach just because of the five star yelp rating. I typically leave every car place pissed off about something but these guys are the exception. If I could rate this a zero star I would. I went to them back in December for a simple oil change. This has now turned into a three month ordeal that they don't want to handle. The screwed the oil cap onto my car too tightly, causing it to cause a leak in both my oil and my coolant. A leak so back that my car over heated and was smoking because there was literally no coolant in my car. The oil and coolant leaked twice. I took my car back to them to have them try to fix it, and they definitely told me that they didn't screw up my car, but that if I took it to a mechanic and they were able to determine that Jiffy Lube screwed it up they would "take care of it". I took my car to the local Chrysler dealership, who within an hour were able to tell me that the oil cap was screwed on too tight and caused the leak, and that it was definitely done by whoever did the oil change. I called this store back who told me "well what do you want me to do about it?" I have never once been offered money back, all I was offered was two free oil changes that I clearly would never want at this point. I've taken the issue to corporate who has sent the information to the franchisee. The franchisee has put notes on my case twice saying they contacted me but no one has actually reached out. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had, and I haven't even gotten so much as an apology. read more

Their customer service is terrible. Manager Lester, and assistant manager don't know what they're doing. Paid $100+ for a synthetic oil change, and they couldn't even put the cap back on. Oil got all over my engine and I had to buy more oil to put in myself. Came back asking for a refund, said they couldn't do, they had to call their manager, said that he would get back to me and never did. Been over 2 weeks now. Terrible customer service, rude, didn't acknowledge their mistake. They literally left the cap on the dash by my wipers. I'd suggest to do it yourself or find somewhere else cause this place and their service is a joke. read more

I used this location before to change the oil and filter of my car. On 2/14/15 I went to there again. After they received my car and after waiting for half an hour for my turn to come I found the attendant telling me that their credit card machine is not working and I need to pay in cash or check which I was not having either. I told the attendant that he or the guy who received the car from me should have told me that when I first came, knowing that in my last visit their credit card machine was not working also but fortunately I was having enough cash. I told the attendant that I'll not come to here again. His answer was "the business will not be killed if you do not come again". Even he didn't say SORRY. I will never go to this Jiffy loop location again. read more

I've been taking my car to get an oil change at the dealership for the last two years and have beep happy with my service. Today I decided to take my car to Jiffy Lube (thinking it would be about the same price as the dealership or cheaper). To my surprise, it was more than double the cost for an inferior product. When I declined the service after hearing the price I was told that it was too late since they drained the oil. Feeling trapped and worn down (by a very pushy sales person named Alex who claimed not to be in sales), I gave in and had the service done. Alex threw every mind game/sales technique my way from playing with the numbers to getting me a "discount" to comparing their service/product to my purse by saying it's an inferior name brand, etc. Shortly after my experience I called the manager of the store and explained what had happened. I mentioned that I was giving him a professional courtesy that I was unhappy with my service and would be sharing my experience with others. He did not make any effort to "fix" the situation. Even after receiving $40 off my service, I was still paying $20 more than I would have if I had gone to the dealership. You have been warned. Jiffy Lube charges sky high prices, even when discounting their services. read more
